The youngest daughter got pregnant at 18 and now has a daughter of her own. High school drop out and pregnant at 18 thanks to a corrupt court system that kept the father out. Lyngstad and her parents brain washed her that her dad wanted nothing to do with her along with “health professionals” professionals such as Heartland. The daughter lied to the court as shown by court documents , Lyngstad was coaching her on the stand. (see last attempt at protection order).

She said her dad could see her and the baby if this site was taken down. When it was hidden she no longer wanted to talk to her dad. Manipulative like her mother.

The daughter will lie to you to get her way then go back on her word. Following in her mother’s footsteps, since that is the life she knows.

The new mother said that Dale Kotalik is a real nice person. Famous last words about child molesters after they molested children. He was a real nice person, we did not think he was molesting children, he was such a nice man. In 1995 when he convicted Lyngstad thought that was horrible him molesting children, now she lives with him. The grandfather can not see the child but a registered sex offender can. Or how long before her mother moves in, with tax payers footing the bills?

Ur kids hate u and never want u in there lives! Why continue to obsess about ur x wife, pretty sure she has moved on…why r u not remarried with another family? Cant fine a woman to put up with the way u attack ur x wife? I actually feel sorry for someone like u. God be with u.

Amy Lyngstad with the help of a corrupt judicial system did everything to destroy the father /daughter relationship. Amy Lyngstad committed dozens of State and Federal crimes yet was only prosecuted once for identity theft even used her own daughter’s identity to commit identity theft while Lyngstad was on probation.

Cant fine a woman? Drunk or high again? Pretty sure she has moved on? Lyngstad is unemployable at a regular job with her disorders. Cleaning service is making your ass big. You got a chauffeur license and insurance driving elderly ladies to stores?

Lyngstad destroyed the relation ship between the daughters and father so she could get away with her many many crimes. 3 arrests for assault, 2 convictions. Felony convictions for passing no account checks and identity theft and DUI’s.

They state her phone number is (605)760-7164 and lives in Utica South Dakota. A new twist for her to “steal” money? She does not pay her bills and has bad credit so now she uses a business name to scam credit card companies it would seem. Do not credit card companies watch for scammers and easily get credit while honest people have a hard time? You pickup the bill since companies pass on her gains and their loses to you.

New Study ranks as the 8th most corrupt State in the Union based on the arrest and conviction of corrupt government officials. The story implies a LOT of bribery takes place in South Dakota.

And why not most South Dakotan s are like ostriches, head in the sand, do not want to hear about it.

Repossesion

Amy Lyngstad moved back to Utica and is living for with Dale Kotalik for you credit collection agencies. She puts her car in the garage now. Since she does not child support is a repossession agency looking to repossess the car? His mother’s obituary, Dale Erwin Kotalik(Amy) of Utica, SD so they are married it would appear.

Lyngstad has baling wire holding her front license plate on her car. The front bumper is split open. She no longer has a cellphone to her ear all the time since she no longer gets child support and she taxis people around for extra money taking them to Hyvee for groceries while displaying a handicap sign. Don’t you need a license to be a taxi? With all the felonies she got away with a trivial matter for law enforcement while her car has limo black tint on the windows so no one can see who she is driving around.

Too bad the eldest daughter is now following in her mother’s footsteps. Don’t pay your bills and have bill collectors calling your relatives looking for you.

[contact-form] A picture of the “attorney” that helped Amy Lyngstad get away with felonies such as identity theft,credit card fraud and child abuse. She got her assed kicked in Court by someone that is not even an attorney and the Court found a deputy sheriff an unreliable witness. Linda Kogel filed a document with the court that was perjured. The document is posted and she got a way with out right lying to the Court. An attorney commits perjury in a SD Court and Judges along with law enforcement ignore it, it happens all the TIME!

Quite the picture of her out partying, looking quite dumb in my opinion.

SD Attorney General tells law enforcement in SD to ignore the recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling involving DUI arrests. U.S. Supreme Court ruled that a warrant is required in order to draw blood. SD AG says to ignore the ruling. LINK to keloland. But Sioux Falls SD requires law enforcement to get a warrant. Link

What kind of Attorney General tells law enforcement to ignore U.S. Supreme Court rulings? A corrupt one who ignores the law at his whim.

Finding of facts and conclusion of law finding that Amy Lyngstad is a perjurer, although the Judge does not use that exact phrase. Lyngstad tried to get her daughters to commit perjury. Deputy Sheriff states he can predict the future and the Judge did not believe him. Lyngstad gave lots of perjured testimony and why not she is above the law. Michaela testifies she is scared of her dad but does not know why looking to her mother to see if she said it right. Judge saw it and states it in the findings. That Linda Kogel, attorney also perjured herself is not brought up. Lyngstad testified Michaela’s dad is at her work harassing her while Michaela testified he is not. Amy Lyngstad got a Temporary Protection Order (TPO 12-585) against her ex husband. She testified that he is coming to her house at night. Problem for her was he was working and the Court found her testimony unreliable, legal speak for she is a liar. Lyngstad also put her daughter on the stand and had the daughter perjure herself. The Judge again found the testimony unreliable. The older daughter also testified and her testimony was deemed unreliable. Amy Lyngstad also testified that her ex goes to the daughter’s work and harasses her while her daughter testified he did not. Perjury seems to be Amy Lyngstad’s middle name and why not she knows she will not be prosecuted. The transcript too will be posted.

The best part was that Lyngstad wanted the Court to take the website down. After a thorough findings of facts and conclusions of law this website under the First Amendment of the United States is protected speech.
The findings of facts and conclusion of law will be posted when available. Amy Lyngstad now commits libel and slander against her ex husband saying he is stalking her with this website after the ruling. Under law the Judge has no jurisdiction on the matter of her attorney, Linda Kogel, filing perjured documents.

Employer testified that her ex was at work, not in Utica. Her daughter testified her father did not come into her work and harass her as Amy Lyngstad testified too.

This site is NOT stalking Amy Lyngstad but the site is showing with a few exceptions that the Courts, Prosecutors and law enforcement don’t follow the law when it comes to Amy Lyngstad. Why is it Amy Lyngstad is not arrested for identity theft and child abuse when the evidence is quite clear she committed both child abuse and identity theft.
