The Southeast Alabama Rocketry Society (SEARS) is participating in the Marvel of Flight May 19th at the DeFuniak Springs Airport. We will have an exhibit with rockets of all types and sizes with info and a live rocket demo at 11 AM. Any rocket with a peep on-board using a green flight card will be in the drawing for a prize from the prize pool. Peeps ejected from a rocket must have a streamer. There will be a peep spot landing contest for a target 100 feet from the pad.  The winner, closest to the target will get a prize from the prize pool. Peeps are the marshmallow treat available at CVS. See http://www.marshmallowpeeps.com/  Any Peep qualifies.

The  March 18th  launch is a Tripoli Research launch. Tripoli rules will apply, however anyone is welcome to come watch. You must be a TRA member to fly commercial motors and L2 or above to fly research motors. If people want to mix for a launch, contact Chris Short. The plan is to start flying at 10AM, flying until….

REMINDERS: Please take it slow heading into the farm as you pass the offices and buildings. Kids may be playing there. Also keep dogs an a leash so not to disturb the cattle. Please remind anyone you invite.
