The Frisco campus of BS&W has expanded their health care system with a new six-story heart hospital to accommodate the regional growth. A two-story glass enclosed lobby with a gently curving curtain wall invites natural daylight and is accented with extended face caps to provide architectural interest. Automatic sliding entrances at the main entrance provides efficiency in accommodating visitors and patients. Punched openings and ribbon windows add the ambiance of natural lightening to the patient rooms. The strategically placed sunshades on the ribbon windows are beneficial in adding shading to the patient rooms from the summer sun.

Knox MFR Tower

This new 30 story tower in Uptown boasts skyline views with a unique and intricate facade design. Design architect firm, Woods-Bagot, was very intentional about every detail to portray Trammel Crows vision for luxury living. The large, punched window openings with custom designed concealed exhaust vents are accented by decorative precast panels. The balconies award personal space and privacy to enjoy panoramic views, sunsets and the night lights of Dallas. The residential lobby boasts elegance and modest grandeur with revolving doors, graceful arching curtainwalls and radius bent glass. These are just a few of the sumptuous amenities at KNOX Henderson. Evaluation and rehabilitation for mental and behavioral health and those impacted through traumatic events and crisis is the heart of this four-story office building. Included are jail and law enforcement diversion services, intensive behavioral health services, local intellectual and Developmental Disability Authority offices, and administration offices. Beck Architecture and Rogers-O’brien Construction thank you for the opportunity to assist you in the design and construction of this community service project.

This four-story office building invites the outdoors in with natural light from the ribbon windows and spanning curtain wall. The curtain walls are four-sided ssg providing clean lines to the exterior facade, the addition of horizontal deep covers providing an element of interest and detail. In the heartbeat of Uptown, the thirty-one story multi-family residential tower designed by Keating architects and GFF for Crescent promises a new luxury experience. The tower was carefully crafted in a slender design not to block the views of surrounding towers. Balfour Beatty is committed to an aggressive construction schedule and with the help of prefabricated wall panels including the window wall glazed systems, and in addition the fast-track fabrication and installation we have kept the pace.
