My Opinion 

Currently (as of 11/25/22) the Most affordable 4 bedroom home in SouthWood, really nice view of a park from the front porch and close to Conley Elementary. Well maintained and kept, with nice upgrades, at this price the seller is losing money. Owner paid $310K not including the upgrades they added after the purchase, definitely worth viewing if you need a 4 bedroom home or 3 bedroom home with a bonus room.

The Kendall in Woodland fields is a great 3 bedroom home, suited for any lifestyle. Open floorplan with plenty of windows.
