6) Hot glue gun method is a process in which the extension hair is attached directly to your own hair by heated glue stick. An acrylic glue stick is placed inside a glue gun which heats and melt the glue. Then, the hair extension and the glue are attached directly onto the individual's hair.

7) Bonding is the simplest method. A bonding glue is brushed or applied onto the weft of the extension hair and then it is applied at the root of the individual's hair. It can easily be removed by a remover the glue comes with. This is a temporary method.

8) Clip in hair extensions is pre-cut hair and has clips attached on the weft to clip in to your own hair, without any need to use glue on your hair. It is very simple and easy to wear, and so make it safer too. You can put it on or take it off as you please.

There are many hair extensions that come with ‘starter kits’ with complete instructions, which aren’t difficult to apply. So you can do it yourself and save significantly. If done correctly, this type of hair extension looks as good as any salon made one. If you decide to follow this route, though, make sure that you order high quality hair.

How To Look After Your Hair Extensions
You look after Hair Extensions the same as you would do long hair that you grew yourself. Here are some tips:

1. Wash, condition and moisturize your hair every 2 - 3 days. The extensions do not receive your natural scalp oils and so need to have moisture added every wash. If you don't moisturize your hair extensions they will become brittle and break easily leading to split and ratty ends.

My first experience shopping in a Lush store was in Victoria, BC and it seemed a bit like a beauty bakery. You may go to Victoria to see the Butchart Gardens, but if you want to scent your world with floral and exotic scents, then this company has a lot to offer. You can truly surround yourself in natural bath bliss that is reminiscent of everything from freshly cut grass (the Jungle conditioning bar) to perfumes from the Mediterranean.

The Sex Bomb Bath Ballistic is an explosion of heavenly scented pink bubbles that float about like flowers and then seem to relax into little tropical islands floating in a pink sea. The color is rose, but the scents are a blend of Synthetic Musk, Jasmine, Clary Sage, and Ylang Ylang. The rice paper flower in the center opens up and drifts around in the water like white rose petals.

After soaking for a while, you start to notice your skin being deeply moisturized and after your bath, you might notice you need to use half the lotion you normally would apply. If you try this at night, you will awaken the next morning warm, snuggly and still heavenly scented with essential oils. The wide range of feelings experienced after your bath may include everything from wishing to fall asleep in soft pink flannel pajamas to wanting a night of romance on the town (dimly lit restaurants with candles). I just received this product yesterday, and used it the same evening. It took approximately 3-5 minutes for water to heat up. Meanwhile I washed my face and put some cream on my eye area (btw, that was a good tip from manual, as you protect your sensitive skin around eyes). Steam was very good and strong, but I would probably be more happier if the facial cone was a bit longer, so my face is not so very close to the steam coming right out of the machine. I think using a towel over your head will be very helpful if you want to steam your face for more than 10 minutes. Just to add more effect to your steam facial treatment :) I set the timer on 10 minutes first time and it did work. I have been using my facial brush to exfoliate my face in the shower, but I like this facial brush that comes with this product. Brush is very soft and work pretty well. I thing this brush is more gentle but yet more effective than just using my old brush. It is not so harsh on your face. Use a generous amount of cream or moisturizer after using brush to exfoliate your face. Also, my personal recommendation - I would probably not use brush to exfoliate your facial skin more often than once in a week or two. Facial skin is very thin in general.. you don`t want to take it completely off :) Using mask right after steaming is very good idea too. Yes, I have been using boiling water in pot so far, but I find this product to be very convenient way of doing steam facial. And one more tip, if you still miss steaming your face over a boiling pot with herbs (sage is excellent thing) use this herbal tea instead of using mask.. MAKEUP ARTIST TIPS – LIPS & CHEEKS

Have a too blue based lipstick? Mix a dot of yellow concealer into your lipstick, or apply a yellow-based loose powder on clean lips, and apply lipstick on top. There will be just enough warmth in the product to take the edge off a too cool/blue shade.

Want to update your lipsticks to the new cool blue based tones? Apply a navy blue eye pencil, or eye shadow on lips and apply your lipstick on top....just a little will do and you'll have a new shade. A soft, brown eye shadow applied on lips first will darken any too light shade.

Make your own deep lipstick color by mixing blue eye shadow and red blush on your lips. Apply a lip balm on top and you're set. The most fun part is that every time you try this, you can experiment and get a different version every time.

Use your shimmer highlighter sticks from spring/summer to highlight lipsticks. Apply on a clean mouth first, and then your dull lipstick on top. An instant frosted shade.

The color of the moment is the 'bitten' lip look. Just take your rosy blush and apply dry on lips. Apply your Vitamin E stick, or gloss on top with a lip blush. Gel cheek colors work great for this too.

A quick dusting of shimmering body powder or an iridescent eye shadow over the high points of the face, (cheekbones, chin, top of nose, eyelids, across forehead..) a quick day to night look.

A model told me this trick! She runs a Gold Shimmer stick through her blonde hair! Instant shimmer and highlights, especially around the face....

Use a Concealer Pencil on your lips first, fill in, and then apply an old, dark lipstick. The concealer pencil lightens up the lipstick by about 3-4 shades....

A warm brick eyeshadow is the perfect all over color for lips, cheeks, eyes and a little lip gloss on top and you're off!

Find a blush brush that perfectly fits the size of the apple of your cheek when you smile. Anything bigger than that and you'll get blush where you don't want it. You really don't need a huge blush brush for color, those are meant for shimmery powders.........

Pick up your blush by lightly tapping the blush with the tips of the bristles. If you are sweeping the brush across the color, you'll pick up about 10 x more color than you need, and you waste a lot of product. Just tap the ends of the bristles about 2-3 times onto the color. Shake off any excess. You should barely be able to see the color on the brush.
Don't worry, you do have enough on!

When applying blush, don't "sweep" or "stroke" the color across the cheeks. You'll usually end up streaking the color on, and then having to go back to 'correct' and 'blend'. Instead, smile, and tap on gently going across your cheeks. By tapping the color onto the brush, and then tapping in onto the cheeks........ you'll avoid excess color, streaking and more. Tapping on blends the color for you and you can always add more if you want.

Always swipe your blush brush across a Kleenex to clean off any excess, or pick up your powder brush (with no extra powder on) and sweep over and blend your blush into your skin. You'll get a softer, more 'real' look to your blush.

>OOPS! Okay, you look like a clown, wrong color, too much........now what?
Easy! With a clean dry beauty sponge, pick up a light layer of loose powder and 'erase' as much off as possible. Too bright or too dark? Take a slightly dampened sponge and clean off as much as you can. The water will pick upand 'dilute' the color.........it just may be enough to fix it and look ok! "Blush!"--
