Caldera Spas / Hotsprings heater board replacement for the Invensys Appliance Controls IQ 2020 Caldera Spas Part 73181 . What to look for to make sure you're replacing the correct part when your Caldera Spa does not heat...

Symptoms:

Spa works fine but does not heat
No error codes on topside display
Spa pack heat indicator lights are on
No voltage to heater

What to look for:

On the heater board in the center relay look for discoloration on the green part of the circuit board.
If you don't see discoloration remove board with power off and look at the underneath for a burn mark.

What to purchase:

Heater board 74618 is your replacement.

Reasons to buy a complete spa or hot tub pump vs replacing wet end parts...

Motor shaft has extreme corrosion damage to it.
Motor is over 5 years old.
Bearing is making noise from water damage.
Complete motor with wet end has factory warranty

With today's economy cost for people is always an issue and here at Spa Parts Depot we give our customers reasonable options to maintain there pumps with an honest reason to use just parts instead of having to replace the complete pump if not needed. Yes parts do add up but a repair can cost less than a complete motor and is not that difficult to do, myself I'm not a rich man so if I can save a few hundred dollars and repair my spa wet end myself that's a few hundred dollars that can be spent elsewhere...a lot of website companies don't have the knowledge or staff to help people fix there pumps so would rather sell a complete pump to a customer instead of taking the time to help the customer save money and walk them through the repair, don't be sucked into that scenario...
