Hi Yolanda, I have no shine to my faciall skin. I have no acne marks or anything yet my skin is dull, probably from too much sun growing up. What woul dbe the best treatment for me? thank you

Hi there, sure too much sun will make anyone looking older than their age. But don't worry there is always a way. First I would get microdermabrasion and not one but at least three in 2 week intervals. At the same time I would purchase products that are essential to build the moisture and stimulate the collagen and elastin. Your esthetician will recommend those. FYI don't go shopping for it yourself. It will cost you more in the long run trying to find the right product.
My recommendation: use green tea moisturizer peptide serum vitamin c serum and oxygen cleanser. Make sure to use toner at least at night.

Hyperbaric medicine, also known as hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), is the medical use of oxygen at a level higher than atmospheric pressure. The equipment required consists of a pressure chamber, which may be of rigid or flexible construction, and a means of delivering 100% oxygen. Operation is performed to a predetermined schedule by trained personnel who monitor the patient and may adjust the schedule as required. HBOT found early use in the treatment of decompression sickness, but has shown great effectiveness in treating conditions such as gas gangrene and carbon monoxide poisoning. More recent research has examined the possibility that it may also have value for other conditions such as cerebral palsy and multiple sclerosis, but no significant evidence has been found.

Several therapeutic principles are made use of in HBOT:

The increased overall pressure is of therapeutic value when HBOT is used in the treatment ofdecompression sickness and air embolism;
For many other conditions, the therapeutic principle of HBOT lies in its ability to drastically increasepartial pressure of oxygen in the tissues of the body. The oxygen partial pressures achievable using HBOT are much higher than those achievable while breathing pure oxygen at normobaric conditions (i.e. at normal atmospheric pressure);
A related effect is the increased oxygen transport capacity of the blood. Under normal atmospheric pressure, oxygen transport is limited by the oxygen binding capacity of hemoglobin in red blood cells and very little oxygen is transported by blood plasma. Because the hemoglobin of the red blood cells is almost saturated with oxygen under atmospheric pressure, this route of transport cannot be exploited any further. Oxygen transport by plasma, however is significantly increased using HBOT as the stimulus.
Recent evidence notes that exposure to hyperbaric oxygen (HBOT) mobilizes stem/progenitor cells from the bone marrow by a nitric oxide (·NO) -dependent mechanism. This mechanism may account for the patient cases that suggest recovery of damaged organs and tissues with HBOT.

Dark Circles Remedy

There are a few critical factor that make the dark circles visible. Most of us have the same problem however many have a higher predisposition to show them as much darker. Heredity is always a first thing you want to blame; however even this negative aspect of our hereditary trait can be controlled if you know how.

Second, lack of sleep eventually will show on your face and under the eyes. Make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep or the sleep loss need to be restored by sleeping late on weekends. Most of you don't know that but sleep specialists can tell you that the truth is that we can help our body to function better just by giving it enough of sleep. And when I say catch up with lost sleep on a weekend I am totally serious. Your body is going to wait for that "beauty sleep" and if you don't give it what it needs it will show in your body as lack of energy and the face as dreaded dark circles.

Solution #1 Apply a thin slice of raw potato to the whole eye area and wait about 10 minutes. Press gently against the under eye area for better results. Do this consistently for a week and see the skin getting stronger and the eyes look better.
