this was for the mexican independance day... a huge thing here in mexico. Another huge thing in mexico is drinking... they like to do it for any sort of celebration. This was just another reason to bring out the game of "copas de vino"... i don't think thats really the name, but its what they say in the game.

We were celebrating the chilean independance day because our friend is from Chile. The song is called "Mueve tu cuerpo" or translated into "Move your body". I'm sure you can tell that my dearest roommates took this command to heart

Here is the long awaited vlog. Well, i don't know how many of you look forward to watching it, but i certainly enjoy putting them up! Now, i know its not perfect... i just don't have the time or the patience to make it so, but i'm sure you can enjoy it anyways. It doesn't have to be perfect, i'm not a film major ;-)

anyways! This is my trip to Taxco with Claudia yesterday. I have other videos that i've been taking, but its all kind of boring... As you will find out in the video, Taxco is famous for its silver. But the city has much more to offer than just silver... it offers friendly faces, begging hands, delicious food, small streets, whistling men, markets with lots of smells, a grandious church, and beautiful scenery. Here is a little bit of what you might experience while in the wonderful town of Taxco.

The video doesn't show how much stress the boot and tickets were... that was what really made me upset... but getting locked out of the car was the straw that broke the camels back. When i arrived at Matt's house, thankfully he had a few Smirnoffs for me. That was nice, but it was really nice to just chill and talk with an old friend and new friends.

I was definatly in awe when i walked into the hotel and saw this elevator. I think it went up to 45 floors. Crazy if ya ask me, but i'm still amazed.

This afternoon i was in the park videoing the view of manhatten and a little boy named jason walks up to me. He found great joy in my camara and in dancing while i sang. Later, he summoned over a few friends, but that is for another post.
