The incumbent provides professional support through the acquisition of new program sites, the renovation and permit acquisition and permit renewal of those sites and appropriate liaison contacts. Coordinates internal and human resources to assure successful opening of new programs.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Additionally-&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Develop and implement new site acquisition and program site development format using techniques to assure agreed upon site opening time frames are met.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Review budgetary issues and other constraints with the VP of Operations and COO, and provide oversight to assure proposed site development, renovations and build-out are within budget and completed on time.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Facilitate and commit to a projected opening date for new site(s) in partnership with Business Development, VP of Operations based on the availability of staff and other resources and projected training completion dates.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Provide site training, support, and development of programs and operations to implement contract and assure continued success.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Interface as the Spectrum Center primary point of contact, in cooperation with the VP of Operations, and COO, as required, and with all other appropriate outside personnel, including, but not limited to landlords, contractors, local city, state, building, zoning and permitting officials to assure the acquisition of space, leases (and renewals), space renovations and/or build out to assure the legal and timely occupation of the site on the agreed upon date of opening.&lt;/li&gt;
