The natural hair craze has taken off like wildfire in the past few years.

Just recently, I was reading an article posted by the New York Times on how many of us are struggling with wearing our natural or transition hair as well as maintaining the health of our hair.

I want to give you a few tips on how to maintain your natural hair twist outs

(1) Before going to bed at night, retwist your hair in large twists to maintain a fresh look the next day. 

(2) Always use a leave-in conditioner or moisturizer to refresh your natural tresses.

(3) Finally, don't forget to sleep in a satin bonnet or satin pillowcase.
