It calls my attention that in Golf we could have that new anti sport thing, that money rules it all. In soccer it's been happening for a long time, where all championships are ruled not by sport itself, but by what's best for the business. If you want more audience on the finals, arrange everything so that the most popular teams get to final stages, and not necessarily the best ones.

Could Golf be on that route too? When I was a kid I used to follow Greg Norman as my golf idol... yeap, The Great White Shark made me follow this sport on TV, and made me dream on some day being able to practice it myself. That was until the early 90's, when he had a career slump that almost made him disappear from the top ranks.

Not much time passed for the appearance of Tiger. Tiger Woods came just in time to make the sport watchable, followable, and enjoyable. And that, for sure, isn't just my point of view. Let's face it, even when the Tiger isn't on a great week, you never know what could happen on the next swing, put or chip.

Last month, we all watched Tiger Woods win the last U.S. Open between knee surgeries, after a great weekend... and Monday. Then the Tiger announced that he would step away from the courses for the rest of the 2008 season, missing two major championships. And after that, would the remaining of the season, including The British Open and the PGA Championship be watchable or enjoyable?

Well, that's where the "big men" went chatting to make something happen, so that the tour could become interesting again... at least until next year. And there was Mr. Greg Norman in order to change from Tiger to Shark, earth to water, forest to ocean. I mean, there's no such thing as coincidence. That, or The Big Man, the one above, is also planing on watching the rest of the golf season.

Let's hope that The Shark gets his chance to battle with The Tiger. That would be nice, just a round, playing together for 18 holes on a Sunday on the final group. Let's wait till next year Augusta Masters, and the two predators may have their chance to delight The Man above and us mortals below.

I could've waited till some five years, or the dawn of her career, to see some full length motion picture and not just a blurry sex tape with Lindsay Lohan. I mean, she's the exact same case of that Alissa Milano of Drew Barrymore, but from the next generation. If those two got naked on the big screen, sure LiLo will make it better... or dumber.

She saw that Kristin Davis was getting the lead this year on the sex tape issues, so her manager made a few calls, and here we are. This blurry picture is just what they would call a preview or behind the scenes, of the next big hit of Lindsay Lohan: I Blow Who Killed Me. This could even be some stunt just posing for the camera, but I assure you... it's on its way... it must be.

Prince Charles Keeps Tryin'

Prince Charles met with Natalie Portman and Scarlett Johansson (pictures). Things went like this: "Young damsel, may I gently touch your left breast with my royal left hand? You remind me of someone...", and by Scarlett's face you can tell she's shooting something like: "Gimme a break, dude". By her hands, you can see that Natalie has hoping to get to her turn.

On the next picture, Prince Charles didn't loose hope, and went promptly to the next candidate with something close to this line: "Look, I got just this far from Scarlett Johansson breast. I would try with yours... if you had any". Obviously Natalie was speechless with that awful truth.

Lindsay Lohan Diet

Ok, LiLo took some pretty seriously hot photos for the New York Magazine, with photographer Bert Stern. The idea was to emulate the photo shoot the same photographer did with Marilyn Monroe, about 46 years ago.

On the photos, you can see Lindsay Lohan covering herself with transparent cloths (yeah, I might be fashion handicapped), and posing like Marilyn. In one or two pictures, you can get to see Lindsay full breasts, no transparency required.

In my own humble opinion, I live in this century, and I liked the photos. Even though they show a full young lady on top, and one that could use three meals a day on the bottom. See for yourself.

Ghost Caught On Tape At Gas Station

A Ghost was caught on a security tape at a gas station in Parma, Ohio last month, and the video is giving everybody chills. Watch the video for yourself. You can see the blue gas-like ghost flying around.

The answer to the mystery is very simple. Remember the Smurfs? Well, a smurf got lost in Parma, Ohio, and was on a rush for a bathroom. Obviously poor blue dwarf saw the 'Gas Station' sign, and thought that that was his call. They didn't have cars on Smurfland, so... he just went there, and farted real big time.

American Idol 7

The new AmId race will start on January 15, 8PM ET/PT. For this American Idol seventh season premiere, there'll be a two night special, following on January 16 also at 8PM ET/PT... on ~~Focks~~ Fox, of course.

I personally prefer the early auditions, where all the American craziness is shown, but if your are one of those who prefer the musical part, the Hollywood round is supposed to start on February 12, and the top 24 will be announced on February 13. On Feb. 19 and 20, all twelve male and female finalists will perform, one group each day. Then for March 11 we will get to the top 12 finalists.

Following this schedule, I would say that for May we will have the next American Idol... the seventh American Idol. Who's time will it be now? The Asian? The Latin flavor? Or just another cheerleader? Who would you vote for taking musical talents aside (as usual, may I say)?

In my own opinion, and following the previous winning stats, it is time for a Male Slim 'African American' Ugly Guy. You could also have some other racial minority instead of the African American.

Top 10 Celebrity Oops In 2007 - Part 1

December is ending, so 'Top 10 Things of 2007' season has officially arrived. It also has been a very good year for Celebrity Oops, so I had to split this Top 10 in some parts. In fact, it should be called Top "some other number" (like the total amount for instance), but let's be honest... Top 10 is always much more catchier.

So here are the rules. Rules of engagement? Nah, rules of embarrassment fits better.
1. 'Oops', in my opinion, is when you show something that's private enough, so that the oops should be exalted.
2. It doesn't count when it is your intention to show it, so Sex-Tapes are off the list (this list, just wait).
3. It counts as an Oops when that intimate part got to be seen to the common eye. I mean, it's not fair when the Pap got the image from an odd angle, like being laid on the ground waiting to shot that underskirt, or with a hidden camera on a dressing room.
4. I'm not perfect, so if you happened to catch some bigger oops this year, feel free to share it... leave a comment.
5. Last rule: rules may be updated. :P

Enough with the rules, so here it comes, starting from the bottom, all the way to the top.

In August , Beyoncé showed us how not to dress up, when you'll have a huge fan (not exactly the 'enthusiast' type) just below your feet, blowing right to your face (or dress in this case). Beyoncé got naked in front of all her fans (both kind of fans). Watch the video in slow motion and see it for yourself.

Also in August this same year, Hilary Duff followed the same line of 'on stage behavior', and made everybody on the first line happy with this view. Yeah, it's comfortable to swing around without panties, but does it pay? I mean, taking publicity out, and being on focus, and the front pages, and... well, sure, it does pay after all.

Now, lets face it, when a woman (specially a celebrity in need of press (and that would be all of them)) goes to a beach with a strapless bikini and starts jumping into the water, she certainly knows that the 'things' won't hold the 'thing' for a long time. Lindsay Lohan was aware of that on May, and so was her manager. "Go to the beach LiLo, and do that thing you do", may have been the manager words.

OK, according to rule #2, it is hard to believe that Mischa Barton was unaware of this wardrobe malfunction. But it is sooo clear, and Mischa is so nice, that I couldn't leave this fantastic nipple slip out. Other possibility... what were this guys doing inside that van? Free your mind.

Claire Danes nipple slip. Well, Claire was on an interview for MTV Canada, when she chose to bend over and scratch her lower left leg. Thing is she had forgotten her bra at the hotel. Not that there was much to hold with that bra, but here's the lesson... they not only hold, they also cover.

5th

Paris Hilton couldn't be left out in this sort of list. So I chose this copycat of the LiLo breast slip. On July, Paris went surfing, and since she already was on a beach, she also went strapless. Do the math, and here's the result, Paris Hilton boob slip.

Ali Larter's nip slip wasn't that impressive, but as she is stunning by herself, it was enough for me... and for all the Heroes' fans, of course. Poor Ali, she wasn't quite sure where she was going to, but she surely wasn't hoping to get to this list (nor any similar one). Watch the video here.

Far far away in time, over February, Denise Richards showed us something more. We were used to almost every little part of her body, but here you have half of what was missing. Again, on a beach, but this time there's no wave. Denise Richards showing her 'baby making machinery'... or half of it.

For the second and first places, there is some sort of technical tie. Both are the new Queens of Pop, both young, both pretty (enough) and both for the same kind of oops. One was sort of the inventor of this kind of flashing, but the other added some new ingredient. We are talking about Britney Spears and her earlier flash without panties, and Christina Aguilera, later, but adding the pregnancy ingredient. So here are both of them, showing it all.

A Sex Tape Featuring Jessica Sierra, Former American Idol Finalist, Is Coming

Things are going bad to Jessica Sierra, former American Idol finalist. First, Sierra was arrested last Saturday for disorderly intoxication, and resisting an officer without violence. Sierra offended the policemen and offered sexual favors to one of the officers, in exchange of being released.

You can see the arrest footage on TMZ. Jessica was ordered to remain in jail until her next hearing on December 20. Way to go.

Now, more bad news for her: a porn company is planning to release a sex tape featuring Jessica Sierra, which was shot earlier this year. There are screen shots in the Internet, and you can see Sierra in sexual poses in a bathtub, smoking a cigarette.

I can't imagine what Jessica was thinking when she agreed to be filmed like this. Although, she doesn't seem to be very smart when it comes to decide what's good for herself.

After Alicia Silverstone and Christina Applegate, it's Eva Mendez's turn to take it off for PETA Ads. In an interview on the PETA website, Eva confesses:

I wasn't familiar with PETA early in my career. I remember having my first premiere in New York City and being so naive that I didn't have a coat with me. My stylist sent me a fur wrap for the evening and I ignorantly wore it.

PETA then wrote me a beautiful letter commenting on my less-than-educated choice. I was so impressed that I vowed to them and myself to never wear real fur on the red carpet or in my life again.

50 Cent got caught on film, head down over a table, snorting a very suspicious substance. The episode took place in Zagreb, Croatia. 50 Cent was there for a TV interview, and his entourage joined him on the "sniffing party" in the dressing room.

Of course, 50 Cent's spokesperson said he was not inhaling any narcotics. The statement regarding this incident says:

I'm Back!

In a short sneak peak, we can see the Season 3 preview of Heroes: Heroes Volume 3 - Villains. Apparently, it's more about a heroin than a hero or a villain... Check it out:

Volume 3 was supposed to be part of Season 2, but the season ended yesterday, December 03, because of the writers strike in Hollywood. I really hope the strike ends soon, it's messing up with a lot of my favorite shows! :S

Anyway, there are rumors Heroes will last at least 5 Seasons... if the writers start to writing again someday, of course.

Malibu Fires Are Back as November Ends

At least 14 firefighting aircrafts are assigned to the Malibu fires, as long as 500 firefighters and 10 water-dropping helicopters. The fire broke out near Corral Canyon and soon it came near Newell Road in the Malibu Bowl area, where several homes were affected. Fire officials warned anyone near the blaze to evacuate, specially west of the flames. One of the 35 houses lost so long, belongs to Red Hot Chili Peppers's bassist, Flea. Eyewitnesses tell that Minnie Driver and Matthew McConaughey were also evacuated from their homes. Hopefully no one was hurt, so lets hope to keep with that number. This time, Aguora Animal Shelter got to be evacuated, along with all small animals.

Woman accused of putting her baby in the oven!

Sharlyn Singh, the mother of the baby, faces aggravated child abuse charges.

Authorities said a man helping Singh's boyfriend move out of their apartment (the couple broke up) heard the baby crying and found it in the oven. Singh had left the apartment by that time. Fortunately, the oven wasn't hot enough to burn the poor baby.

Officers said the child's hands and clothes had oven grease on them. Singh is in the Orange County jail.

Horrible. This woman should get a life sentence, and the baby needs to be adopted by a decent, loving and caring family.

Dennis Quaid's Twins Poisoned - Accidental Overdose at the Hospital

Actor Dennis Quaid's newborn twins - Thomas Boone and Zoe Grace - are in intensive care at Cedars Sinai Medical Center. The babies have been given a dose of the drug Heparin more than 1,000 times larger than the normal amount. (Source)

Heparin is used to flush out intravenous tubes and prevent blood clots. Babies typically receive 10 units of the drug but Quaid's children received 10,000 units on Sunday. Can you believe this?? 1,000 times the regular dose!

Cedars Sinai's chief medical officer Michael Langberg said only three patients received anormal doses of Heparin, but their identities weren't revealed.

Langberg said additional tests and evaluation on the two patients most seriously affected had shown "no adverse effects from the higher concentration of Heparin ... Doctors continue to monitor the patients."

Right. Worst of all, the hospital has stated that "This was a preventable error, involving a failure to follow our standard policies and procedures, and there is no excuse for that to occur at Cedars-Sinai." You bet there's no excuse. Can you spell LAWSUIT? What about MALPRACTICE?

Quaid and his (third) wife, Kimberly Buffington have issued a statement to the press, requesting privacy:

"Dennis and Kimberly appreciate everyone's thoughts and prayers and hope they can maintain their privacy during this difficult time," the statement says.

Oh boy, I never get tired of this requests for privacy. Celebrities are so naive, aren't they?

Iggy, Ellen DeGeneres and Death Threats - Video

Ellen DeGeneres is really a drama queen. Last month, DeGeneres and Portia Di Rossi - her partner, the stunning blond from Ally McBeal and Arrested Development - adopted a dog: Iggy, a black Brussels Griffon mix terrier.

It turns out Iggy the dog didn't get along with DeGeneres' cats; so the couple gave the dog to DeGeneres' hairdresser. Problems arise because Ellen and Portia didn't ask Mutts and Moms, the nonprofit dog-rescue organization that originally gave DeGeneres the dog, for permission to give away the animal, which violates the adoption agreement they've signed when they got the dog. So, the dog shelter took Iggy back.

They are a bunch of morons; they should have checked if the dog was ok (which seems to be the case) and let Iggy stay with his new family. Anyway, Ellen went on TV and cried out loud, asking the dog to be returned to her hairdresser. You can see the hole thing in the video above.

Now, things got really out of proportion: one owner of Mutts and Moms, Marina Baktis, told Pasadena police that she had received several threats on her cell phone and her work phone. Death threats. Over a dog and some tears. Of course, Ellen is asking people to stop the madness:

"I think this is last time I am talking about this unless I am lucky enough to say one day to you, Iggy has returned," she said. "It's gotten out of hand. The people that have Iggy or had Iggy, I don't know, are receiving death threats, I am told, and that is not OK.

"I know people are passionate about this and people have strong feelings - I love animals, I have strong feelings I want nothing more than that dog returned to that family - but you don't resort to violence. So anybody out there, please stop that."

People are crazy, just crazy. Meanwhile, Batkis is refusing to back down:

"If Ellen wants to place dogs and decide what's a good home, then she should start her own rescue group," she told "Inside Edition." "But I'm the one doing this and I know what I'm doing."

Oh-ho, talking about ego... As I've said, people are crazy.

Janet Dudley Eshbach Facebook Scandal - Photo

Janet Dudley-Eshbach, Salisbury University's president, is apologizing for two photos she had on her profile on Facebook, one of which showed her brandishing a stick before a Mexican man with a caption saying she had to "beat off the Mexicans because they were constantly flirting with my daughter."

Janet Dudley is being accused of racism. The hole thing has become a Facebook scandal, but I don't think this is the case. Dudley-Eshbach said the two pictures on her Facebook profile were taken on a vacation to Mexico and Central America with her daughter. The photo has been removed from her profile and she apologized.

"I very much apologize for any offense that anyone may have taken who saw these pictures," Dudley-Eshbach said. "I'm 54 years old, and here I thought I was trying to be up with the latest technology. I guess a little bit of knowledge could be a dangerous thing."

I think she said "Mexicans" because she was in Mexico. It was intended to be a little joke, kind of "my daughter is so hot, the guys over there couldn't get her hands off her", or something like that.

The Washington Post says "Dudley-Eshbach is a specialist in Latin American studies who lists Pablo Neruda, Gabriel García Márquez and Jorge Luis Borges among her favorite authors on the school's Web site. President of the 7,500-student university since 2000, she said she has worked to make the school more diverse."

I really don't think a racist person would specialize in Latin American studies. I think she was just showing off her daughter, in a silly way. What do you think?

Sep. 16, 1993: Conservative party Health Minister announces inquiry to recommend a reform in the blood system. The idea is to make it more efficient and safer.

Dec. 21, 1995: The Red Cross, along with the provincial and federal and governments, the pharmaceutical companies and individuals get warned that they could be charged for misconduct in the tainted-blood tragedy.

Nov. 26, 1997: Final report of that commission headed by Justice Horace Krever, doesn't blame directly for tainted-blood scandal, but recommends infected people should get compensation with no need to prove any fault.

Mar. 27, 1998: $1.2-billion federal-provincial compensation offer, limited to victims infected by tainted blood only from 1986 to 1990 is announced by Health ministers.

May 4, 1998: Mike Harris, Ontario Premier, announces Ontario would compensate those who were not included in the original federal-provincial offer.

May 6, 1998: Two new agencies, Canadian Blood Services and Hema-Quebec get transfered blood services, once the Red Cross reaches an agreement with provincial and territorial governments.

Apr. 19, 2001: The Supreme Court of Canada rules that there was negligence in the managing of the blood system in the early years of the AIDS crisis. The Red Cross in directly accused.

Jun. 26, 2001: Warren Winkler, judge from Ontario, sets $79-million for people with hepatitis C infections through tainted blood, before 1986 and after July 1990.

Oct. 2002: National Blood Safety Council reports saying that provinces need to assume a greater role in the monitoring of blood supply and ensure safety.

Nov. 20, 2002: Canadian law lays charges of criminal negligence causing bodily harm (among others), against four doctors. One of them was the former Canadian Red Cross director, Dr. Roger Perrault. The Red Cross and an American pharmaceutical company were also charged, after an investigation that took five years, into the tainted-blood scandal.

Feb. 6, 2006: The trial begins, against doctors, Perrault, and the pharmaceutical company.

Oct. 1, 2007: Judge of the Superior Court of Justice, Mary Lou Benotto, delivers verdict where Perrault and the other three doctors were pronounced not guilty of the criminal charges in the tainted-blood scandal. The pharmaceutical company also was acquitted - which means they got away with it. Nice.

Britney Spears Lost the Custody of Her Children

Well, it finally happened: Britney Spears loses custody of Sean Preston and Jayden.

A court has ordered Britney Spears to give up custody of her children, effective Wednesday at noon. Kevin Federline, Spears' ex-husband, will retain custody of Sean Preston and Jayden "until further order of the court," according to a ruling by Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon.A transcript of the court proceedings was ordered sealed.

CNN says "It was not clear what led to Monday's decision awarding Federline full custody". Er... seriously? Last month Britney Spears was submitted to random drug tests, because she engaged in "habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol."

In addition to drug tests twice a week, Gordon "ordered Spears to spend eight hours per week working with a "parenting coach," who was to observe her interactions with her children" and also "told both parents to avoid alcohol or 'other non-prescription controlled substances' 12 hours before taking custody of the children".

Maybe it's just me, but if you need to be told not to use drugs while you're taking care of your children (not to mention you shouldn't use drugs at all) you have a HUGE problem. C'mon, this is as obvious as "fire will burn your skin".

I just wonder why Federline is getting the kids; it seems he's not as f*cked up as Britney, but you don't have to be that healthy nor mentally sane in order to win that contest, you know what I mean? Poor kids. With this kind of parents, there's not much hope for them.

After her pathetic September 9 "comeback" performance on the MTV Video Music Awards, things aren't getting any better for Britney. Her former divorce lawyer, Laura Wasser, resigned last month as her legal representative; and Spears' management company, the Firm, also has quited after representing the singer for little over a month.

It seems nobody can stand Britney anymore. I guess Federline is Sean and Jayden's best shot, right now. Poor kids!
