The Lizards –Spiderman Reboot 2012

Last played by Dylan Baker as Dr. Curt Connors in both Spiderman 2 and 3, yet Dr. Curt Connors was not been revealed as The Lizards. Appearance in the last Spiderman Movie as the Peter University Professor continues in the new Spiderman Reboot with new cast, Rhys Ifans. This time Dr. Curt Connors will reveal the lizard. Here are Lizard profile:

The lizard introduced in the Amazing Spiderman comic #6 (Nov.1963) created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko. Lizard or Dr. Curtis Connors was a gifted surgeon in the army and was sent to War, where he lost his right arm in a blast. Returning to a civilian life as a research technologist, Connors became obsessed to a secret of reptilian regeneration limb. After series of experiments and researches, he finally develop an experimental serum taken from reptilian DNA after he successfully regrew the missing limb of a rabbit. He took the serum for himself for a test despite warnings by his wife Martha. Connors missing arm indeed grow back, but the formula had a side effect Connors was subsequently turn to a Reptilian Humanoid Monster, which then called The Lizard.

Lizard and Spiderman had faced in a fight several time, which then spidey was able to transform Lizards back to Dr. Curt Connors using the Connors notes to creates the antidote.

When turning to Lizard, Connors strength increased to a superhuman level, his speed, stamina and agility was at Spiderman equivalent level. He can also scale walls just like a lizards using a combination of his sharp claws and micro scales on his hand and feet. Due to Lizard thick scaly hide, he is invisible to punctures and lacerations from ordinary weapons and lower –caliber firearms. He is also has highly enhanced healing abilities. The tail could be dangerous weapons to enemy that can whip at a high speed. Besides have a superhuman lizards abilities, he can mentally communicate and commands all reptiles using his telepathy.

Announcement had been made that British actor; Rhys Ifans will be playing the role of villains in Spiderman Reboot 2012. Ifans anyhow was not allowed to state any comments about the role in the movie, and he was so excited about it.

Ifans was remembered for his role in nothing hill as Hugh Grants oddball roommate.
After Sony had announced that the lizards will be the villains, Ifans been cast to play the villains, even though that there is no announcement made yet, The Wrap had confirms that Ifans plays the role of Dr. Curt Connors/ Lizard.

Recent rumors also suggested that the Venom or Electro will be the villains

After announcing Andrew Garfield as Spiderman in the next remake movie, Martin Sheen was announced as Uncle Ben and Sally Field (Brothers and Sisters) as the beloved Aunt May (May Parker). It was a major revamp for Spiderman Reboot and the casting is still continues and yet to be announce. The Spiderman Reboot is schedule to be release on 2012 will be a different then the last 3 sequel by Sam Raimi. It is said that this Spiderman Reboot take back Peter back to high school.

Everybody has talking about the Spiderman reboot (2012) all this while after Sony Pictures announce that there will be no continuation after the last Spiderman sequel (Spiderman 3). The announcement was made early this year , with the news there will be no Tobey, Kristen or Sam for the next movie.

Before this, the release date for Spiderman 4 is expected on May 2011, and rumors on the story and villains had spread up all over the internet, some said there will be more villains in the sequel, which expected that Lizards are one of them. Spiderman films now joining several superhero movie that starts again with the fresh look (remake) such as Incredible Hulk and Batman (the Dark knight).

With the new announcement Spiderman will have a new team, the rebooting of the film will be based on the new script James Vanderbilt. Spiderman Reboot will comes with new fresh look and Peter Parker will return to the high School. This Spiderman Reboot (2012) will give new directions to the films.

Sequel spiderman seterusnya dijangka akan ditanyangkan pada 2011, mungkin Bulan Mei. Pengambaran masih lagi belum dimulakan , namun ianya akan di buat di New york juga.
kedua-dua hero and heroin masih lagi dikekalkan iaitu Tobey dan Kirsten Dunst.

Terdapat rumors mengatakan sequel kali ini akan menampilkan Lizards , electro dan juga mungkin Morbius. Kemunculan supervillains ini memang dinantikan oleh peminat -peminat spiderman. Lizards atau Dr. connors telah pun muncul sejak spiderman 2 lagi ..kali ini Connors akan menjadi lizards.

Masih mengekalkan pengarah yang sama Sam Raimi, citer nih akan menghangatkan lagi siri-siri superhero yang masih lagi dalam pembikinan seperti Iron man 2,Thor, The First Avenger (Cpt. America) .. tahun 2010 dan 2011 akan digemparkan dengan filem-filem ini.

Upcoming 2011 (maybe May), targeted to release Spiderman 4. returning the Sam raimi as director and of coz Tobey and Dunst for spiderman and his girl. Rumors spread that spider-man 4 villains are , Mr. Lizard , Morbius and also Electro.

Since spiderman 3 was in screen, its started to have more villians in one time..and this is good. more action..hopes.

Nothing much about spiderman 4..at this moment but the filming will take place at new york..

whoaa...it's been a while . been busy with the other side of world..yeah wish to do all the things but...
a few days back i rewatched spiderman 3dvd .. i never realize before that there somethings not right..about the black spiderman..

you see..a dramatics scene where spiderman on top of the church trying to pull off the simbiote out of him, and its hard untill he bang the church bell resulting the sound weaken the simbiote from the host..

The funny things is that

1. Before this the black suit is kept in the closet.(refer to the scene where peter taken the suit to fight sandman ) ehmm.. if it is so hard to unbond it with the host why it is in the closet.

2. eddie has a superhuman eye .he could see peter from far below. (even though before he get bonded with the simbiote.

I have post this topik last year, here are some updated :- This animated series is scheduled this March 2008 on Kids WB channel. The series will start fresh as Peter Parker a 16 yers old teenager in a junior year of high school. The stories 'May' differ from the comics and previous animated series but still carrying out the ideas from this 2 media, so that the character will still same.

Series creators realized that, in order to allow the greatest number of story possibilities—and, no doubt, the maximum number of toy and other merchandising possibilities—Parker’s journey from novice to accomplished super-hero must be condensed.

Spider-man 4 is still in the raw developement, they dont even have a story yet (for what i knew). In the last Spider-Man movies, we had The Green Goblin, Dr. Ock, Venom, Green Goblin 2?, and the Sandman. Still we are waiting many more to come.

This is only my predictions, Villains for Spiderman 4, the nominees are :-

1. Mysterio - because we have a very strong rumors about it since the 2nd sequel.
2. The Lizard - We have Dr. Connors since the 2nd sequel ..but still he did not transform to the Lizard, although I predict it strong for the spiderman 3..Dr. Connors must be the first choice for spiderman 4 villians, more over there must be a reasons why he in the the last Spiderman movies.
3. Carnage- hahaa.. this may a continuation for Venom.. he must left something before he died in the last sequel.

Well..that all..but this is my predictions only and i'm only a fans ..ahaks

The latest news i read recently, that Spider-Man 4 was confirmed by Marvel, moreover Marvel told that more Spider-Man movies will be coming to the screen. Again Sam Raimi will be directed this 4th sequel, and reported that his looking for the new writer for this sequel to add more fresh stories. Good news for you fans out there. This film also reported to be in screen year 2009. Up to this date, There is no confirmation whether Tobey Maguire will be call again for this sequel..well who knows the might be a new spiderman, besides Peter Should be more matured now.

"There will be many more Spider-Man films to come," Marvel Studios' Producer Kevin Feige told MTV. "We already have stacks of ideas for the next one because of the wealth of stories in the comics. We could be making Spider-Man movies for the next 20 years, based on the 50 years of Spider-Man history we have."

In July, Tobey Maguire gave comic book fanboys a conniption when he told USA Today that he didn't believe a Spider-Man 4 was in the cards.

"We've done an amazing job at keeping things fresh," Maguire told USA Today. "But, it's hard to imagine continuously coming up with stories that deserve to be told. I'm not sure if there are more stories for this character that are interesting enough to be excited about doing more."

Feige can't guarantee that Maguire would return for a fourth film.

"When you're concentrating on one movie at a time, there's a beginning and a middle and an end to that process," Feige reasoned. "We've been topping each one as they go, [and if that happens again], that's the time for those discussions."

It's good to hear from a Marvel representative that the company is commited to making more Spider-Man movies (as long as there is a market for them) with or without Maguire.

MTV talked to "Spider-Man" franchise director Sam Raimi Friday night about a fourth film. He talked about possibly returning to the director's chair, which cast members he'd like to see come back and the villains. Here's a clip:

Either way, if this tangled web does still involve the filmmaker, Raimi has been busy brainstorming about the villains he'd like to get into the next flick. "I would love to see Electro, Vulture, maybe the Sinister Six as a team," he said.

"The Spectacular Spider-Man" is the official title of the super hero's new animated series coming to the Kids' WB! on The CW, it was announced by Kids' WB! Senior Vice President and General Manager Betsy McGowen.

"The use of the 'Spectacular' title is a homage to Marvel's wildly popular series of Spider-Man comics, and is very reflective of the enthusiasm and high regard we have for the production," McGowen said. "This promises to be a stand-out animated series that will perfectly complement both Sony Entertainment's box office-shattering films and the amped-up action on Kids' WB! every Saturday."

Riding the crest of Sony's blockbuster Spider-Man 3, the new animated series -- slated to premiere on Kids' WB! in early 2008 -- picks up the world-renowned web-slinger's mythology at the beginning of his hero's journey as a not-so-typical 16-year-old with new-found powers engaging the multi-leveled pressures of teenage life while combating bigger, badder super-villains in the real world.

Greg Weisman ("Gargoyles," "The Batman") is supervising producer on "The Spectacular Spider-Man." Victor Cook ("Hellboy: Blood and Iron") is producer/supervising director. The series is produced by Culver Entertainment.

Spiderman 3, after less than a week of opening collected $US399 millions grossly. It is also reported that Spiderman 3 collected the biggest Opening weekend collections amounting $US151 millions and beat the record of Pirates Of The Carribean : The Dead Man Chest which is recorded only $US120 millions. Spiderman 3 also breaks the opening day record with US$59 Millions domestically and $US104 Millions worldwide. Despite of bad comments on Spiderman 3, the films go over the last 2 sequel weekend collections.

I have watched Spiderman 3 movie last week (2nd May), a day after it released on 1st of May 2007 in Malaysia. The movie duration is quite long, it is about 2 hour and 20 minutes but yet I ‘m still comfortable in my seat with popcorn and coke till end of movie.

It was quite surprise with the films, all my predictions in the last post about the movie its not quite match with the actual movie. The “symbiote” was from the outer space and crashed on earth with the meteorite. (Neither same as animated series nor comic book storyline). In Spiderman 3, it is action and conflict yet a drama itself. Its about Peter, Mary Jane and Spiderman and not just a hero fighting villains. You will laugh and angry at Peter new personality, and sad after Mary Jane facing the downside of her career while Spiderman becomes more popular. Harry Osborn will vengeance his father death and became the Goblin Jr. attack Spiderman, while came new villain Flint Marko which is not actually a bad guy to be, and accidentally became Sandman and uses his powers to rob banks and getting money to help his sick daughter. The venom came as a climax of the story, he teamed up with Sandman as both of them has a reason to kill Spiderman.

With a budget of 250million US, this films had brought a great special effects especially fight scene between Peter Parker and Harry and the last fight between Spiderman, Sandman and Venom. The character builds with special effects for Sandman also great.
I don’t have a collection figure for Spiderman 3 right now, but at my place the tickets for the movie were selling fast. It is a great movie to watch, I would give 4 stars for Spiderman 3, and it is only my “unprofessional” comments.

Spider-man 3 had its world premier in Tokyo on 16, April 2007 and had a positive reactions from Japanese Viewers, a film critic that attended the preview screening before the premier describe that as “ more intense –you will great action but certainly it’s the deepest of the three”.

UK premier will be on April 23 at the Odeon Leicester Square and the US Premier will take place on April 30, at Tribeca Film Festival in Queens (where Peter Parker was). And the world wide opening will be on 4th of May. Except several countries start earlier such as Japan, China and Malaysia. Tracking Data a month before the US release reflected over 90% awareness and over 20% first choice among moviegoers. With a budget of US $258 millions Spiderman 3 is among the biggest films budget besides King Kong , War and Peace and others. It is also estimated that Spiderman 3 will collect $100 millions over on the opening weekend.

This will be the hottest seat in cinema on May, hoping that more cinema and show could be offer for this films. Go Spidey ….errr ..don’t forget to see the latest trailers in my previous post.

Topher Grace is set as Eddie Brock, the rival photographer at the Daily Bugle., His jealous of Peter Parker only fans the flame of hate when he transforms to Venom.

"When we saw the preview at Comic-Con, I was like, 'That would be a big moment in my life if I weren't in the film,'" Grace said in an interview. "And I'm playing the guy. I was going nuts."

"There's a lot of freedom with a bad guy," Grace said. "When you're a protagonist, whenever you go a certain distance away from the center, ... a bell goes off, because you have a responsibility to the audience to be very real. So they can kind of relate to you. But when you're a bad guy—especially when you're me, who's kind of a psycho alien from outer space— ... like, the bell doesn't go off as many times."

Topher said that Eddie Brock is deceptively similar to Peter, at least at the beginning of the sequel. "They kind of have a very similar job," he said. "He works at The Bugle, they both work for J.J., and Eddie has a better exterior than Peter. You know, they look similar, but he's got a little bit more product in his hair, he dresses a little flashier, and you know, he's a little more of a flirt. They kind of like the same women, and as the movie progresses you realize that—of course, we know that Peter has this great interior, and we find out that Eddie does not. So it's kind of a case study, [as] if someone was given the same powers as Peter was given in part one, but didn't have that great advice from Uncle Ben. I used to say to them all the time on set, it's like my motto is 'With great power comes great fun.'"

For scenes after Brock finally transforms into Venom, Grace had to undergo a grueling makeup regimen. "I had four hours of prosthetic makeup every morning when I was Venom, and just getting on the suit takes about 45 minutes before that, so I had to get there at 3 or something," he said. "And I had to work out. I put on 20 pounds, which really was very hard. I'm really a skinny dude, and it was a lot of work. It wasn't just hanging from those rigs. I'd watch Tobey and go, 'Oh, that looks like fun, swinging around.' But I ... did, like, one one-hundredth of what he does on the film, and I just have a lot of respect for what he's been doing for all of these years. Physically, it's a whole sort of process."

Spider-Man Released Date

Another news, as reported in my last post, i said that Malaysia is the first to release Spiderman 3 movie, argghhhhh it not. Japan is actually . Because they have been approved to released Spiderman 3 on 1st of May 2007, and Malaysia will be 2nd May and worlwide wide is on 3rd May 2007.

Spider-Man In Black Again

Spider-man will be wearing his black suit again in the comics beginning February 2007 until June 2007. And this is not because of venom but it is Spidey own decision after he had made a mistake !!!!!. A mistake in Civil War. In Civil War, Spiderman support a Super-Human Registration Act ( S-HRA) and open his mask to the public as one of the regulation in S-HRA.

Then he realized that he had made a mistake, not only to himself but also danger his love ones. Aunt May and Mary Jane being hunted by King Pin. He wear the black suit to get his life back and against the S-HRA pro. This exciting story begin on Amazing Spider-Man # 539-542 and the other Spider-man series :- Sensational Spider-Man #35-39, Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man #17 – 21.
A Spider-Man : Back in Black Handbook will be distributed this March.

Ghost Rider

To all Marvel fans out there, as you all known Ghost Rider will be on the movies by 15 of February 2007 , that means it is only 2 days from now. We have seen the trailers right, it will be interesting superhero movie and an opening for others superhero movies this year.. before Fantastic Four , Transformer, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle and Spider-Man 3…yearghhhhh. hehhheeh

It is not Peter Parker alone wore the Spider-man suits and have the ability of the Spider. An attempt has been made to born a clone of Spider-man. And the clones are Kaine and Ben Reily.

Kaine is one of the first “failed” clones of Peter Parker created by Professor Miles Warren, the Jackal. The character created by Terry Kavanagh and Steven Butler. His first appeareance was in Web Of Spider-Man # 119.

The clones are the first attempted, and success during early period, but the cloning process was flawed. And Kaine was left deformed and mentally unstable but also more physically powerful than Spider-Man. Kaine not only possess Spider-man power such as strength, speed and agility but also he gained a ‘precognitive sense” an enhancement versions of Spider-sense where he will gained flashed of the future. Kaine also popular with his “Marks Of Kaine” a corrosive touch that he used to leave eaten away hand prints on his victims’ faces.

Ben Reily is not said to failure like Kaine. Ben Reily also an attempt by the Jackal to produced a new and better clones after he created Kaine. Ben Reily survived and perfectly appeared as Peter Parker double. Ben Reily was first appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man # 149.

Ben Reily not only inherited all Peter Parker powers but also was imbued with Peter Parker’s memories through a process of arcane science. Ben Reily actually believes that he himself was the original Peter Parker. Like Kaine he also have the precognitive Spider-sense. In his first story he was battling to get a life he believed that was his life, as Peter Parker. He was also known as Scarlet Spider, Spider-Man 2 and Spider-Carnage.
