Small chunk of root ginger to taste,
2 oz of white rum,
8 ice cubes
5 strawberies sliced
2 tsp sugar
Dash of lime juice

Blend all together into a daquri consistency.

Hollywood Scully

Fill a tall glass witth ice.

1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
1/2 oz. Scotch
Dash of Dry Vermouth
Dash of Sour mix
1 oz of Orange Juice
Splash of Sprite

Shake

Garnish with orange and cherry

Mauritian 3 Colour Punch

2 oz White Rum
15ml Lemon juice
1 Lime (4 Wedges)
4 oz. Orange Juice
1/4 oz Grenadine Sirop
1/2 oz Vodka mix with Bleu Curacao

Tropical Pisco Fruit

simple syrup 1/2 oz
Grappe BorgoÃ±a 10 unts
Carambola Star 2 unts
Sachatomate 1/2 unt
Pisco Puro Quebranta 2 oz
Ice Cubes 6 unts
Glass: Long Drink
Garnish: 1 Carambola Star & 2 Straws

Method:

Muddler 1st 4 ingredients, add Pisco Puro Quebranta, Add ice cubes, Hard Shake, Strain into Long Drink Glass, Garnish & 2 Straws and Serve.

30ml bols creme de' banana
30 ml creme de' mente white

pour to rocked collins glass
topped with soda water, enjoy..

kurrantine

30ml of absolute vodka kurrant
1 tsp of blackurant jc
pour into glass and topped it with soda water

Black Sapphire

60ml Bombay Sapphire
250ml can of 'V' Black energy drink

Pour the gin and the V Black into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Stir well.

Coffee taste of the dark V harmonises very well with the juniper flavour of the gin.

Oxford Emerald

2 oz Vodka, 1 oz Cointreau/ Orange Liqueur & 2 oz Blue Curacao.

Mix together and serve with cracked ice. As this has no non-alcoholic mixer in it, proportions are to taste. It should taste tangy but not too strong...

Kilo Kai Grog

3/4 oz Kilo Kai
3/4 oz Effen Vodka
3/4 Triple Sec
Splash of Grenadine
Sweet and Sour Mix
7-UP

Directions: Pour vodka, rum and triple sec over ice in a pint glass. Fill with equal parts of sweet and sour mix and 7-up, add grenadine, and serve.

Fizber coctail

1/3 ounce Blue Curacao Liqueur
1/2 ounce Banana Liqueur
3/4 ounce Passion Fruit Syrup
1/2 ounce Lemon Juice
1.7 ounce Havana Club Rum
5 ounce Tonic
Combine all ingredients (except for the tonic) with crushed ice in a highball glass, shake well. Pour tonic and serve.
