Creating Memories through Fragrance
Scent Blending Recipes are carefully selected recipes of individual candles that when burning together, create their own unique, blended scent experience. To maximize your fragrant experience, use the exact sizes and quantities noted in each recipe – a slight alteration can be like adding salt when you needed sugar.

FIRST: Arrange the candles on a heat-safe surface with the largest in the middle and smaller candles interspersed throughout. For votive and Tealight candles, use a holder to protect the surface.

SECOND: Place each candle approximately two inches apart in your arrangement.

THIRD: Light each candle and let the aromas mingle for at least 30 minutes to create your new fragrance experience.

Candle Burning Instructions & Tips

Never burn candles unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets, especially when lit. Do not burn near a draft. Disturbances in the flame can cause sooting.

Keep the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch. Wicks that are too long the candle will create excess soot and turn the jar black. If you burn for extended hours (more than 4 to 6 hours,) or if the flame become too high, begins to smoke, or flickers repeatedly, extinguish the candle. After it has cooled a bit, trim the wick, and re-light. If problem persists, discontinue use.

Discontinue burning when 1/2 inch wax remains on the bottom of the jar; excessive heat on glass may cause the jar to shatter.

Be sure wicks are LEAD FREE. Lead wicks are prohibited in candles made in the United States. If you do not know where your candle was poured, check for the lead free note on the bottom label.

Using a wick dipper to extinguish the flame. Dip the wick into the molted wax to extinguish and straighten the wick upright. This will reduce smoke and will make the wick easier to re-light for the next use.

Always light both wicks on the two wick candles. Lighting both wicks and letting the candle burn long enough to liquefy the entire top surface will ensure even burning throughout the jar.

Use a candle holder, jar snugger, or trivet to protect the surfaces in your home. The glass becomes hot during burning. Place on a heat resistant surface. Do not place directly on a glass table.

I am an Independent Charter Distributor selling amazing candles since early of 2003. I signed up as a demonstrator only one week after making my first candle purchase. I loved the candles and I'm a candle-aholic, so it just made sense to (worse case scenario) get discount scented candles. Back then commission was a mere 18%, but I soon found out how profitable it was to be a demonstrator selling at my own pace. I was so successful at being a demonstrator, less than one year after that we invested in a candle distributorship. Now, under the new career plan as we know it today, I'm known as a Charter Distributor: a legacy title given to those who were distributors under the old structure.

This business involves virtually no stress, low start-up costs (FREE,) lots of fun, and a great way to make extra money. Under the current Career Plan, Demonstrators receive an instant 25% commission on orders (much more than the mere 18% I used to make,) plus, additional cash commission is paid once monthly sales reach $300. Profit is earned by selling to others at the catalog price, and you keep the difference.

After 5 years in direct sales selling great scented jar candles, I've learned so much and I love what I do. It is my desire to someday work my direct sales business full time and share this opportunity with as many people as I possibly can.

I LOVE this guy! I've seen him do a couple of different presentations like this and I just think that are oh so cute, and very creative...and he makes me chuckle.

Here he describes the purpose of the little orange icon on my blog that says "Bookmark Me/Subscribe". Personally, I've only subscribed to just a couple of blogs to date...so when I see that icon and I want to subscribe to the site, I just add the feed to my bookmark/favorites. However, I continue to subscribe and view more and more news and blog sites, and based on his little presentation I think I'll give a reader website another chance. I've looked into Google Reader in the past and found it very intuitive.
