Google Friends Connect

As you may have noticed over in the sidebar there is a new "gadget" called Friends Connect. This is a tool recently released by Google that will hopefully allow us to bring some new features to the site and make it easier for people to login and comment and connect with others. It basically allows you to login once to a site that supports Google Friends Connect and whenever you visit a site with it installed you simple click Join. There is no need to create new logins/ids passwords etc. So if you run a blog/website add a friends connect gadget to your site.

I've added a Friends Connect gadget to SpoilerTV and all the various sections such as Movies, Comic-Con and Celebrity Photos.

So try it out and feel free to add me as a friend :)

MICKEY: Witches and vampires aren't the only supernatural creatures in Mystic Falls. It won't be right away, but a major male character will reveal himself to be a werewolf. ADAM: How would you like to meet Abby's best friend? Well, you'll get to in this season's Christmas episode. Short-statured actress Meredith Eaton (Boston Legal, Family Law) will play Abby's former college buddy and fellow lab tech who comes to Abby for advice. Get ready to Goth out, because Pauley Perrette — whose real-life best friend is... Eaton — tells me the two are very similar.

When is Katherine going to get better on Desperate Housewives? I don't like crazy Katherine. — Mindy
MICKEY: Poor Dana Delany. She was so great as a tightly wound neat freak. Why'd they have to push it? And now this: Remember that scene in Fatal Attraction where Glenn Close picks up Michael Douglas' kid at school and brings her on a rollercoaster? I know — chilling, right? Well, Katherine is going to amp up the crazy in a future episode in a very similar way.

Who is Stella going to have a relationship with on this season of CSI: NY? — Shannon
ADAM: Stella won't go back to the well with Adam, executive producer Pam Veasey tells me, but you should look out for more moments of spontaneity from her. "She's not going to limit herself," Veasey says. "Her momentary enjoyable moment with Adam was one of those things. She'll be a much more aggressive, live-in-the-moment type of character."

My brother-in-law told me that he read that this is the last season of 24! Please tell me he was yanking my chain. — Pat
MICKEY: Brothers-in-law are good for two things, and two things only: stocking the cooler and moving furniture. He was yanking your chain. My 24 sources tell me that the show's move to New York has reenergized the cast and crew, but that no decision has been made about future seasons.

What's next for Hiro now that he's trapped at the carnival on Heroes? — Justin
ADAM: If you're wondering just how long Hiro will be trapped with the carnies, know this: Hiro will share turkey and cranberries with the band o' freaks. "When filming the Thanksgiving episode, we could just not stop laughing," Masi Oka says of his scenes with carnival leader Samuel (Robert Knepper). Look for a huge gothic banquet and some... ballroom dancing? Don't worry, they totally wear weird masks, Oka says.

Are Rachel and Finn ever getting together on Glee? — Nicole
MICKEY: Matthew Morrison, who plays Mr. Schuester, says not any time soon. "I think that love is dead," he says. Not that their current relationships are rock-solid either. While Finn and Quinn struggle with the demands of impending parenthood, Puck and Rachel's swoonfest will end just as quickly as it began. In the fallout, two members of this demented love square will recombine, over their shared love of... baking. Puck and Finn will come to blows in the aftermath.

What's coming up on Brothers & Sisters? — Sherry
ADAM: In Sunday's episode, Kitty will have second thoughts about her cancer treatment, no doubt to worrywart Nora's chagrin. Luckily, Nora will have a new friend with benefits (The Closer's Jon Tenney) to distract her. "It's the beginning of Nora trying to find some balance in her life in terms of dealing her daughter," newly appointed showrunner David Marshall Grant tells me. "It's the beginning of a source of hope for Nora, and reminds the audience, despite what's going on, there's always hope in the future."

Any scoop on Fringe? I'm dying to see more of "over there." — Vic
MICKEY: Lance Reddick himself told me that "over there" Broyles is different in a fundamental way: He's a happily married man. What's that — you didn't realize Broyles was divorced? Well, after Thursday's episode, you will. And you'll also know why.

Any scoop on the absolutely brilliant Sons of Anarchy? — Patricia
ADAM: Jax's decision to "go nomad" will drive an even bigger wedge into the already fractured club, which has to vote on whether or not to let Jax go. The result of the vote however, has far less impact than a difficult decision Gemma will have to make.

Will Terry and Arlene still be together when we return for Season 3 of True Blood? — Anna
MICKEY: Yep. Executive producer Alan Ball told us that the happy couple "will make a surprising discovery that will bring them closer together." Translation: All that free lovin' they did under Maryann's spell will result in an unplanned pregnancy. I hope the baby has hair that looks like a sunset after a bomb went off.

With the addition of Madeline Zima to the cast of Heroes, will she return to Californication? — Bernd
ADAM: Worry not, Bernd, Zima will make an appearance before the Showtime comedy wraps up its third season. I'd really love to tell you more, but to say anything is to say too much. The episode is not to be missed.

The anticipation for Season Eight of 24 continues to surge with Gregory Itzin reprising his acclaimed role as CHARLES LOGAN. The Emmy Award-winning drama starring Kiefer Sutherland returns for its next astonishing day with a two-night, four-hour premiere event Sunday, Jan. 17 (9:00-11:00 PM ET/PT) and Monday, Jan. 18 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

The disgraced former President Logan was last seen after being shockingly stabbed by First Lady MARTHA LOGAN (Jean Smart) in Season Six. Itzin’s return to 24 will bring together the series’ two Emmy-nominated “presidents” for the first time when sitting President ALLISON TAYLOR (Emmy Award winner Cherry Jones) reluctantly enlists Logan to assist with an escalating international diplomatic crisis.

When asked about this on-screen pairing, 24 executive producer Howard Gordon said, “The opportunity for these two remarkable actors to share the stage was simply too compelling to pass up.”

Season Eight resets in New York City where a retired JACK BAUER (Sutherland) is unwillingly drawn back into the intense action after learning of a plot to assassinate Middle Eastern peace-keeping leader OMAR HASSAN (Anil Kapoor). Meanwhile, RENEE WALKER (Annie Wersching) and CHLOE O’BRIAN (Mary Lynn Rajskub) return alongside CTU newcomers DANA WALSH (Katee Sackhoff), BRIAN HASTINGS (Mykelti Williamson) and COLE ORTIZ (Freddie Prinze Jr.).

24 - Character Returning

Gregory Itzin is returning to 24 as lunatic ex-prez Charlies Logan for a multi-episode arc. Logan will resurface towards the end of Day 8 when Cherry Jones’ President Taylor reluctantly enlists her disgraced predecessor to assist with an escalating diplomatic crisis.

24 exec producer Howard Gordon says the opportunity to watch Jones and Itzin go head-to-head “was simply too compelling to pass up.”

Logan was last seen in season 6 after being stabbed to near-death by his equally mental former wife Martha. At the time, 24’s then-executive producer Jon Cassar revealed that the initial script called for Logan to die. “I did everything I could not to kill him,” he said. “I wanted to give us the [option] to potentially bring him back.”

24 returns with its customary two-night, four-hour premiere on Jan. 17 and 18.

What's the story with new episodes of 24? — Randy
MICKEY: Are you a baseball fan, Randy? Even if you're not, you should tune in to the World Series because that's when Fox will unveil the first preview of the new season of 24, which starts in January 2010. But until then, here's a tidbit: Within the first hour of Season 8, Jack will meet his granddaughter. No word yet on whether Baby Bauer is rooting for New York or Philadelphia. (Go Phillies!)

Any news on what's ahead for Cristina and Owen on Grey's Anatomy? I don't want Kim Raver's character to break this couple up. — Lisa
ADAM: Sorry, Lisa, but Raver's Teddy is definitely going to be an obstacle to Crowen. What might surprise you, though, is that Teddy won't be the first bump in the road. I'm hearing that sparks are going to fly between Yang and new Mercy West doc Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams) in the Nov. 5 episode, a week before Teddy even scrubs in.

How can everyone on Desperate Housewives still not know that Lynette is pregnant? — Leeanne
MICKEY: Because it's TV, Leeanne! Practicing attorneys should bite their tongues when Cherry & Co. play fast and loose with labor law to float a very funny story line about Lynette's employment as it relates to her pregnancy. It won't end well for Lynette — or Carlos, for that matter. But at least all the conversation about twins will be in reference to babies.

When is CSI going to start really getting into the Dr. Jekyll storyline? — Adrien
ADAM: Patience, Adrien, there's that whole three-show November sweeps crossover to deal with first. Executive producer Naren Shankar tells me the ultra-creepy serial killer who performs bizarre surgeries on his victims will pop up in Episode 9, which airs Dec. 10. The victim: a Las Vegas real estate tycoon. The surgery: "All I'm going to say is that the name of the episode is 'Appendicitement,'" Shankar says.

Are the Vampire Diaries writers sticking to the books? For instance, will Bonnie end up with [name redacted]? — Chris
MICKEY: Whoa there, Chris, don't ruin it for the fans who haven't read the books! "Just because it happens in the book, doesn't mean it's going to happen on the show," Katerina Graham, who plays Bonnie, tells us. As for whether or not the writers plan to get Bonnie and [that person] together, it doesn't look like that will happen any time soon. "One of the writers said I'm not going to get any action for a very long time," says Graham. So [redacted] will have to cool his or her jets in the meantime!

What can you tell me about Pauley Perrette's NCIS: Los Angeles crossover? — Krysten
ADAM: Abby heads to the West Coast when a victim turns up who matches the profile of a serial killer Abby's secretly been tracking. "She pieces together some unsolved crimes in her own way, and she is convinced there's a killer that no one else thinks exists," Perrette says. "She has a very specific theory and she goes out to L.A. to try to track down this guy... or girl."

When does Glee return with new episodes and can you tease anything juicy? — Nicole
MICKEY: Glee returns Nov. 11, when we learn that both Sue Sylvester and Tina have character-revealing secrets. One reveal will end a relationship before it even gets started. The other will make you reconsider a character you thought you knew.

When will the Criminal Minds producers loosen up Hotch? — Roly
ADAM: To hear executive producer Ed Bernero tell it, they don't need to loosen him up at all. "We all believe that Hotch's stoic nature, his strength, his resolve, is one of the glues that holds the show together," Bernero says. "His unflinching portrayal of a true-believer G-man allows all the other characters to be a bit eccentric... because there is a representation of the real FBI in Hotch." That said, Bernero promises the show's 100th episode will give fans a completely different view of Hotch.

When will Ryan catch on to Jen Clark's evil ways on 90210? — Pat
MICKEY: Soon, Pat. Once Jen and Ryan hit the skids, he'll rebound with a very interesting woman. She'll entertain him with her colorful stories of the good old days; he'll totally freak out once he realizes that he's sleeping with the mother of one of his students.

On Smallville, will we see Clark wear a suit with some color this season? Or maybe wear his iconic glasses? — Sharlene
ADAM: Get used to the basic black, Sharlene. "He isn't quite done with his suit yet," says executive producer Kelly Souders. "This whole season is the alter ego before he starts transforming into the [Superman] that we all know." As for the glasses, she says, "There's a flirting moment with a pair of glasses. I won't say that he's definitely got them on, but I would watch the next little run. You'll see it in the first nine episodes."

On White Collar, will Neal ever try to run again to get to Kate?
MICKEY: Ankle security monitor be damned, it sure looks like it. Executive producer Jeff Eastin told me that Neal will always want to run. "There will always be that tension, but for the most part Neal is happy with his job," he says. Deduce what you will, then, from the fact that Kate (All My Children's Alexandra Daddario) is a recurring character on the show. We'll see her soon.

Any news on Damages? — Jill
ADAM: Season 3 finds Patty (Glenn Close) single for the first time in a while. Cue Julian Decker, a handsome architect who is also a pretty mean tenor saxophonist. Patty may not exactly swoon over him, but the two will share a kiss in the season premiere.

Adam's Mega Rave: Go ahead and give Jon Hamm his Emmy now. His stunning performance in Sunday's episode of Mad Men hit all the right notes: He began his confrontation with Betty as the defiant, powerful Don Draper, but when the shoebox hit the fan, he was reduced to the crumpled, emotional boy that Dick Whitman is. His unraveling was both heartbreaking and transfixing.

Mickey's Mini Rant: I love a good Rashomon-style story, but Grey's Anatomy's entry into the canon, the episode titled "I Saw What I Saw," seemed unnecessarily complicated for such a lame payoff.

They might be slightly less glamorous—he's a Mohawked jock; she's a Slurpee-covered geek—but they are currently E! Online readers' most-asked-about pairing.
We're talkin' bout Puck (Mark Salling) and Rachel (Lea Michele) of course (no, not the ones from The Real World: San Francisco), about whom you Glee fans are apparently obsessing after the latest episode. And how can we blame you? After all, he evoked the magical courtship powers of Neil Diamond! And they are pretty. Darn. Cute.
So is there any hope they'll become a real couple?

Sorry, there isn't any more Puck-Rachel stuff coming in the immediate future. The next ep of Glee, "Wheels," airs Nov. 11, and by the end of it, your shipper allegiance might swing back from Puck-Rachel to Puck-Quinn. (I know, scandal!) Puck steps up in amazing way to help his baby mama (Dianna Agron) when she needs money to pay for her ultrasound bill, and they even get thisclose to smooching, courtesy of a food fight. Puck even throws down with Finn (Cory Monteith), when he thinks Finn isn't doing enough to provide for the baby. Meanwhile, Jenna Ushkowitz, who plays Tina (and does not stutter in real life) tells us there's more Finn and Rachel on the way: "All I can say is Finn definitely has some major decisions to make, and Finn and Quinn aren't exactly on the best of terms. So you may see some more of that [between Finn and Rachel]."

Tina in Poughkeepsie, N.Y.: More Glee please!
The next episode also features some supercute romantic scenes between Artie (Kevin McHale) and Tina. By the way, between the Quinn-Puck scenes, the Artie-Tina scenes, some very surprising scenes featuring Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) and a storyline involving Kurt (Chris Colfer) and Kurt's dad, we dare you not to cry at least once during the next ep of Glee. It's that good and that heartbreaking.

Michelle in Galveston, Texas: How will the hospital change after Jennifer Morrison leaves House? I'm worried her absence will implode the team.
We just caught up with Lisa Edelstein, and she told us: "I think [Cameron's departure] will tighten up the team a little bit. There will be a loss of that character, which is a great character. It will continue on its merry way. We were all sad. I don't think she's gone for good. They say she's going to be coming and going." Yay for the coming back part! We certainly hope that is the case.

Lilly in Oregon: So glad 30 Rock is back. It's totally awesome! Do you have any scoop?
In honor of Halloween, it's time to trot out that ol' 30 Rock-originated holiday standard, "Werewolf Bar Mitzvah," and mash it up with the werewolves sneak peek from New Moon. Seriously, if you haven't seen this yet, you must go watch. It is hilarious, and the perfect use of Tracy Morgan's masterpiece. And speaking of Twilight, did you spot the poster of Edward Cullen in Astor's room last night on Dexter? Awesome shout-out to Dexter exec producer cum Twilight screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg—not to mention exactly the right decor for any tween girl's bedroom.

ADL in N.J.: I can't believe Izzie left Alex on Grey's Anatomy! Will they get back together soon?
All we can promise is that Izzie will be back soon—Katherine Heigl is back on the set of Grey's Anatomy this week, along with Ellen Pompeo—but no promises about a full Alex-Izzie reunion. (I mean, if you were Alex, you'd be pretty pissed at Izzie right about now, wouldn't you? Hmmm, maybe Sarah Drew should move in for the kill?)

Suzi in Kent, Ohio: That new doctor with the green eyes on Grey's is so hot. Is he going to have a Seattle Grace romance any time soon?
Dr. "Beautiful Green Eyes" is still on the market, Jesse Williams himself dished exclusively to us. "Jackson's about working and just kind of being really effective and not being involved in the business of 'he said, she said' and backstories and stuff," the Grey's addition told us. "But who are we kidding here? It's Grey's Anatomy; I'm sure there is something around the corner. I'm just waiting to hear." Besides yourself, who do you want to see this hunk with?

Dere in Martin, Tenn.: Who was that new lawyer on The Good Wife? I have seen her in a few movies. She was outstanding. Is she coming back to be a regular? I hope so. After that episode I was officially hooked. This show keeps getting better. Makes me think of one of my favorite shows of all time, The Practice.
Patricia Nyholm, the new lawyer on The Good Wife, was played by the always-awesome Martha Plimpton (who also just starred on Grey's). We hear that The Good Wife's exec producers love both the character and Martha and definitely hope to bring her back down the line.

Ashley in San Francisco: I know it's early, but do you have any news about 24? I miss Jack Bauer!
Did you see the awesome, brand-new season-eight trailers that were leaked online? It's so cute when Jack Bauer thinks he's gotten out, because they always suck him back in! Plus, Freddie Prinze Jr. has joined the cast of 24, which is just, well, amusing.

Lindsey M.: What's going on with 10 Things I Hate About You? Will it be back or is it over?
ABC Family renewed 10 Things (yay!), and it's probably coming back in early 2010, probably within a month of the Jan. 11 premieres of Make It or Break It and Secret Life of the American Teenager. As show runner Carter Covington told us this year, the back 10 episodes will include a lot of Patrick Verona (Ethan Peck) backstory and more of the love triangle between Bianca, Chastity and Joey.

Rebecca: Spill it! Who's the dead father who's coming back? My money is on Christian Shephard of Lost!
Nope. It's actually Bart Bass of Gossip Girl. How crazytown is that?! My friends at the CW tell me there are currently no plans to bring back Carter (boo!). And Michelle Trachtenberg is starring in that other show that's not Parks & Rec or Community and was just picked up by NBC (Mercy), so she's otherwise occupied at the moment. We took your question to her, and she answered: "Georgina has taken a little trip. She's gone off with who she thinks is a Russian prince. But as Georgina goes, you never see the end of her. She always comes back and torments."

As we first reported earlier this month, Dexter and Rita are in trouble, and they'll be going to couples counseling with Roma Maffia beginning next week. We asked Julie Benz herself if this means fans should be worried about Rita and Dexter's relationship over the long haul, and she told us, "Ummm...no. [Pause.] Maybe! I'm not gonna say." OK, we're going to cling to that original no until further notice.

Shannon in Phoenix, Ariz.: I know Adam Rodriguez is leaving/has left CSI: Miami. Was last week's episode his last?

Jess in Cortland, N.Y.: Now that the big Melrose Place murder mystery is kind of ruined, can you tell us anything about Heather Locklear's return to the show?
Heather is back on Melrose for the long haul, and her storyline is juicy. Plus, Sydney is sticking around! Jessica Lucas (Riley) tells us that after the not-so-big murder reveal, the show shifts to lots of Amanda Woodward and whatever it is she's hiding. "The back nine will be focusing on Heather. There is some kind of mystery there between her and Sydney, so Laura Leighton may be staying on in some form," says Jessica. As for the spoiled send-off, don't be too upset. Melrose's resident teacher says the reveal is still pretty amazing. "Episode 12 is the whole wrap of the murder mystery, so something really shocking happens in the pool. It ties in with the murder mystery, but it's something completely unexpected."

Trina in Houston: What about Jonah and Riley? With Colin Egglesfield leaving Melrose Place, will this couple make it?
Jessica Lucas tells us she isn't really sure: "The next couple of episodes are dealing with Riley and Jonah deciding whether or not they want to stay together and do they have enough of a strong foundation." And Jenna Dewan's feisty Kendra isn't making things any easier. "Kendra's another example of someone who really knows what she's talking about, and he has a strong connection to her, so she plays into their rough patch."

I was just trying to get all you O&C ’shippers stirred up and, in turn, drive eyeballs to my interview with the actress. Speaking of which… In the following Q&A, Raver teases her Grey’s stint (kicking off Nov. 12), addresses reports that producers wanted her to dye, and solves a big 24 biggest mystery: Are Jack and Audrey soul mates?
When did you start work?
KIM RAVER: I’m on my second day. It’s an amazing group.
Tell me about your character, Teddy.
RAVER: She was in Iraq with Owen. She’s a cardiac surgeon. She’s really good at what she does. There’ll be some interesting stuff between Teddy, Cristina and Owen.

What exactly happened between Teddy and Owen in Iraq?
RAVER: When we first meet her, we’re not quite sure. But there’s definitely a hint of a triangle.

There was a report that Grey’s producers asked you to dye your hair brunet for the role. True?
RAVER: No. I don’t know where that came from. My hair may not be as blond as it was on 24, but it’s the same as it was on Lipstick Jungle.

What’s the length of your Grey’s commitment?
RAVER: I don’t know. It’s sort of a similar situation to when I joined 24. You just don’t know. I’m recurring, but I don’t know the [exact] length. It’s interesting because Teddy is in the same situation. It creates an exciting dynamic because it forces me to be very present and enjoy playing this really great character.

Is there potential this could become a full-time gig?
RAVER: I don’t know. I would be thrilled and flattered [if it came to that]. I just love the cast and the crew and the writers. It’s such a pleasure to get a script and just be like, “Yes!”

This could be the last season of 24. Has there been any talk of Audrey possibly returning?
RAVER: That’s a tricky one. I was happy to know Audrey wasn’t dead because there [may be] a little bit of a window to go back to that family. But I don’t know where they are with that storyline. I’m sort of a romantic at heart so I would love to see some closure between Jack and Audrey — especially if it’s the last season. I feel like [Audrey just] lying there not being able to talk to him wasn’t really any kind of great closure.

Are you of the opinion that they’re soul mates?
RAVER: I am. I have a warm spot for those two characters. They are soul mates. I know that sounds corny, but they are.

Former 24 heroine Reiko Aylesworth has booked a recurring role on Damages, sources confirm to me exclusively.

Not surprisingly, details about her character are being kept under wraps. The actress joins a season 3 cast that also includes new series regulars Campbell Scott and Martin Short, as well as special guest stars Lily Tomlin and Keith Carradine.
Production of the show’s 13-episode third season began last week ahead of a January debut.

To judge a shows popularity here at SpoilerTV I took in the following metrics and used some formulas to come up with the index. These metrics were:

- Number of Comments made on shows posts
- Number of ReTweets and Twitter links
- Number of Links to show posts on other sites
- Number of Sites using our embedded videos
- Number of people submitting news

Sarah Michelle Prinze and husband Freddie Prinze Jr. are parents, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.

The couple "welcomed their daughter Charlotte Grace Prinze on Saturday, Sept. 19," says a rep for the actress. "The family is over the moon."

This is the first child for the couple, who revealed that they were expecting back in April.

Freddie Prinze Jr. will star on the upcoming season of 24. Sarah Michelle recently changed her last name from Gellar to Prinze.

Office die-hards, get excited! When we asked cocreator and executive producer of The Office, Ricky Gervais, who we can expect to see on the show this season, he hinted at making a cameo of his own. "Maybe there's a big guest star. Maybe you're talking to him now," he said with a smirk. "Nah. Just kidding. But I'd love to maybe do the show in the future." We think it would be fabulous to see Ricky play his character, David Brent, from the original Office and interact with Michael Scott. What do you think?

Riley in Big Bear: It was such a treat watching Neil Patrick Harris host the Emmys. What do you know about How I Met Your Mother?
We'll let NPH himself tell you about the fifth season: "Well, this season of How I Met Your Mother we are at 8 p.m., instead of 8:30, so we start the night off. Bring the kids in--the younger the better--and watch us binge drink, have three-, four-ways, lots of cursing. I think we use the word douche now, because we can," says the triple-threat actor. "We're trying to indoctrinate the younger generation into the Barney way of life, which is a good thing. Everyone should do it. Scotch on the rocks." Are you planning on watching the HIMYM premiere tonight? Will you accompany it with a scotch on the rocks?

Neila in San Francisco: I miss The Real Housewives of Orange County. Do you know what's happening this season?
Those O.C. housewives are back on Bravo Nov. 5 with a new mama in tow and a farewell to fan favorite Jeana Keough. We also just heard the series will be filming on the Los Angeles campus of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising this week. Our source says one of the daughters is interested in attending the school. Any guesses as to who it might be?

Last night's Emmy winner Bryan Cranston just told us a huge secret about the new season of the AMC cult fave. "The thing that my character was always worried about was having my wife find out what I'm doing. This season, she finds out. I still don't know how she's taking it, but she's freaked out. My thought was if she ever finds out, it's over." So is it? "That's what I'm still wondering!" Plus, Jesse and Walter will still go at it, too. "As long as we're at odds with each other, it's a good way to go, because he and I are so different. We should play that up all the time--like an odd couple."

Kiera in Santa Barbara, Calif.: Boo for Aaron Paul losing at the Emmys! Any scoop on Breaking Bad?
Ditto, but we caught up with Aaron Paul (Jesse) right before the Emmys and he was just beyond thrilled to be nominated. As for the new season of Breaking Bad, the sexy (and so sweet) star was tight-lipped but warned us to be prepared for a huge premiere: "We just wrapped episode three, and they start off with a huge bang and it just keeps going." Not sure if he meant literally, but we're still excited! Aaron was also thrilled about some "really cool new characters" on board next year.

Natalie in New York City: Chase is actually getting a real storyline on House? I still can't really believe it. Chase fans have been waiting way too long for something like this!
Yep, Chase is plenty busy this season. Jesse Spencer spills to us, "I'm back on the team. It's kinda old-school: Cameron and Chase, kickin' it old-school. The merging of the teams is a work in progress. People are back and forth, and in and out, but I think very soon it's going to be a complete conglomeration of old and new. It's going to be a new dynamic for the team, which I think is going to be really good." Spencer adds, "I've got a lot of storylines coming my way. There's a bit of dodgy doctoring going on. But dodgy doctoring is all we do on the show. Bend the rules a little bit--that's what House does. If House was practicing medicine [in the real world], he'd have lot his license on day one."

Kelly in Wichita, Kan.: Thanks for the interviews with Hugh Laurie, Lisa Edelstein and the House producers, but where is the rest of the gang?
Patience, young Jedi. Olivia Wilde tells us that House's eventual return to the hospital causes a great deal of disruption. "House has changed, and that means our environment has changed. Everyone approaches House's recovery differently. They all have very different relationships to him this season, and it reveals a little bit more about similarities that some of us may have with House."

Dean in Vancouver: House!
Peter Jacobson (an actor we always enjoy speaking with) says Taub's just fine with House being gone from Princeton-Plainsboro: "Taub is somewhat relieved to not be the subject of such abuse, as he has been. For Taub it is actually a little bit frustrating, because there are a lot of dynamic shifts and different politics on the team and in the hospital, because House isn't as he was. We don't always necessarily know who is in charge. I came to the hospital for very specific reasons, three years ago, and I'm not sure those reasons are sustained at the moment." OK, but give us one more good tease about the season! Says Jacobsen, "Well, we have one cool case with a suburban Jewish guy who's a porn star, which I think is funny."

Amber in Bournemouth, Dorset, U.K.: Any scoop on Mark and Lexie on Grey's Anatomy?
Mark and Lexie may be the cutest twosome on Grey's Anatomy, and the cuteness continues in Thursday's big season premiere, when Lexie confides in Mark about her feelings regarding George's demise. It's a quiet, gentle scene in the locker room, and we think you guys will dig it!

Susan from Mich.: HIMYM scoop, please.
When we caught up with Cobie Smulders (Robin Scherbatsky) at the Lipton Green VitaliTEA Gift Lounge Backstage at the Nokia Theatre, she told us about the atmosphere on set this season. "Neil and I make out all day. We have a lot of sex. The first scene of the season is me in bed naked with Neil," she spilled about her onscreen love life. "It's sort of these phobic people trying to have a normal relationship and what the definition is for that. We're trying to take these examples from Marshall and Lily and replicate that, but it's not working." What do you think of Barney and Robin together?

Libby in Utah: The Office premiere was super, but please tell me that's not the last we'll see of Pam and Jim's baby until it's born.
No worries: the Jam baby will be present and accounted for throughout the season. In fact, the baby daddy, John Krasinski, tells us, "They have a very elaborate process for making sure Pam's tummy grows at the right rate. It's crazy--they put way more thought into the show than I do, obviously. I would have shot it and then been like, oh, we forgot about the bump! And the wedding episode is going to be really, really fun. It feels like a premiere, even though it's our fourth episode in."

James in Pocatello, Idaho: Smallville spoilers, please.
Doesn't it feel like yesterday Smallville premiered for the first time? Here we are eight years later, with the season nine premiere on Sept. 25. How time flies. But we've digressed. We watched the season premiere and must say a couple things: First of all, Team Smallville isn't messing around with the special effects. It looks like they pulled out all the stops (and the budget) on this sweet, first episode. Also, all of you Lois lovers will be happy to know Erica Durance (Lois Lane) is interwoven throughout many storylines and is front and center during most of the show. Set three weeks after the events of the finale, Clark (Tom Welling) is training to be Superman and is struggling with leaving his humanity behind. He's frustrated with his inability to fly, but is told by trainer Jor-El it's because, "You still see yourself as a human." Meanwhile Clark's relationship with Chloe (Allison Mack) is downright rocky, while he remains obsessed with Lois. Lois doesn't have a clue where she was for the last three weeks, but when she returns it's in the company of a freaky Kryptonic-ninja lady from the future who's out to get Clark. And watch out for Lois' scary dream sequence at the end of the episode: there's sex, sweat, blood and death.

Jane in Dallas: Have you heard anything about who is getting married on Desperate Housewives? I'm dying of suspense out here!
Sorry, Jane. That is one secret the cast and crew are keeping close to their hearts. Awhile back, we showed you a picture of two brides, and our questions still haven't been answered. Not ones to give up the quest for information, we asked Dana Delany (Katherine Mayfair) when we saw her at Emmy rehearsals who's going to be walking down the aisle. "I can't tell you that!" she said. "All will be revealed next week. I'm so happy because I have a wonderful storyline this year. I'm just having a ball. I'm kinda going over the edge, only as Katherine can. We are going to see drama with the partnership between Bree, Katherine and Orson. I love Katherine's relationship with Bree because there's always this 'frienemy' thing going on." Another thing to look forward to? "The fun thing for me this year has been working with Drea de Matteo," said Delaney. "She's the new housewife and she's the only person that Katherine has left, the only one who'll put up with her." Are you going to be watching the season-six premiere on Sept. 27? Who do you think the newlyweds will be?

Sam in Boise, Idaho: What can you spill on The Big Bang Theory? I've been waiting for it to come back.
Kunal Nayyar tells us, "This season Sheldon and Penny butt heads, now that Penny is dating Leonard, and they try to work things out, but..." But not so much! "Other than that," says Kunal, "Howard and Rajesh just try to pick up women and make fun of Leonard for going there with Penny. We also have some great guest stars: Lewis Black, Laurie Metcalfe is back, and we just cast Wil Wheaton in episode six. I am almost positive he's going to play a nerd." Indeed!

Thom in Devore, Calif.: I know it's a long way off, but what's going on with Chuck? I miss it!
We're right there with you! We caught up with Vik Sahay (Lester), one-half of Chuck's Jeffster at the Silver Spoon Emmy gift lounge, and he spilled: "There is Buy More stuff and there's a lot of friction with management. There are elements of Lester temporarily changing something about himself. He is changed--temporarily." Sounds like some sort of Intersect-related issue--or a sex change? As for Chuck in general, Vik says, "I feel particularly excited about this season because something about the budget cuts will potentially streamline how it's shot. And when it's streamlined it becomes more potent."

Maggie in Nashville: What's happening with CSI: Miami?
We asked the lovely Emily Procter at the Pepsi Max-sponsored CBS Fall Launch Party who Calleigh might be hooking up with, and she told us, "Calleigh is not afraid to make a love interest out of somebody she works with." There are at least three possible candidates for some quality Calleigh time: Adam Rodriguez and newcomers Eddie Cibrian and Omar Miller. Which would you choose?

Marie in Helena, Mont.: Tell us more about Katee Sackhoff's role on 24.
We'll let Katee break it down for you: "I play Dana Walsh, the head data analyst for CTU, and she's engaged to Cole Ortiz (Freddie Prinze Jr.). She's got a shady little past, and we'll see how that affects her." The show has 13 episodes finished and wraps in January, and Katee tells us: "It's the same usual 24. They're used to having new characters coming in. There's so many new castmembers this year that if it is the last year, they'll go out with a bang."

Gregory in N. H.: The fifth season premiere of Ghost Whisperer is coming up on Sept. 25. What can we expect?
Jennifer Love Hewitt told us about Melinda's new son: "The baby is going to have a gift, a gift that is far superior to his mommy's," she said. "We will also meet Eli's parents this year, in one of our most controversial episodes yet, the third episode." And FYI: This season takes place five years in the future.

Alabama in Washington, D.C.: I think nobody watches it but me, but I love Rules of Engagement, especially Megyn Price and Patrick Warburton. Any scoop?
Audrey and Jeff will be undergoing some fertility tests this season, but Patrick Warburton and Megyn Price both told us they are personally very resistant to the idea of introducing a baby onto the show. What do you guys think? Baby or no baby? And for you fans of Megyn's old show, Grounded for Life, she told us a funny story: "I just ran into [Grounded costar] Donal Logue on the street. We were both driving and I was like, 'Who's the jackass blasting his music so loud that he can't even--Oh, it's Donal.' So I called him and told him, 'Turn down your music,' and he was all, 'What?' That was fun."

Simone in Cairo, Ill. I love the new character Quinn on One Tree Hill!
We just chatted with Shantel VanSanten (Quinn) this morning, and she couldn't have been nicer--or more grateful for her new role in the tiny town of Tree Hill. And guess what? She's married to a castmember in real life! Not Robert Buckley, but Jackson Brundage. That's right, the adorable little Jamie Scott developed an instant crush on the new OTH star and took it to the next level. "He proposed to me on set when they brought me my wedding ring. Jackson got down on one knee and said 'Will you marry me?' He always calls me his wife and makes me eat lunch with him." Too. Cute. Check back for more real scoop from our interview soon.

Jillian in Detroit: Come on! Dexter spoilers!
OK, how's this? Julie Benz, who plays Dexter's baby mama Rita says, "We do see Rita sing a little bit." Sweet! Also, episode four ends with a shocking twist that will leave you debating "whodunit?" at the watercooler for at least the next week!

Jen in Florida: Can't wait for Eastwick! Do you guys have any scoop?
Eastwick premieres Wednesday at 10 p.m., and we just caught up with star Lindsay Price at the Emmys (in the company of her fella, HIMYM star Josh Radnor), and she told us, "In episode six, I develop a second tier to my powers, which I am very excited about. It's a more of a mental/mind power."

Jess in Austin: What can you tell me about the new season of Ugly Betty?
We caught up with Kristen Johnston (of 3rd Rock From the Sun fame) at Christian Siriano's fashion show in NYC,and she told us, "I took Paula Abdul's part on Ugly Betty. She was going to do a part on Ugly Betty that I'm doing. I just shot my first episode, the premiere, last week. They wanted me to be this girl who dresses much younger than she is. She goes out clubbing, and she's 40. So I have these La Lohan ripped black tights up and the shorts and then we did--and this was my touch--I was like what if she's stuck in like 1994 and she listens to like only the Cardigans? So we did the dark pink [lip liner] and then the frosted lipstick."

Meredith in Sylvania, Ohio: Sons of Anarchy has been great this season! What's to come?
This week's episode of Sons of Anarchy is fantastic. There's a particularly rough (and poignant) scene between Gemma and Clay--you may join Gemma in crying--and if you're a Jax-Tara fan, this is the ep for you. Their relationship is developing rapidly, and the episode is bookended by some great scenes. The first one is sweet, and the last one is dirty hot.

Edwina in Cape Coral, Fla.: My David Duchovny fix is almost here! Do you have any Californication scoop to spill?
Attention, casting director: If you are looking for a celebrity scion to play an edgy twentysomething on your show, please pass over Demi Moore's daughter Rumer Willis in favor of Susan Sarandon's kid, Eva Amurri. Eva's a darn good little actress and, as you will see for yourself if you watch the show, she also has a great rack. Amurri and Ed Westwick play creative-writing students taking Hank's class, and Westwick does very witty un-Chuck-Bassian turn as a high-strung vampire wannabe.

Josefina in Los Angeles: Please tell us what you can about the new season of Medium!
Us longtime fans have nothing to fear. We've seen the premiere and it's the same creative show we've always loved. The season opener is set about four months after Allison's surgery, and she still hasn't regained her power or the full use of her left side. Luckily, she stops by the D.A.'s office where she stumbles into a new mystery that helps her resolve both those problems. (Medium returns Friday at 9 p.m. on CBS.)
