After reading that quit extensive list of what Genesis Cash System is NOT, only leaves wonders as to what it could be exactly since most options are eliminated if their list is true.

Is Genesis Cash System legit or scam?

My best advice with The Genesis Cash System is that if your not completely comfortable with it, at least get someone on the phone who knows what they are tlaking about give yourself some security and knowledge about it instead of buying into the mind-blowing sales pitch.

I tried an inexpensive GPS rangefinder (iGolf Neo), but found its readings inconsistent. I was reluctant to try the more expensive GPS rangefinders, and the laser rangefinders were also quite expensive. I then ran across the Callaway LR550 Rangefinder by Nikon and was impressed by reviews, the reputation of Nikon quality, and a reasonable price ($260). It's a solid product that performs well.

The unit is light and easy to handle. It will fit in a reasonably big pocket. The colors make it easy to not forget it in the cart (though this also makes it conspicuous and easy for thieves to spot - be careful!). The eyepiece adjusts easily for a sharp view, and the unit is also handy as a 6x monocular on the course. With a little practice it is easy to use. I cannot hold it steady enough to get the crosshairs directly on the flag for a reading unless I'm within 100 yards. At larger distances you put the crosshairs on a reflective area on or near the green, depress the button, and then slowly sweep the crosshairs over the pin. (you have about 8 seconds of sweep readings). The numbers will change as you go over the flag and you have your reading. It doesn't hurt to double check with distance readings from other course markers.

Callaway LR550 Rangefinder is a quality item that can increase your confidence that you have the right club, though it can't swing the club for you.

EYEPIECE FELL OUT (Broken). I read this in other reviews now, didn't see it earlier. The eyepiece breaks. Used it a couple rounds and was VERY careful considering a drop ruined my last one. Shot one yardarge, and I was holding the eyepiece in my hand. Callaway LR550 Rangefinder is not made well and I certainly didn't do anything to make it fall out after two rounds. It's within my return period so I am returning it to Amazon for a Bushnell. I could see how the battery cover could come off and get lost too.

I just purchased the Bushnell Medalist range finder a week ago. I did this after researching most of the popular golf GPS products and the golf range finders.

Specifically, the Bushnell Medalist range finder is a "WINNER". I lowered my score right away. Not by hitting the ball better, but by avoiding the traps (I can measure where they are). I was aslo able to

pick the right club for the right distance.

I found the range finder to be very, very accurate. After a week at my main course, and playing three other difficult golf courses, I play with a new "Tiger" like confidence.

The summary follows:

Positive:

1) Accuracy

2) Small size ( you can mange with one hand, although you need two to

get a "steady" reading. The "Pinseeker" mode almost eliaintes this

issue though.

3) Cost (it is worth the value of $299)

4) Battery life (it has not blinked after a week of daily use) 9 volt

replaceable battery

5) Universal use (it works on ALL courses - no maps, PC, or SD memory

issues)

6) If you are in a scramble, guess who is the most popular player?

Negative:

1) The case is too flimsy. It loks good, but is not rugged enough.

Mine tore after 3 day. I bough a camera case for it that is much

more durable and is portable enght for both my portbale cart,a nd

a riding cart.

That's it. if you are on the limb about what to buy. Buy a range finder. You'll not regret it.

+++ Avoid the medalist +++

Are Bushnell Medalist Rangefinder a great thing for golf? Yes, they are. Is this the rangefinder you want? NO. I had an old bushnell that I loved- right up until someone stole it from my cart. I could not find a used one like it, so I opted to purchase a medalist, from someone on e-bay. I thought I'd spend the extra money to get the "pin-seeker" technology. First, this model does not work a bit better than my old one. In fact, I generally find that it has a harder time finding the pin, not an easier one. And then there's the cover for the battery..... It arrived with the cover off, which should have been my first clue. It would not snap on, and it took about a gram's worth of pressure for it to fall off- without un-latching it. I took it to a local golf store, and they were willing to exchange it. I used the Bushnell Medalist Rangefinder today, and the cover fell off 4x during the round, just sitting in the golf cart. You can tape it on, but I don't think you should have to duct-tape something that is $250. It's a very poor design, to have the cover piece fit over a curve. The case for it looks like it cost bushnell about 10 cents to make, and was sewn by a blind man....- pretty disconcerting for such an expensive gadget. I love having a rangefinder, but I am extremely disappointed that bushnell has such poor quality control. I only wish I had purchased it on amazon, because then i could send it back!

Serengeti Deluxe Daypack is absolutely beautiful and the leather is utterly amazing and VERY durable. I ordered mine during back-to-school (for ME, not my kids!) and it shipped the same day, so I received it in no time at all.

The leather straps are a bit stiff at first, so you probably wouldn't want to take it on a week-long hike brand new (especially in a thin or sleeveless shirt) - it gets more comfortable when it's a little broken-in.

I must say, I am a boot/shoe and bag fanatic, and this is the MOST amazing backpack I've ever found. And it smells sooo good!

Looks better with age- the grain really mellows nicely... This is my "go to" day-pack... Not a cheap pack, but one that will probably last 3 lifetimes! This is the last daypack I will need to buy!

This is a great product for kids. Plays great. The kids love it. The design is very good. The engineering - not so much. As delivered, the bottom pole was machined improperly with a machined hole drilled in the wrong direction. I called the company and they replaced the part via FedEx immediately (well done!). Many of the nuts and bolts fit very poorly. Particularly, the nuts and bolts that hold the rim to the backboard are a real trouble spot. There is absolutely no way to properly tighten these nuts and bolts with the tools provided. Even with proper tools, it's a challenge. I would recommend that SKLZ Pro Mini Basketball Hoop System redesign the enclosed tools, at a minimum. Also, while you can fill the base with water and it will work, I would recommend using sand for best results. Have fun!

It's essentially a silent picture in which the two main characters, a mismatched pair of robots, communicate through bleeps and blips and maybe three words between them. And yet director Andrew Stanton finds infinite ways for them to express themselves -- amusingly, achingly, and with emotional precision. The smudged, dented metal that makes up WALL-E'S frame looks so realistic, you could reach out and touch it; at the same time, his big eyes often appear so vulnerable and pleading, you can't help but feel a connection with him. He's a robotic representation of humanity's highest potential.

2.The Incredibles (2004)

Until "WALL-E" came along, this was my favorite Pixar movie; now, it's a close second. The story of a family of superheroes trying to carve out some contentment in the real world resonates on multiple levels, regardless of the age of the viewer. Crimefighting parents Mr. Incredible (Craig T. Nelson) and Elastigirl (Holly Hunter) miss saving the day now that they're stuck in suburbia, and the kids are just trying to figure out who they are. Writer-director Brad Bird's film is smart and sophisticated, with brains, heart and -- best of all -- a strong script beneath the striking, '60s-swank visuals. And Bird himself is hilarious in a scene-stealing supporting role as the voice of superhero wardrobe designer Edna Mode, a loving takeoff on legendary costumer Edith Head.

3. Up (2009)

It's a classic B-movie exotic adventure, but it's told through the most gorgeous 3-D animation. It's a mismatched buddy comedy, the kind we've seen countless times before, but the buddies are a curmudgeonly 78-year-old man and a tubby 8-year-old boy -- who wind up together in a flying house, traveling to South America. But the most memorable part of all is the lovely, poignant montage that depicts the decades-long romance between this elderly gentleman and his wife. It lasts just a few minutes without a single word spoken -- just Michael Giacchino's wistful score to accompany the images -- but it tells a full and satisfying story. Don't even bother holding back the tears: They'll come, and deservedly so.

4. Toy Story (1995)

It's the one that kicked off Pixar's staggering run, the first feature-length film animated entirely by computer. And while technology has evolved significantly since then, it remains one of the best, simply because the premise is so ingenious: What if toys have personalities and rich interior lives that only reveal themselves when humans aren't around? Pixar mastermind John Lasseter directed and co-wrote this tale of an old-fashioned cowboy doll and a high-tech astronaut action figure competing for the distinction of being little Andy's favorite toy. Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, John Ratzenberger and Don Rickles lead the stellar cast of actors who bring these characters indelibly to life. Warm, funny, clever, sweet -- it hits just the right note every time.

5. Monsters Inc. (2001)

An under-appreciated entry in the Pixar canon, but it's also based on a pretty inspired idea. Monsters are just regular fol;; they drive cars, they go on dinner dates. But their job is scaring kids to capture their screams, which provide energy for Monstropolis, a vividly detailed city that looks more than a little like New York. The twist is, the monsters are deathly afraid of the children they scare. Billy Crystal and John Goodman bounce off each other beautifully as Mike and Sully, best friends whose lives get upended when they run into a little girl who isn't frightened of them. It's wacky and weird, colorful and crazy, but it has an emotional impact that'll sneak up on you.

1. LeBron James

The NBA’s LeBron James plays for the Miami Heat, after abandoning the Cleveland Cavaliers amidst great public outcry. “King James” was picked by Cleveland in the 2003 NBA Draft, and he was so savvy with securing endorsement deals that he had already negotiated one with Nike before even setting foot on the professional court.

Today, James' endorsement contracts include the still-active Nike deal, as well as agreements with Glaceau, McDonald’s, Sprite, State Farm and Upper Deck. However, his continued viability as an endorser has been called into question due to his perceived churlish behavior, combined with his team’s June 2011 NBA finals loss.

2. Tiger Woods

Last year was a tough one for golfer Tiger Woods. Aside from losing his No. 1 ranking to Lee Westwood, Woods also lost a slew of sponsors in the wake of news of an extramarital affair. The drop in endorsement income cost his management company IMG $4.6 million in fees. Assuming IMG charges its clients the standard 15 percent to 20 percent on endorsement deals, then Woods most likely lost between $23 million and $30 million in sponsorship money.

Still, Woods continues to have some of the most lucrative endorsement deals in professional sports. While Accenture, AT&T and Gatorade all jumped ship when news of his scandal broke, many other sponsors stood by him, and today he has endorsement agreements with EA Sports, NetJets, Nike Golf, TagHeuer and Upper Deck.

3. Phil Mickelson

Professional golfer Phil Mickelson has won four championships and 39 PGA Tour events since joining the professional circuit. Mickelson’s right-handed in every respect but his golf swing; as a child he would watch his father swing a golf club and mirror the movements exactly, earning him the nickname "Lefty."

In 2007, Mickelson earned almost $53 million. Of that amount, less than $6 million came from his actual pay. The remaining $47 million came from endorsements . Today, Mickelson's sponsors include Barclays, ExxonMobil, Grayhawk, KPMG and Rolex, but the largest portion of his sponsorship money comes from Callaway Golf, the company that makes the ball, putter and clubs that he uses.

4. Dwight Howard

Dwight Howard plays for the Orlando Magic basketball team. Aaron Goodwin, his agent, said that Howard "has more corporate partnerships than any other NBA player," and The Orlando Sentinel estimated that he earns $20 million from endorsement deals with such sponsors as Gatorade, McDonald's, T-Mobile and VitaminWater.

Howard was chosen during the 2004 NBA Draft, but before that he already planned to use his future celebrity status to promote his Christian faith. Howard kept his word, and in 2009 he became one of 10 finalists for the Jefferson Awards for Public Service, which recognizes charity work performed by athletes. In 2010, he founded the Dwight Howard Fund, a charity for Haitian earthquake relief.

5. Derek Jeter

In a 2010 article in Sports Business Daily , New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter was named the most marketable player in baseball. With that kind of praise, Jeter could easily shop his services to the team with the highest bid. Instead, he has bucked convention and remained loyal to his team, playing for the Yankees and no one but the Yankees for his entire professional career.

In 2006, Forbes magazine named Jeter the second highest paid endorser in baseball, thanks to deals with Ford, Gatorade and Nike. Since then, he’s also added Discover Card, Fleet Bank and VISA to his long list of sponsors.

6. Kobe Bryant

Along with Shaquille O’Neal, the Los Angeles Lakers’ Kobe Bryant is credited with leading the team to the championships three consecutive times, in 2000, 2001 and 2002. His career trajectory seemed unstoppable until he was accused of sexual assault in 2003. The case was ultimately dropped, but Bryant’s public image suffered significant damage.

Bryant went about the business of rebuilding his brand and, by 2007, he had come far enough that his endorsement income totaled $16 million . The rehabilitation of Bryant's image has been so successful that when he signed a contract extension for the 2013-2014 season, it was worth $30 million, making him and Michael Jordan the only NBA players ever to receive such a sum for one season. Bryant is currently sponsored by Coca-Cola, Nike, Nubeo and Turkish Airlines.

7. Dwyane Wade

Dwyane Wade, also known as “Flash” and “D-Wade,” plays basketball for the Miami Heat. In 2006, he won Sports Illustrated 's sportsman of the year award, and according to ESPN , he had the highest-selling jersey in 2005 and 2006.

Wade has multiple endorsement deals, and the revenue put him on Forbes magazine’s 2007 list of top earners under the age of 25. Among his sponsors are Gatorade, Sean John, Staples, T-Mobile and Topps. He also has his own line of T-Mobile Sidekick phones, known as the D-Wade Edition.

8. Peyton Manning

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Peyton Manning is part of a family that made its name in professional sports. Manning's younger brother, Eli Manning, is quarterback for the New York Giants and his father, Archie Manning, was a quarterback as well. Peyton holds four NFL most valuable player awards, a league record, and he also holds records for consecutive seasons with 4,000 or more yards passing.

In 2009, The Sporting News named Manning the No. 1 player in the NFL, and in that same year Fox Sports named him player of the decade. Manning has attracted such sponsors as DirecTV, Gatorade, H.H. Gregg, Sony and Sprint, and served as spokesman for Xbox’s NFL Fever games.

9. Dale Earnhardt Jr.

NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt, Jr., is the son of the late Dale Earnhardt, Sr., a legendary driver and NASCAR Hall of Famer in his own right. 10. Jeff Gordon

NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon is a four-time winner of the Sprint Cup, three-time winner of the Daytona 500, and the first driver to attain $100 million in career winnings for the entire Cup series. Gordon currently sits at the No. 5 spot on the all-time victory list, and he has raised more than $1 million for children’s cancer research.

Gordon is the co-owner of the Lowe’s sponsored team, which features Jimmie Johnson as its driver. He also has a wide range of sponsors. According to Gordon's official website , he has endorsement deals with such companies as AARP, General Motors, Pepsi, Quaker State and Time Warner.

NCAA alleges Tressel lied to hide NCAA violations

In a sharply worded rebuke of Ohio State's Jim Tressel, the NCAA on Monday accused the 10-year coach with withholding information and lying to keep Buckeyes players on the field who had accepted improper benefits from the owner of a tattoo parlor.

In a "notice of allegations" sent to the school, the NCAA said Monday that the violations relating to the coach are considered "potential major violations."

Ohio State was not cited for the most serious of institutional breaches since Tressel hid information from his superiors for more than nine months. The university has 90 days to respond to the ruling body of college sports' request for information before a scheduled date before the NCAA's committee on infractions on Aug. 12 in Indianapolis.

In a 13-page indictment of Tressel's behavior, the NCAA alleged that Tressel had "permitted football student-athletes to participate in intercollegiate athletics while ineligible." It also said he "failed to deport himself ... (with) honesty and integrity" and said he was lying when he filled out a compliance form in September which said he had no knowledge of any NCAA violations by any of his players.

Athletic director Gene Smith said he would have "no comments until the case is resolved." The university issued a statement that the allegations were consistent with what it had already self-reported to the NCAA on March 8.

Tressel's troubles began with an April 2, 2010, email from Columbus lawyer Christopher Cicero. Cicero, a former Ohio State walk-on player, informed Tressel that a federal agency had raided the house of tattoo-shop owner Eddie Rife and discovered a multitude of autographed Ohio State jerseys, cleats, pants and helmets, Big Ten championship rings and the "gold pants" trinkets given to Buckeyes players for beating archrival Michigan.

Apple's iPad miss prompts cuts in forecast

Apple Inc surprised no one with yet another quarter packed with spectacular numbers. But a miss in sales targets on the iPad may prompt some to temper their lofty views.

Apart from the iPad hiccup, investors appeared uniformly delighted with the near-doubling of the company's profit, sending its stock up 2 percent.

The stunning showing -- again -- alleviated Wall Street's main concern: pressure on margins from Japan's disaster. And it seemed a sterling report card for Tim Cook, the heir apparent to Steve Jobs, now on his third medical leave and widely expected not to return.

But Apple will face some tough year-over-year comparisons in coming quarters. Its double-digit growth rate on sales, which skyrocketed 83 percent to nearly $25 billion last quarter, may be hard to sustain.

"They are going to have comparison issues on the growth side," said Michael Walker, portfolio manager at WP Stewart. "They can't grow 83 percent forever. There's no way."

Apple sold fewer-than-expected iPads, at a little under 5 million versus estimates of up to 6 million, as the transition to a new model and Japanese supply chain tangles triggered shortages of critical components.

IHS iSuppli now estimates Apple will ship 39.7 million units for all models of the iPad this year, slashing 9.2 percent off its February figure of 43.7 million.

Nintendo to launch new Wii in 2012 as profit slips

Nintendo Co Ltd said it would launch a successor to its aging Wii game console in 2012 as it struggles to win back users from rivals Microsoft and Sony and seeks to reverse a slump in profits.

Nintendo said Monday that it expects profits to remain almost flat in the current financial year, despite the launch of its much-touted 3D-capable handheld games device, whose sales in Japan have been overshadowed by the devastating March 11 earthquake.

The maker of the DS handheld game player, which is also facing competition from smartphone and tablet makers including Apple Inc, said Monday it will demonstrate the Wii's replacement in Los Angeles on June 7 at the E3 game show.

Nintendo is looking to repeat past successes in the gaming market. The Wii took the industry by storm five years ago by offering motion-based gaming that appealed to a broad audience rather than just "core" video game fans.

This time around, however, Nintendo will find it harder to sidestep its competitors and must also contend with a burgeoning smartphone market that didn't exist in 2006, said Mitsushige Akino, Chief Fund Manager at Ichiyoshi Investment Management.

New-home sales rose in March after weak winter

More people bought new homes in March, giving the battered industry a small lift after the worst winter for sales in almost a half-century.

New-home sales rose 11 percent last month from February to a seasonally adjusted rate of 300,000 homes, the Commerce Department said Monday. That follows three straight monthly declines. Still, the pace remains far below the 700,000 homes a year that economists view as healthy.

Sales of new homes fell last year for the fifth consecutive year and the market is showing no signs of rebounding. Economists say it could take years before sales return to a healthy pace.

The median price of a new home rose nearly 3 percent from February to $213,800. New-home prices are about 34 percent higher than the median price for re-sales. That's more than twice the markup in healthy housing markets.

Builders are struggling to compete with a record number of foreclosures, which have forced down the price of re-sales and made them more of a bargain. The disparity has dragged on the economy. New homes represent a fraction of sales but they have an out-sized impact on the broader economy. Each new home creates an average of three jobs for a year and $90,000 in taxes, according to the National Association of Home Builders.

Bulls Roll Past Pacers 96-90, Take 2-0 Lead

Derrick Rose pumped up 36 points to hammer the Indiana Pacers with a commanding 2-0 lead in their best-of-7 playoffs game.

The Chicago Bulls played a catch up game again until the 4th quarter where Rose and the gang fired a 16-1 salvo to avoid the upset.

Carlos Boozer also exploded in the game with 17 points and 16 rebounds.

Danny Granger led the Pacers for the second time with 19 points, 2 rebounds and 4 assists efforts.

Miami Heat Shut Down Sixers 94-73, Grab 2-0 Lead

Lebron and the crew made mince meat out of the hapless Philadelphia 76ers in their second round 2011 NBA Playoffs encounter.

Actually, LeBron James outscored Philadelphia’s entire starting five in the first half by himself. So did Chris Bosh. So did Dwyane Wade.

The rest is the forgettable performance from the Sixers who matched their second-lowest playoff point total since 1955.

James scored 29 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Bosh added 21 points and 11 rebounds for his 2nd playoffs double-double. Wade, showing no signs of the migraine last Sunday, scored 14 points.

Thaddeus Young paced the Philadelphia 76ers with 18 points and Evan Turner added 15.

The Big 3 of Miami combined for 63 points as the Heat take the opener from Philadelphia.

They all were held under 50 percent shooting but Miami won anyway, in large part because the Heat held big edges in rebounding (52-39) and free throws.

Lebron James had 25 points and 12 rebounds, Chris Bosh added 25 points and 12 rebounds, while Dwayne Wade chipped in 17 points.

Thaddeus Young led the 76ers with 20 points and 11 rebounds.

Derrick Rose and the Bulls staged a late rally to squeeze a tight 104 - 99 win over the Pacers after playing catch-up the whole game.

Trailing 98-88 in the 4th quarter, the Chicago Bulls showed the determination that carried them to a league-best 62-20 record, closing with a 16-1 run over the final 3:38. From that point onward the Indiana Pacers never recovered.

Derrick Rose scored 39 points in a 10-23 shooting, 6 rebounds and 6 assist while Danny Granger led the Indiana Pacers with 24 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists performance.
