It is confirmed!! North America will be the only continent not on the 2009 Formula 1 calendar!

The FIA board released a revised 2009 F1 calendar with no Montreal race for the first time in 31 years!!

Abu Dhabi will be replacing the Montreal GP, Turkey will be moved from august to June!!

The voting is over!!! 75% of the voters thought Hamilton's penalty was unfair.

Here is what happened exactly. Hamilton and Raikkonen battled out the lead in Spa. Hamilton prevailed. Ferrari, contested Hamilton's win to the FIA board and demanded a penalty. A 25 second Penalty was given to Hamilton's time placing him third overall! McLaren had a hearing on Sept. 22nd to appeal the penalty, but the penalty was ruled out! Why?

Well under normal circumstances a regular penalty for Hamilton's action was a drive-through penalty. The drive-through penalty takes about 25 seconds. Usually, drive through penalties cannot be contested! Thats why their appeal was not accepted!

However, Ferrari showed their true performance in Singapore not scoring any point!

Well done Ferrari, you got what you deserved.

In an exciting race that has seen 3 pits stops, two time world champion Fernando Alonso prevailed with his first win of the season. It was his team mate's crash that triggered his chances of winning; consequently, releasing the safety car for the first time.

It was a race to forget for all Ferrari fans as they didn't score any point for the first time this season.

Hamilton increased the gap to 7 points in the drivers standings and McLaren is sitting number 1 with a point advantage over its rivals Ferrari.

Next stop: FUJI

Things are becoming more interesting everyday. Since Mourinho's arrival he managed to piss off Claudio Ranieri, Carlo Anchelotti and now Catania director Pietro Lo Monaco quoted yesterday saying 'Mourinho Needs A Smack In The Mouth!' after the Mourinho comments “Catania played their game, although the right result would have been 3-1, 4-1 or 5-1 to us,”

Everyone knows its true .. Inter Completly dominated the match with 1 man short !

Our pole sitter, Sebastian Vettel, won the Monza 2008 race and became the youngest F1 race winner in HISTORY!!!

The race didn't go as I expected! For once Hamilton disappointed me and didn't crack under pressure! Although he made a mistake that was somewhat crucial, he managed to keep his championship hopes alive only giving Massa a one point advantage!

Raikkonen had one of his worst races in his career!

Next race: SINGAPORE first night race ever. I can't wait to see how this is implemented!!

Saturday's Serie A Summary !

Inter 2 - Catania 1 (Final)

Jose Mourinho came to the came with a wonderful record of 98 undefeated home games and the inter players made sure today it will be 99. Simply the ref showed red to Muntari for a silly slap along with the catania player's DRAMA !! He was given a yellow card for acting .. but it doesnt make sense why give red to muntari if you knew that guy was acting ???

Goals from Quaresma and an own goal from catania sealed the win .. not the best win yet a deserved win playing 1 man short for entire second half !

Roma fell to Palermo 3-1 goals. A brace by Fabrizio Miccolo and Edison Cavani sealed the win after being down 1-0 thanks to Ex-Real Madrid player, Julio Baptista !

F1: Monza Qualifying - Hamilton, Raikkonen fails to advance to Q1, Massa 6th - VETTEL snatches away pole!!!

What a disappointing qualifying session for the usual front runners. Raikkonen and Hamilton gambled in tyre setup in Q2; consequently, they start on the 7th and 6th row respectively.

Massa, qualifying 6th, would still have to cut a lot of ground in order to guarantee a good lead over rival Hamilton.

Expectations for tomorrow:
1) Kovalainen
2) Rosberg
3) Massa

Hamilton out and Kimi 6th!!

However, if we saw a safety car we might be seeing both our championship contenders on the podium!!!

Lewis Hamilton won an exciting race on sunday after a dramatic final lap. Rain had a major effect in changing the race's overall driver standings

Kimi Raikkonen and Lewis hamilton battled out the race lead in the final two laps with Hamilton snatching it in the final lap.However after the race, the race's stewards investigated Hamilton's take over manuveor on Raikkonen and decided to penalize Hamilton with a 25 second race penalty. With the 25 second penalty Hamilton was placed 3rd overall, awarding the race win to Massa and second place to Nick Heidfeld.

I dont think that stripping the victory and placing him third overall was close to being fair. Please let us know what you think

Formula 1: Belgian Grand Prix - Lewis Hamilton Snatches Pole from Rival Ferrari driver Massa

Proving that the nothing can ever be taken for granted in Formula One, Lewis Hamilton scorched to pole position this afternoon at Spa Francorchamps by some margin over his nearest rival.

However, the Ferrari team aren't going away that easy. Massa needs to win this race in order for the team to at least consider him as a first driver for next year.

We also don't want to forget about the BMW Sauber's Kubica who showed real pace.

Predictions: I think that McLaren are using the same pitstop strategy as the Ferraris. Kubica is too heavy on fuel. I predict that Lewis will take away the win with Massa and Raikkonen in second and third respectively. Kova will be out of the race and Kubica will place fourth.

Hello SportsFeud Fans .. its been a while !!

The season has begun and the feud starts all over again .. We begin our season with the big Italy Vs. England Feud that started few months back and now its starting to become more of a war of words .. The funny thing is that the current England Manager, Fabio Capello or Don Fabio is ITALIAN !!!

Anyways Zambrotta was quoted today saying “What makes me laugh is that the English are always the first to talk when they should be the last. Just look at them, they didn’t even qualify for Euro 2008.”

He has a point .. I must say !

An intersting rumor circulating around today is that Christiano Ronaldo's Girlfriend Nereida Gallardo, might be the reason why Ronaldo won't move to Madrid.

An England newspaper, the News of the World claims that Ronaldo's girlfriend had a fling with Spain and Real Madrid right back, Sergio Ramos. The newspaper was quoted
"He’s a jealous guy and she’s kept it a secret from him because it’s something in her past. Sergio [Ramos is] a bit of a joker and the last thing she wants is him welcoming Cristiano to Madrid by announcing he’s already tackled his girlfriend."

According to this story, Ramos and Nereida met in Joy Eslava, a club in Madrid.
"Sergio was there with two friends and they and Nereida’s mates all ended up back at his house. Sergio was all over Nereida and ended up leading her by the hand into his bedroom," concluded the article.

This could be very interesting if the story is actually true ...

Preview Spain Vs Russia

Prediction:

The Russian surprised the world reaching the semi-finals after a heroic performance against Holland winning the game 3-1. Spain reached the semi-finals with some sloppy and some good performances and after the group stages the Spanish were considered to be one of the favorites to win the EURO. This game is the rematch for the first game in their group and Spain won it in a fascinating style 4-1, but this was the wake up call for Russia.
