Sweetness

2011-12-12T23:19:00.000-08:00

As we become purer channels for God's light, we develop an appetite for the sweetness that is possible in this world. A miracle worker is not geared toward fighting the world that is, but toward creating the world that could be.
Marianne Williamson

We are still craving for more of these from Monster Kitchen's DESSERT ALL YOU CAN!

Who says we don't live life to the fullest?

2011-11-06T21:03:00.000-08:00

We live and laugh.
We play.
We kid around.
We jump high.
We reach high.
We should.
We live life to the fullest.

This is the part two of my Jump Shot collection. Here are my friends from CDOBloggers: Richard, Edu, and Wella.

Happy Feast of St. Augustine

2011-08-31T06:10:00.000-07:00

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.
-Melody Beattie-

All photos were taken during the Golden Float Parade and Competition and Drum and Lyre Exhibition last August 27, 2011 in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. This is in celebration of the yearly feast of St. Augustine, the Patron Saint of the City of Golden Friendship.

Dawn.

2011-07-22T19:09:00.000-07:00

The stillness of the early morning scene enables me to take in and enjoy many

things which pass me by during the bustle of the day. First, there are the scents,

which seem even more generous with their offerings than they are in the evening.

What is the best thing to do on a Good Friday? Go to a place where you can pray and be reminded of God's unconditional love. The essence of His sacrifice can be seen everywhere.

I just did the station of the cross at the Guadalupe in Tablon, Cagayan de Oro City yesterday. The view is breathtaking. Passion, Sacrifice, and Nature all-in-one!
