ગુજરાત સરકારની વહાલી દિકરી યોજનાનો ઉદ્દેશ્ય છોકરીઓનો જન્મ દર વધારવાનો છે. શિક્ષણમાં છોકરીઓનો ડ્રોપઆઉટ રેશિયો ઘટાડવાનો છે.

વહાલી દિકરી યોજના નો ઉદ્દેશ્ય છોકરીઓનો જન્મ દર વધારવાનો છે. શિક્ષણમાં છોકરીઓનો ડ્રોપઆઉટ રેશિયો ઘટાડવાનો છે. સામાન્ય રીતે સમાજમાં છોકરીઓ/મહિલાઓને સશક્ત બનાવવાનો છે. બાળલગ્ન અટકાવવાનો છે. લાભાર્થી પાત્રતા: 02/08/2019 ના રોજ અથવા તે પછી જન્મેલી છોકરીઓ આ યોજનાના લાભ માટે પાત્ર રહેશે. દંપતીના પહેલા ત્રણ બાળકોમાંથી બધી છોકરીઓ આ યોજનાના લાભ માટે પાત્ર રહેશે. >અપવાદરૂપ કિસ્સાઓમાં, પહેલી | બીજી/ત્રીજી ગર્ભાવસ્થા દરમિયાન પરિવારમાં એક કરતાં વધુ પુત્રીનો જન્મ થયો હોય અને દંપતીની પુત્રીઓની સંખ્યા ત્રણ કરતાં વધુ હોય, તો પણ બધી પુત્રીઓ આ યોજનાના લાભ માટે પાત્ર રહેશે. બાળ લગ્ન પ્રતિબંધ અધિનિયમ-2006 ની જોગવાઈઓ અનુસાર, ફક્ત પુખ્ત વયના પરિણીત યુગલો જ આ યોજનાનો લાભ મેળવવા માટે પાત્ર રહેશે. ' વહાલી દિકરી યોજના' યોજના હેઠળ લાભ મેળવવા માંગતા દંપતી (પતિ અને પત્ની સંયુક્ત) ની વાર્ષિક આવક મર્યાદા ગ્રામીણ અને શહેરી બંને વિસ્તારો માટે રૂ. 2,00,000/- (બે લાખ) અથવા તેનાથી ઓછી રહેશે. આવક મર્યાદા માટેની પાત્રતા લાભાર્થીના જન્મ પહેલાંના 31 માર્ચના રોજ પૂરા થતા વર્ષના સંદર્ભમાં લેવાની રહેશે. 02/08/2019 ના રોજ અથવા તે પછી જન્મેલી પુત્રીઓના પરિવારોએ પુત્રીના જન્મના એક વર્ષની અંદર સહાયક પુરાવા સાથે નિર્ધારિત ફોર્મેટમાં અરજી કરવાની રહેશે.

'વ્હાલી દીકરી' યોજના હેઠળ ઉપલબ્ધ લાભો. પ્રથમ હપ્તો - પુત્રીઓ પ્રથમ વર્ગમાં પ્રવેશ સમયે રૂ. 4,000/- મેળવવા માટે પાત્ર રહેશે. > બીજો હપ્તો - રૂ. 6,000/- ધોરણ 9 માં પ્રવેશ સમયે આપવામાં આવશે. છેલ્લો હપ્તો - ૧૮ વર્ષની ઉંમર પૂર્ણ થવા પર, કુલ ૧,૦૦,૦૦૦/- (એક લાખ) રૂપિયા ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણ/લગ્ન સહાય તરીકે આપવામાં આવશે. પરંતુ દીકરીના બાળલગ્ન ન થવા જોઈએ. આ યોજનાના મંજૂરી ફોર્મ સાથે, અરજદારે નીચેના સહાયક પુરાવા પણ રજૂ કરવાના રહેશે. દીકરીનું જન્મ પ્રમાણપત્ર. દીકરીના માતાપિતાનું આધાર કાર્ડ. દીકરીના માતાપિતાનું જન્મ પ્રમાણપત્ર. દીકરીના માતાપિતાનું વાર્ષિક આવકનું પ્રમાણપત્ર. દંપતીના તમામ જીવિત બાળકોના જન્મ પ્રમાણપત્રો. દંપતીનું સોગંદનામું સક્ષમ અધિકારી સમક્ષ નિયત ફોર્મમાં કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. “વહાલી દીકરી” યોજનાનું અરજી ફોર્મ આંગણવાડી કેન્દ્ર/સીડીપીઓ ઓફિસ/ગ્રામ પંચાયતમાંથી ઉપલબ્ધ થશે. મહિલા અને બાળ અધિકારી કચેરી. નોંધ: ૧૮ વર્ષની ઉંમર પહેલાં દીકરીનું મૃત્યુ થાય તો, “વહાલી દીકરી” યોજના હેઠળ બાકીની સહાય ઉપલબ્ધ રહેશે નહીં. મહિલા અને બાળ અધિકારી કચેરી રાજ મહેલ કમ્પાઉન્ડ, બહુમાળી ભવનની બાજુમાં, મહેસાણા.

વહાલી દીકરી યોજના હેઠળ, લાભાર્થી દીકરીને કુલ ત્રણ હપ્તામાં સહાય રકમ ચૂકવવામાં આવશે. આ યોજના હેઠળ લાભાર્થી દીકરીને કુલ રૂ. મળે છે. ત્રણ હપ્તામાં રૂ. ૧૧૦૦૦૦ (એક લાખ દસ હજાર) મેળવવા માટે પાત્ર રહેશે.

● પ્રથમ હપ્તામાં - લાભાર્થી દીકરીઓને પ્રથમ ધોરણમાં પ્રવેશ સમયે રૂ. 4000 (ચાર હજાર રૂપિયા) મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.

● બીજા હપ્તામાં - લાભાર્થી દીકરીને ધોરણ ૯ માં પ્રવેશ સમયે રૂ. 6000 મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.

આ છેલ્લો હપ્તો હશે.

● છેલ્લા હપ્તામાં - લાભાર્થી પુત્રી ૧૮ વર્ષની થાય ત્યારે ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણ/લગ્ન સહાય તરીકે કુલ ૧૦૦૦૦૦/- (એક લાખ) રૂપિયા મેળવવા માટે પાત્ર બનશે.

નોંધ:- જો લાભાર્થી પુત્રી વાલી દીકરી યોજના હેઠળ ૧૮ વર્ષની ઉંમર પહેલાં મૃત્યુ પામે છે, તો 'શેષ સહાય' ઉપલબ્ધ રહેશે નહીં.

*વાલી દીકરી યોજના કોને મળે છે? (તેની પાત્રતા)*

૧. ૦૨/૦૮/૨૦૧૯ ના રોજ અથવા તે પછી જન્મેલી પુત્રીઓ વ્હાલી દીકરી યોજનાના લાભો માટે પાત્ર રહેશે.

૨. દંપતીના પહેલા ત્રણ બાળકો (પતિ અને પત્ની) ની બધી પુત્રીઓ વ્હાલી દીકરી યોજનાના લાભો માટે પાત્ર રહેશે.

૩. અપવાદરૂપ (ખાસ) કિસ્સાઓમાં, જો બીજા/ત્રીજા પ્રસૂતિ દરમિયાન પરિવારમાં એક કરતાં વધુ પુત્રીનો જન્મ થયો હોય અને દંપતીની પુત્રીઓની સંખ્યા ત્રણ કરતાં વધુ હોય, તો બધી પુત્રીઓ આ યોજનાના લાભો માટે પાત્ર રહેશે.

૪. વાલી દિકરી યોજનાની આવક મર્યાદા અંગેના ઠરાવની જોગવાઈઓ મુજબ, લાભ મેળવવા માટે દંપતી (પતિ અને પત્ની સંયુક્ત) ની વાર્ષિક આવક મર્યાદા (વાલી દિકરી યોજના આવક મર્યાદા) ગ્રામીણ અને શહેરી વિસ્તારો માટે રૂ. ૨૦૦૦૦૦/- (બે લાખ) અથવા તેનાથી ઓછી હોવી જોઈએ.

૫. બાળ લગ્ન પ્રતિબંધ અધિનિયમ-૨૦૦૬ ની જોગવાઈઓ મુજબ, પુખ્ત વયે લગ્ન કરનારા દંપતીઓની પુત્રીઓ જ વહાલી દિકરી યોજનાનો લાભ મેળવવાને પાત્ર બનશે.
