प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने मंगलवार को देश में कोरोनोवायरस स्थिति पर राष्ट्र को संबोधित किया। उन्होंने COVID-19 महामारी के कारण अपनी जान गंवाने वालों के प्रति संवेदना व्यक्त करते हुए अपने संबोधन की शुरुआत की। उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोनावायरस महामारी भारत के लिए आत्मनिर्भर होने का एक अवसर है। उन्होंने कहा कि देश में विश्व स्तर के उत्पादों के निर्माण की क्षमता और प्रतिभा है। प्रधान मंत्री ने कहा कि राज्यों से सुझाव मिलने के बाद कोरोनोवायरस लॉकडाउन 4.0 की घोषणा 18 मई से पहले की जाएगी।

पीएम मोदी ने 20 लाख करोड़(20LAKHCRORES) रुपये के आर्थिक पैकेज की भी घोषणा की। उन्होंने कहा कि यह भारत की जीडीपी का 10% है। पीएम ने कहा कि यह एमएसएमई और "ईमानदार करदाताओं" के लिए था। "कल से शुरू होकर, वित्त मंत्री आपको 'अटमा-निर्भय भारत अभियान' की ओर बढ़ने के लिए पैकेज के बारे में विस्तार से बताएंगे।

निर्भया के बाद एक और गैंग रेप कोरोना वायरस को लेकर एक ओर जहां केन्द्र सरकार ने पूरे देश में लॉकडाउन कर रखा है वहीं दूसरी ओर राज्य सरकारें लोगों को घरों में रोके रहने की कोशिश में लगी हुई हैं. वहीं झारखंड से लॉकडाउन के बाद घर लौट रही एक नाबालिग लड़की के साथ गैंगरेप की एक सनसनीखेज खबर सामने आई है.

देश में चारों तरफ कोरोना वायरस का खौफ फैला हुआ है. कोरोना को फैलने से रोकने के लिए देश में 21 दिनों का लॉकडाउन किया गया है. झारखंड सरकार और प्रशासन पूरी तरह लॉकडाउन को सफल बनाने में और लोगों तक जरूरी सामान पहुंचाने में व्यस्त है. उस वक्त दुमका के एसपी कॉलेज की एक 16 साल की नाबालिग लड़की के साथ गैंगरेप की सनसनीखेज वारदात सामने आई है. कथित तौर पर उस नाबालिग लड़की से 9 लड़कों ने मिलकर गैंगरेप की घटना को अंजाम दिया है.

जानकारी के मुताबिक वह नाबालिग लड़की गोपीकांदर पुलिस स्टेशन के जंगली इलाके की रहने वाली है. बताया जा रहा है कि उस के साथ इस खौफनाक अपराध को उस वक्त अंजाम दिया गया जब 24 मार्च को वह अपनी एक सहेली के साथ उसकी स्कूटी से अपने घर वापस लौट रही थी. दरअसल, वह लड़की जिस प्राइवेट हॉस्टल में रह रही थी वो लॉकडाउन की वजह से बंद हो गया था.

लड़की को उसकी सहेली ने करुडीह मोड़ पर उतार दिया था और पाकुड़ में अपने घर के लिए निकल गई थी. जिसके बाद उस पीड़ित लड़की ने अपने पिता को फोन किया और करुडीह से उसे ले जाने के लिए कहा. लेकिन जब काफी देर तक उसके पिता उसे लेने नहीं आ पाए तो पीड़ित लड़की ने अपने एक दोस्त विकी हंसदा को उसे ले जाने के लिए फोन किया.

निर्भया के बाद एक और गैंग रेप

जिसके बाद विकी लड़की को लेकर उसके गांव के लिए निकल गया. विकी ने सड़क के बजाय जंगल का रास्ता चुना तो लड़की ने इस बात का विरोध किया. इस पर विकी ने कहा कि अगर हम सड़क से गए तो पुलिस हमें रोक लेगी. जंगल में वह गड़ियापानी के पास रुक गया. जब पीड़ित लड़की ने पूछा कि उसने बाइक क्यों रोक दी तो उसने पेशाब का बहाना बना दिया.लड़की से कुछ दूर जाने के बाद विकी ने अपने दोस्तों को फोन किया और कथित तौर पर उस लड़की का गैंगरेप किया. जिसके बाद वो सभी लोग लड़की को घायल अवस्था में छोड़कर भाग गए. लड़की को जब होश आया तो वह किसी तरह दूसरे गांव वालों की मदद से सड़क पर पहुंचने में कामयाब हुई. उसके बाद गोपीकांदर पुलिस स्टेशन में एफआईआर दर्ज की गई.

एसपी वाईएस रमेश और डीआईजी संथाल परगना राजकुमार लकड़ा ने कहा कि इस केस में एक एसआईटी का गठन किया गया है. साथ ही दोषियों को पकड़ने के लिए छापेमारी जारी है. इस बीच लड़की को इलाज और मेडिकल जांच के लिए दुमका मेडिकल कॉलेज भेज दिया गया है.

देश में CAA के खिलाफ प्रोटेस्ट का केंद्र रहा शाहीनबाग खाली कराया दिया गया है. आज 101वें दिन पुलिस ने टेंट उखाड़ दिया. हालांकि कुछ लोगो ने विरोध किया जिसकी वजह से दिल्ली पुलिस ने 5 लोगों को हिरासत में ले लिया है.

अभी भी बड़ी संख्या में पुलिस वहां मौजूद हैं. पुलिस का कहना है कि अभी खाली करवाने की कार्रवाई चल रही है.
