This time we have an onsen(hot springs) run again.
It was cost more then 1,000 yen at Chofu where we went to last year but this time bath fee is included as hash cash.
There are many sento (public bath) which contains onsen in Tokyo.
Akebono-yu has several kind of bathtubs with open air hot spring bath.
(Sorry but not mixed! :P)

今回はまた温泉ランです。
昨年調布の深大寺温泉に行った際には料金が高めでしたが、今回はハッシュキャシュに料金こみの銭湯です。
東京には温泉のある銭湯が結構あるんですよ。
あけぼの湯には何種類か湯船があり、露天風呂もあるんです。(残念ながら混浴ではありませんが！)
1階には休憩所があり、ちょっとつまんだりできるようです。

Dekkaimono、Second Hand Jobという2大雨女巨頭がhare,co-hareじゃしかたないよネー☆

公園は雨除けがないので、スタート/フィニッシュは駅から10分弱の、On-on会場兼に変更されました。
個人宅なので地図はちょっと控えますね。

On-onに残る方はお風呂に入ってきてね。タオルとシャンプー類をお忘れなく。

というわけで今年3度目のオクトーバーフェストランです。

前回は代々木が混みすぎていてとても買えないという悲しい状況で断念しましたが、今度はきっと！

ビールのイベントはここにまとめられてます。

今回は佃の銭湯から豊洲に行き、一杯飲んでからまた戻ってきます。一応酒気帯びになるのでその辺は自己責任でお願いします(；´∀｀)

今のところそれぞれのペースで走っています。(状況によりその辺は変わりますが、せっかく一緒に走りに来たのですからおいてけぼりにしたりはしないようにしますよ！)

21:00ぐらいまで走ったら銭湯へ。
21:40ぐらいまでお風呂。

そのあとは任意でベルギービールと料理が楽しめるお店に行く予定。

神保町駅　A2出口より徒歩2分。
みずほ銀行の角から水道橋方面に向かい、さくら水産のすぐ先を曲がったビルの1階です。

千代田区、港区、目黒区、足立区の銭湯ではもれなく銭湯ランのため荷物を預かってくれます。他の銭湯はそれぞれ確認してみてね。なお牛込柳町の「柳湯」はお友達のところなのであずかりOKです。SQH3で利用した銭湯のリサーチ結果を今後まとめますね。 #run_jp

T3H4 and SQH3 have 2 joint runs as Yamanote line Ekiden.
As you know, Yamanote line is the train which have one of the most big traffic in Tokyo.
Let's run around it!

Station:
   [Day 1] 3rd May (Tue) Shinagawa (Kohnan exit)
   [Day 2] 5th May (Thu) Komagome (North exit)
Start time: 11:00 a.m
Hash cash: 1,500yen (each day)
Including beer, water and snacks. not including bath fee.
on-on is additional.

We have 3 legs each day.
Basically, 3 people is 1 team and Mis Management can't bring your belongings.
If you have no team mates, you should bring your belongins by yourself.
(or contact us in advance.)
Others, Your belonging will be brought by your team mates.

There is a sento (public bath) near finish.
Please bring your bath gear (towel, soap, shampoo etc). Bath fee is 450 yen.

You know, usually SQH3 don't have circle but this time we have it!

東京と言えば山手線、一分単位で走る東京のまさに大動脈！

外に内にと走り倒しましょう！

【2日目】5月5日(木)　駒込(北口)

スタート時間:午前11時

ハッシュキャッシュ：各日1,500円

ビール、水、スナック代を含みます。銭湯代は含みません。

オンオンは別途となります。

各日3レッグスです。

駅伝なので、1チーム3人を基本形と考えて下さい。

ランナーの荷物は、他のメンバーが次のスタートまで運びます。

したがって、一人で走る！という方は、自分で荷物背負うか、あらかじめ交渉してください。

MMは個人個人の荷物を運搬しないので、ご了承ください。

銭湯がそれぞれのフィニッシュの近くにありますので、お風呂道具をお持ちください。

(タオル、シャンプー、石鹸など)

お風呂代は450円です。

SQH3はサークルが普段はありませんが、今回はやります。

Jakotsu-yu, (ja=hebi=snake, kotsu=hone=born, yu=hot water) is one of the most oldest public bath in Tokyo which was established in the Edo era.
The building is reconstructed in few years ago, but they still have onsen.

蛇骨湯は東京の銭湯で江戸時代から続く歴史ある銭湯です。

This time, T3H4 joing hash.

今回は火曜木曜休日ハッシュとの合同ランです。

At first, we had only 6 people.

最初6人でした。

On the gate, there is Tokugawa (Shogun)'s emblem.

Because this temple's land was distributed by Shogun.

お寺の門には葵の御紋があったのですが、朱印地として将軍に賜った土地だからなようです。

This big tree is the motif of a mistery story "Akatsuka Chibusa(tits) Enoki".

At the finish, Dew Drop and Homo Itachi joined.

Finally, we took group pictures.

フィニッシュでデュードロップとホモイタチが合流。集合写真をとりました。

Only female hashers went to sento which is 10 mins from Narimasu station.

They have 3 kind of bath tabs.

成増駅北口から歩いて10分程度。

マンション1階にある「藤の湯」には女性陣で。3種類の浴槽がありました。

浴槽に書かれている注意書き

「身体を洗ってからお風呂に入りましょう。マナーですよね。」

って書いてあってちょっと「ですよね」がブームになりました。(笑)

あとは公園のとなりに「こころのクリニックなります」があって、

「なります。」も変にはまりました。

While we're taking bath, DD and HI has fuxxed off, Rapunzel, Khuming Rouge was drinking at Izakaya. So they looks a little bit drunk..

お風呂に入っている間にデュードロップとホモイタチは帰り、ラプンツェルとカミングルージュは先に居酒屋で飲んでたので、すでにちょっと酔っ払い風です…。

This month's (Sunday) SQH3 will be held on 23 Jan in Kitasenjyu.

We usually have hash trail on Sunday run, but always no circle.

And you always have a chance to enjoy special beer and other alcohol beverage.

Do you know the beer that we can shop only in Hokkaido?

Sapporo Classic is one of the most beloved beer in north island of Japan.

Furthermore, GM ordered limited edition - Furano vintage 2010.

It made with fresh hop which cultivated in Furano on this year.(cropped 2010 autumn)

And also, you can taste the sho-chu made from Shiso leaves.

It's good season for enjoying onsen, isn't it?

This time we'll escape from the centre of Tokyo.
Chofu, it's also Tokyo, is only 14 mins from Shinjyuku by semi-rapid Keio line.
This area is as known as the residence area of one of the most famous Japanese comic author Shigeru Mizuki,most known for his Japanese horror manga GeGeGe no Kitaro.
It have been spread by this year's NHK TV drama "GeGeGe no nyoubou"(wife of GeGeGe).
So now, it's a kind of hot area... like spring!

Enjoy GeGeGe trail and hot spring!

Also I'll bring a bottle of special wine!

There were only 2 people again!
Though it was not cold and good temperature for running.

It seems that SQH3 is not get along with Ginza area..

Just Hiroki (3rd time.maybe) and Second Hand Job have met up at Konparu-yu but this public bath

not allowed to leave our belonging while running.

We had to changed the plan.

At first, we changed clothes at Yamada denki. (I bought a bottle of sport drink to be a customer!)

And put all our belonging into a coin locker of Shimbashi station.

We did fun run, and took bath.
Year, it was okay. until then.

That public bath is structured as a building few stories high but interior is really typical old style.

There is a reason that I dare to write this report in English, not in Japanese.

An old woman, who is the mistress of that public bath told us "we'll be closed at 10 p.m".
I replied as "sure" because it was 9:10 p.m and I usually take bath by 40 mins.

Unbelievable happenings occurred while I was wearing clothes after taking bath.
First, half of the lights has been turned off by the mistress.
Next, a man who looks 50's has entered to ladies room to do cleaning though it was 9:40 p.m!

Whoa!!
Whoa!!!
I decided that I won't come here again but another trouble which bring me here again has occurred.(describe later)

Anyhow, after taking bath we walked to an izakaya because I can use discount ticket, but it has already
closed ealier due to that day is Saturday.

I felt I'm so unlucky.. but Just Hiroki brought me to a nice French bar and we could enjoy beer and goodies!

They relieved me..

BTW, I found I'd left my nike+ sports band at the sento, on Monday.

I tried to call Komparu-yu, and the mistress of sento replied as
"A kind person find your belonging."
...what?
I think I might not lose it if you didn't turn off the light!!!

I visited there again.
The old lady said "Please write down you name, address and telephone number for just in the case."
....Whaaat?
I'm certainly the owner of this watch. Are there anything what someone need to contact me??

I surrendered to avoid trouble ANY MORE.

That is the all story about the public bath in Ginza.
