We’re busily organising events for the week, but it promises to be a week with something for everyone.

On May 26 from 6:30pm we’re holding our annual trivia night fundraiser at Carlingford Bowling Club. This is our major fundraiser for the convention and it’s important we raise a lot of money so please support the night in any way you can. You could help out by:
  • Coming along – besides helping raise money, you’ll also have a fun night. We’d love it if you brought as many friends as possible with you too!
  • Helping us find prizes for the night – we always have an auction and raffles on the night. Getting prizes donated is difficult so any help with this would be wonderful.

We’re having a weekend away on March 31 and April 1 in Northern New South Wales. A meeting will be held at the home of the Bos’s starting at 12pm on the Saturday (please BYO lunch and snacks) followed by a dinner and social night out (potentially bowling) on the Saturday night and a picnic on the Sunday.

Most of us will be staying at Warner’s At The Bay, 320 Hillsborough Road, Warners Bay on the Saturday night and if you’d like to stay there please book your accommodation as soon as possible.

Everyone is welcome and feel free to come along to any part of the weekend or all of it! Our regional weekends are always a lot of fun and a great chance to meet members from outside of Sydney so we hope to see you there.

This event was originally planned for February 11 but with all the rain we’ve had recently the Mamula’s have asked we postpone it so they’ve got time for some pool maintenance.

The day was filled with fun games, face painting, a kids farm and much more. This picnic promotes Connective Tissue Dysplasia awareness and support. A group of us from the SSPA attended and met a few new families.
