Instant Happiness

Awesome documentary that made me think my eating habits again. Unfortunately many times our motivation to take care of our own health comes after the " shit has already hit the fan" or when you get your first surgery: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coronary_artery_bypass_surgery (disgusting)

But is doesn't need to be that way, you can and you should motivate your self before that!

2012-07-16T11:20:00.001+03:00

Watch this lifechanging video. Truly tremendous information. You will gain 7.5minutes more life by wathing and following the instructions on the video.

Some pickups from the video...

What people really regret on their deadthbeds?

1. I wish I hadn't worked so hard.

2. I wished I stayed in touch with my friends.

3. I wish I'd let my self be happier.

4. I wish i'd had the courage to express my true to myself.

5. I wish I'd lived a life true to my dreams, instead of what others expected of me.

How to avoid makins those statements on your deathbed?

You need focus and build 4 types of elements To achieve "post traumatic growth" type of growth. tackle tiny challlenges all the time on these elements. These elements are;

1. Physical resiliance. (just do not sit still)

2. Mental resilience. ( Like snapping fingers and count 100 backwards)

3. Emotional resilience. (look at the baby animal picture)

4. Social Resience (Shake hands and thank someone)
