Create the Perfect Holiday Card with Shutterfly

2010-10-28T14:08:00.000-05:00

With Halloween literally JUST around the corner it's that time of year to begin searching for the PERFECT Holiday card! And of course, where else would I look but SHUTTERFLY to help me on this venture. With 247 different designs you are sure to find one that is perfect for your holiday card. Whether you want to wish others a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, or a Happy New Year you are in luck! Shutterfly makes it so easy to find just what you are looking for. You can choose the color, how many pictures, what size card you would like, and even between a flat or a folded card to help narrow down your search. Using these search items I was able to narrow my choices down to these 3!

This is the Mod Ornaments Card. I just thought it was so different! I hadn't seen one like this. It's a 5x7 Flat Stationary Card and would be perfect if you have just ONE family photo you were wanting to share this season.

Snowflake Reflections is my next favorite! (I think this one will be the one I use) I like to show off more than just one picture of my family, and this is the perfect way to do so with a 5x7 collage of 6 different photos!

HoHo Christmas is such a cute choice if you have kids, especially 3 kids! Since there are three circle photo slots for each child. It would be perfect!

Give Shutterfly Holiday Cards a shot for your cards this year! You WON'T be disappointed. Whether you need business or family cards- check them out! :)

First up would have to be GROUPON. There is a different deal every day. You can subscribe to whatever city you would like(or multiple cities like I do) and receive daily emails about the newest deal. Deals can be up to 90% off retail price and the deal could be for food, shopping, hotels, trips, etc. It only takes a second to subscribe and you might just find a great deal! And if you are looking to visit a certain city soon, subscribe to that city and you might get a great vacation deal! Visit the link here to check it out!

Next up is Jasmere. This site

offers a daily deal like Groupon, the only difference is that the price may DROP from when you originally purchased the deal. The more people sign up for a deal the LOWER the price goes. And it doesn't matter when you get in on the deal, you will pay the LOWEST price! May sound confusing but just head over to Jasmere and check it out HERE

This one is for you, Karin! :) You can click on the link here and click on beverages on the left hand side and you will see this $2 OFF Ovaltine coupon. This would make this only $.72 at Walmart! GREAT DEAL!

I had a Deal of a Day!

2010-03-24T09:41:00.000-05:00

I was so excited about my deals that I picked up yesterday I just had to share! :)

First was my trip to ToysRUS. If you DIDN'T know Toy Story 1 & 2 were rereleased yesterday in BluRay combo packs. So, each movie has a BluRay and DVD copy PLUS a FREE movie ticket to see Toy Story 3! If you buy BOTH Toy Story 1 &2 you get them for $16.99 each. If you are a Disney Movie Rewards member and own the VHS of either movie you can print a $10 off coupon for each movie. So, I got the movies at $16.99/ea. minus the 2-$10 off coupons got the total down to $13.98 for BOTH movies PLUS $17 in movie tickets to see Toy Story 3! So you actually make a profit buying these movies! :) Which was great for me... since I have 2 boys who LOVE Toy Story and I was going to purchase these anyways! As an added bonus I picked up a Wii Musical game for the boys' Easter basket for $5 (marked down from $39.99!) It was a GREAT shop!

Deal #2 was at Walgreens which is CONSTANTLY offering good deals. You can purchase 3 jumbo packages of Pull ups OR Huggies for $8.99/each this week with a $5 reward/catalina for your NEXT purchase. So, here is what I did- I bought 3 jumbo packs of pull ups for $8.99. I had one FREE coupon for a pack and 2-$2 off coupons so my total was $13.98 for 3 packs PLUS I received the $5 catalina which made my total $8.98. $2.99/pack for Pull ups is indeed AMAZING! :)

I am almost done Easter basket shopping but I found a game that I think Zachary will love: Battleship! He loves playing it on the Wii and I found 2 coupons that you can stack together at Target. (You can stack a Target coupon ALONG with a manufacturer coupon PER item!) Target has battleship on Sale for $9 right now. Using the Target Web coupon for $3 off a Hasbro game PLUS the $4 off Battleship coupon from playsaver.com you can get this game for just $2!! :) Sounds like a deal in my book!

If you find any great deals you would like me to post about PLEASE let me know! I love to share the weath! :) Happy Wednesday to you all!

Spinach Artichoke Mac N Cheese

2010-02-03T11:04:00.004-06:00

WOW! I just couldn't resist myself. I HAD to share this recipe. This is one of Rachel Ray's Top 10 Recipes of the Year. They all sounded good so this has been my mission this week to make them ALL! I have included the link for the recipe. I did make one minor adjustment to make it more "figure friendly." It calls for 2 cups of milk and I used 1 cup of Chicken Stock and a 1/2 cup of skim milk. It tasted delicious and packed full of nutrients from the whole wheat penne pasta, artichokes, and spinach! Give it a shot!http://www.rachelrayshow.com/food/recipes/spinach-and-artichoke-mac-and-cheese/

My top FREEBIE companies to sign up for!

2010-01-31T12:42:00.004-06:00

The biggest question I get asked would have to be HOW i get so many free items. I'm not talking SAMPLES, OR COUPONS, I am talking hundreds of dollars of FREE items sent to my door for me to KEEP! If you like reviewing free products you need to take some time to sign up with these companies. They are all completely free to sign up with and in return send some REALLY great products.

http://www.bzzagent.com BzzAgent is one of the first companies I ever signed up with. I had seen them advertised on Good Morning America and was SOLD. It took all of 10 minutes to register with them and they will periodically send you e-mails asking if you would like to sign up for what is called a Bzz Campaign. If you chose to sign up for that product they need you the product to try for free and in return you tell people the YOUR HONEST opinion of the product. They often send coupons for you to pass around while you are "Bzzing" people. They also send you an official bzzguide so you are have all the information about the product (price, where you can buy it, facts about what you are bzzing). I have received a Phillips Sonicare Toothbrush w/ sanitizer (a $179.99 value), a Logitech remote (valued at $350), An automatic shower cleaner, Burts Bees Acne Treatment, etc. Just to show you there is a HUGE variation is what you could be selected to review. My latest that I am bzzing about now is Loreal's Lash Boosting Power system. It's valued at $24.95 and it gives you fuller, lusher, natural lashes and I have to say IT WORKS! :) When you submit a bzzreport of how you buzzed and what you told them you will earn http://www.Mypoints.com that can be redeemed for great gift cards and other prizes! Sign up for both today! You will be amazed at what you can get for FREE!

http://expotv.com This is by far my FAVORITE new company. The difference between bzzagent and expotv is that you due video reviews instead of just written reviews with ExpoTV. These are 30 second videos that pay between 300-10,000 points! I have been a member of this company for less than 6 months and have already received $200 in gift cards, Starbucks coffee, Nabisco 100 calorie snacks, and my lastest and greatest a FreeAgent HD converter that converts your home movies, MP3, photos from your computer to HD on your TV (valued at $150)! In less than 6 months! Use this link here to sign up for ExpoTV www.expotv.com/raf/staz1998
