Friends Rock Thank You Card

Hello! Today is my daughter's last guitar lesson before we move to Richmond, so I made this card for her teacher, who we think the world of. It features the Friends Rock stamp set and the coordinating Rockin' wheel, which are perfect for this occasion! I stamped the guitar image on the inside of the card.

The patterned paper is from the Thoroughly Modern paper pack. I love the Bermuda Bay, Black & White combo!

The filigree brad adds the perfect touch of pizzazz to the card, & coordinates with the pattern on the DSP.

Lots of dimensionals were used on this project-- good thing I don't have to mail it! :-)

Hello! Another crazy day getting ready for the move, so no stamping time for me! Ooh, I miss my stamping time! So, I have another gorgeous project from my Up-Upline, Karin. Gotta love her projects!

I fall more in love with that stamp set with each new project I see or make! And I love the Basic Grey cardstock and Satin Ribbon with the Sending Love Specialty DSP, and that corduroy button-- yummy!

Good Neighbors meet Bella's Bloom

Hi there! Today's card is one that I CASED off of the internet, sorry I can't remember where I saw it! I changed the colors, but kept the design the same. I loved the tiny tag tied around that wide, striped ribbon with Linen Thread. Too cute!

Good Neighbors and Bella's Bloom are both stamp sets that you can get for FREE during Sale-a-bration, which ends March 31st! Stampin' Up really spoiled us this year with such a long SAB period and so many FREE stamp sets to choose from! I've definitely taken advantage of this great promotion, & have lots of new stamp sets to prove it!

The Tiny Tags stamp set and the Medium Jewelry Tag punch were made for each other, and make such a great detail for a card.

Stamping the house, roof, & clouds was a snap with the clear mount stamps. I could place them right where I wanted them!

The project got extra dimension from the Perfect Polka Dots Impressions folder for the Real Red Card base & for the tree circle that was popped up on Stampin' Dimensionals.

I had my last local stamp club classes at my Raleigh home on Sunday & Monday, & it was a little bit sad. It is always hard to close a chapter, but I'm excited about the next one! Thanks so much to all of my wonderful Raleigh customers. It has been a pleasure having you as my customers and friends, and I will miss you!

Fancy Favor Punch Art Bunny Box

Hello Stampers! Today's project is one that my Online Cards & Projects Club members and my local club members will be doing this month. It features the Fancy Favor Die for the Big Shot. If you are in the Online Club, you will receive the box with DSP already attached and die cut for you. You'll also receive all of the punched pieces to make the Punch Art Bunny and everything else seen on this project. Isn't it cute?

The DSP is from Shades of Spring DSP pack, which comes in soft, spring shades. I chose to use the pinks & yellows for this project, but it also has pastel green & purple, too.

Pink round rhinestone brads hold the handle on and add a touch of bling.

The Chocolate chip satin ribbon dresses up Mr Bunny for the Easter (or Spring) parade.

Punch Art Easter Bunny Card

Hi Stampers! Gosh, I'm late posting today! I usually try to have my post up by 7am EST. This move is taking up all of my paper crafting time! LOL!

Anyway, today's card was made by paper piecing a bunny using our awesome punches. He is too cute! Both my Local and Online Cards & Projects Club members will make this bunny and an adorable Fancy Favor Box to put him on this month. I'll show that project and a video of how to put it together tomorrow, but today I have a video of how to make Mr Bunny:

Bitty Birthday

Hi there! Today's card is one that my Online Cards & Projects club will get to do in March. It features the Bitty Birthday stamp set, which is one that you can get for FREE during Sale-A-Bration! This birthday set is adorable, & I'm so happy that I just got it.

The birthday cake stamp was inked in Jet Black Staz On, my "go to" ink for watercoloring. Instead of watercoloring it with blender pens and classic ink like I would ordinarily do, I used my Watercolor Pencils to color the image, then used an Aquapainter to blend the colors. I am loving these Watercolor Pencils... I can't believe I never used them before my Stamp-a-stack a couple of weeks ago!

The Kisses Love Notes are a great size for the front of a card. A nice change from a regular square piece of cardstock.

The textured Rich Razzleberry cardstock was "antiqued" by using the distressing tool on the Cutter Kit. Shabby Chic is really in vogue right now!

The sentiment is a Rub-On from the Chat Room Rub-Ons pack in the Occasions Mini Catalog. They have a variety of styles and sayings which makes them ideal for any craft or home decor project, and you get both Chocolate Chip and Whisper White!

With All My Heart Fancy Flower Card from my Up-Upline

Hi there! How yummy delicious is this card? This is the one that was my inspiration for my workshop card that I showed a few days ago. My Up-Upline, Karin, sent this to me for placing in the top 10 in sales for her group. Woo hoo! I love getting cards from her, because she is so creative!

The textured Melon Mambo cardstock adds such a nice, subtle detail to the card.

The Chocolate Chip Epoxy Brad is gorgeous as the flower's center! And it goes beautifully with the Soft Suede Cardstock and ink.

The Tres Chic background stamp is so awesome behind the bright flower. Love that!

The Paper Piercing Tool added a lovely detail along the left edge of the card. Did you spot that? It is hard to see in the photo, but so many nice details that add up to a WOW card!

We had a great visit to Richmond this weekend, and the children were able to see their new home and visit their new school. We had lots of emotions, they were so nervous about attending yet another new school, but it ended up being a great visit. Here is a photo of them in front of our new home:

Hi there! Today's card is one that I received in the mail from my up-upline for being in the Top 10 in Sales in her group a couple of months ago. She is such a talented stamper, and I'm always excited to get one of these congratulatory cards in the mail. Tomorrow I'll share the one that I received this week, and you'll see where I got the inspiration for my workshop card!

This tree is so gorgeous, and I cannot wait to decorate my stamp room with the Definitely Decor version of it. Have you seen the new Definitely Decor insert that just came out in January? If not, click the link above or on my right side bar to see all of our new fabulous decor items!

I am beside myself about having my own craft room in the new house! I will video this week my current "stamp room", which is actually a closet in my guest room, then after I move in, I'll do a video of it. The "before" and "after". I just wish Ty Pennington were going to show up and decorate it for me! Ha!
