These cute treats are just a few of the samples that were in the Bakery Shop at the Stampin Up convention last month. The top ones are our new candy wrapper twist die cut boxes made with the Big Shot that are in the Holiday mini. If you are one of my customers and have not gotten your Holiday mini from me yet in the mail, please let me know.  I will get you another one. I have plenty here at the house. These treat containers make adorable gifts for your child's class too.

These look like cupcakes but they are really it is the Perfect Setting Die cut used in the Big shot to make the wrapper for the "cupcakes". I think they are really balls of candy wrapped in black tissue paper and then stuffed inside the cupcake wrappers.

I got the idea for this card at the Stampin Up convention. THe small part of it was on a make and take we did. It was a 3×3 notecard so I decided to incorporate that into a regular size card. I made a template from the Big shot circle die and then sponged inside of it to create the yellow and green background and then stamped over that in chocolate chip. I did stamp the flowers off once to make them lighter than the words. Then I stamped the bigger image onto bashful blue cardstock and wrapped with celery taffeta.

This is a card I made for my downline swap last week. I LOVE this stamp set called Just Believe. It was the first one I wrote down on my wish list when I looked through the new catalog. It is just gorgeous. I used Pear Pizzazz and Marina Mist for this card and added a little bling with  the new pearls and smooch spray.

Here is a close up of the pearls and the smooch spray. It is hard to see unless you have it in front of you.  I love these pearls. You get a TON of them for $5! What a bargain!

This is the card that inspired me in the first place. At convention, they gave us supplies to do several make and takes but I didn't like a couple of them so my friend Melissa and I decided to change this card from the original design to this one. Then I came home and changed it again to colors that are more my style. I am not an orangey (is that a word?) kind of person. Give me pink and blue and maybe brown and green too.

Last week I posted an article about this month's featured demo, Kelly Hogge. Kelly is one of my fabulous downline and I love to brag about them so each month I pick one of them and share some of their creations. I can never fit them all in one post so here is part 2 of Kelly's. I love this first card. It is so elegant looking to me. I love the red and black combo.

This one is an adorable paperclip. It is one of those giant ones that teachers often use to hold papers. What a great teacher's gift a set of these would make!

This adorable pouch reminds me of a carrot gift box that you might see around Easter time. I love it in the Greenhouse Gala designer paper.

This card would make a great thank you card for someone to give for a baby gift or a baby shower. New moms always need thank you cards too!

This last one is so simple but really cute. I love, love, love the new Word Play set and this card uses that for the sentiment.  Really quick and easy.

For this month's stamp camp, I am doing a gift box (shown on the right side) with a set of cards to go inside. All of the projects use the Just Believe Stamp set found on pg. 109 in the big Stampin Up idea book and catalog.  Cost of the class is $20 and includes all of your supplies, refreshments and door prizes. If you can't make it to class, I can cut a set of supplies for you to do it at home. I will try to do a tutorial for this class if I have time. It would be easy to change these cards to any colors you like also. I wanted to do shades of blue and neutral tones. The card that is laying down was actually a swap card I got from my good friend Susan Adams. I liked it so much that I decided to use it in my class. The rest were designed by me. These cards are great for duplicating too. You can make several sets in no time.

This is what the top of the box looks like and one of the cards actually matches the box idea. I used the Friendly  Words wheel for the background and the colors are baja breeze and soft suede.

Here are some more pics from the Stampin' Up Bakery Shop display at convention last month. They had the coolest things on display and I could have stayed there all day looking at them. This first one is a cute clock gift box. I just love it.

These are cute little mini lunch sacks that will be available in the Holiday mini coming out in 2 weeks!  You can decorate them however you like but these owls are pretty darn cute I think.

These are the new Glimmer Brads also available in the upcoming Holiday mini. This display reminded me of those dot candy sheets you could get as a kid. They are so pretty up close and in person….you just have to get some to see for yourself.

It is time for me to show off another one of my fabulous downline again! This month I am featuring Kelly Hogge. Kelly has been a demonstrator for many years and is so talented. She has a full time job at a local school during the day and is a stamper at night.

This card is just gorgeous. She used the new Elegant Lines embossing folder for the background and then stamped the top part with the Always Elegant stamp set on pg. 67. I just love this one.

For this one, Kelly used the Word Play stamp set for the sentiment and then decorated with the Greenhouse Gala designer paper. I love the striped ribbon accent on this one too.

This one is a cute notepad holder made from our new Play Date file folders found on pg 180.

This last card is so cute. Kelly used the new owl punch to design this one. I love how she did the pear ribbon also. More samples to come in a few days!

At convention, one of my favorite things was seeing the Stampin Up Bakery Shop displays. THey were INCREDIBLE! You almost wanted to eat them but they were all made out of paper, buttons, ribbon, etc. This first one is a cupcake display that is so yummy looking and it is all paper! The circles on top are just punched out and covered in glitter.

This one is a basket full of Build a Bear "sugar cookies". How cute is that?

These are Builder wheel lollipops. You really can't get the full effect without seeing the whole display but let's just say it was better than being in Willy Wonka's chocolate factory!

These are ice cream cones I think.  They are actually cones made out of paper and filled with candy. They are so cute! These would make great party favors for a kids birthday.
