Instead of directly pursuing happiness through harmonious self control –  Yoga,  so called “civilized man” has pursued the idea of happiness via control over his environment. Science Medicine Culture Tradition Government Law and Economic systems provide a most efficient means to preside over or dominate.

The myth about breathing
It is a common perception that we breathe in oxygen and breathe out a waste gas – carbon dioxide. This is a myth. Carbon Dioxide is not a waste gas – but a vital substance that facilitates the uptake of oxygen to cells and tissues and plays many vital roles through out the body. Throughout the entire organism there is breathing. All tissues, cells and organs breathe. Its influence is far greater than diet, exercise or sleep .

If you change your breathing your entire biological chemistry will change as well.
The rate at which oxygen is delivered to cells and tissues

  • The  pH
  • The Immune system
  • The aperture of all vessels
  • The Blood Pressure
  • The Pulse
  • The production of all Hormones
  • The excitability of the nervous system

These are all regulated by the way in which we breathe

The role of Carbon Dioxide needs total re-evaluation –
Russian scientist Professor K.P. Buteyko made a remarkable discovery that all people with symptoms of chronic disease are breathing too much. He then went onto to work out how to change the breathing so as to reverse all symptoms of chronic disease . Buteyko demonstrated time and again from his empirical results that the cause of symptoms of chronic disease is carbon dioxide deficiency .

At the talk you will meet Martha Roe the only UK practitioner working with Senior Buteyko Practitioner Christopher Drake who brought this method to the UK with his teacher Alexander Stalmatski in the 1990′s.

Martha reversed her own symptoms over a period of 9 months by following Christopher’s guidance  –  insomnia, weight problem, overwhelm, confusion, anxiety, poor concentration, fatigue, pain, inflammation, allergies, asthma, foggy brain, illogical mind, mood swings, hormone disorders, prone to colds and flu, skin disorder, unable to exercise.
Over the past 3 years Martha has worked with 100′s of students in the UK and Ireland with all kinds of chronic symptoms supervised by Christopher and continues to help people to make major changes to their lives.

The aim of Crystal Healing is to bring the person back into balance in a holistic way. Before each session, all the crystals and room are cleansed and dedicated to healing so everything is ready for the person to be able to receive healing to the highest good. I am guided to use particular crystals on and around the person in specific healing patterns.

The aim of the session is to increase the general health and wellbeing of the person and release any negative patterns. At the end of the session I will share information about my choice of crystals and how and why they were placed.
