I can tell you the board truly demands it's authority to be respected.  At least in it's price class.  .  Managed to overclock my 2GHz P4 w/ 512 L2 Cache to a competitive 2.24GHz.  Not much of an overclock, but it does the trick.  Also, jumped my Kingston PC2100 512MB RAM Chip up 6MHz!  Again, not much, but it also does the trick.
