How to change mouse hover text color?

Hi everyone!

I love the updated Windowblind Flash Live System! The only thing that is driving me crazy is when you mouseover anything, especially in my browser (Pale Moon), it is white text on a white background and is not readable. This happens in a number of skins.

I have the latest SkinStudio Professional and need to know how to change the white font to black or something readable.

Hi Everyone!!

I'm brand new to the community after purchasing Object Desktop and I'm a little overwhelmed to say the least! I've spent a whole day playing around with different themes, sounds and so on so I am sort of familiar with what everything should do but I have a few questions if anyone feels like helping?

1) What's the deal with the paid premium themes? I thought I had already paid $50 to Stardock so I'm a little confused why we a...

i just got bootskin xp and when i click on download to dowload a skin the program opens but the skin is not in it to apply ...did i miss a setting or something .. why does the program look so out of date .?

I'm playing with someone else's script to see how it works and having quite a bit of fun and stumbled across a command to export as widget or gadget. I couldn't use the option gadget because it said I don't have "pro" version. Here is the confusion, I thought that the version that comes as a part of Object Desktop package was the pro one, and if not, where is it listed on the web store?

Where do I enter my serial number for this software? I'm used to the screen poppi...

I was wondering can anyone point me in the direction of good tutorials I like Vampothika tutorial for window blinds but looking for some for other stardock software to like desktopX that maybe shows how to make animated pop-up's like in redneckdudes "Transcend 2011 DX it looks like the popup are sliding when you click the internet or graphics button ect.." any help would be appreciated. and maybe something about applying scripts if I get permission to use them.

So yea, im new to this kind of customization in my pc. i just tried the windows blind from some sources. and as i continue using it at the 2nd day i notice that i can change icons, cursors etc also. so now i have a small problem. How can i install cursos, SMX files and other that is in the theme pack ? or where do i get those installers. Thanks for the help

Okay I made a simple theme just to get the feel of how it all works using the plugins in desktopx I uploaded it to win-customize and it was in there I left for a few hours to do some erons and went to see it again and I can not find it anywhere I think it was in my profile when I left any ideals

I am new to this site but not new to the PC World. I have windows 7 Pro and I am looking for a nice desktop with my icons on it. Somethings with and without a fee. I would like to do one by myself but I don't know how.

Can someone give me a few or a lot of suggestions? Right now I am using Fences for the last 6 or 7 months so now I am looking to make a change.

Alright, first things first...download an IRC client. For the purpose of this guide, going to use mIRC. Why mIRC? Because it's simple and doesn't have a bunch of crap bloat that anyone would need anyway.

Download it here.

First you install it obviously, then after it's installed open the mirc.exe.

Next we'll have to add the Stardock server to the server list. Just follow the screenshots and you should be fine.

Hi, I've been a long time user of DesktopX objects. Unfortunately I have 0 head for coding, and this may be interpreted as a thinly vieded plead for someone to do this for me.

In the pastI've seen people create desktopx objects to make snow fall across the screen. I was wondering if someone could help me produce something similar, only with cherry blossom petals and blossoms.

okay I recently purchased the object desktop, I found some themes I like in windowblinds and they download fine but I have also found a couple that are .zip files that don't download properly... so what do I do about this?

Custom Blu-Ray Shortcuts folder w/Objectdock

I am a beginner with objectdock and rocketdock. On my desktop is a folder with shortcuts to all of my blu-ray movies on an external hdd. I thought it would be neat if I could create a docklet of sorts (remember I am very new at this) whereby with the first click it opens up a "family-tree" like structure where I have all of my shortcuts to all of the movies that I see all at once...with every movie having the proper cover for each film. OK, somehow I broke it. I have all the places unchecked that I can find that say "Use Windows Aero style frames" or similar. I've got windows with aero tops and no buttons, I got Foxfire so confused that it has aero in the middle and colored top - but not skinned. So, I decided to try my hand at making a WindowBlind Skin.

I am going to have a Million +/- Questions.

I am using Vampothika’s Skin Studio 7: The Tutorial

I am on STEP 4 The (?) I have here is. Do I cut it up into 7 pieces or 11; I say 11 just because the way she has it looking.

I have the Startmenu made, so do I cut it up in PS, if so can I use the Rectangular Marquee Tool and then Just hit (Control + J).

Not All Icons Are Changing

How do I delete a cursor I don't want? I've tried a few times now to delete a cursor I don't want and it hasn't deleted it. What do I do? Don't tell me I need the Plus version to delete themes/cursors... or is it only to delete the themes and not the cursor?

Start Menu Button help
