On my wife's XP machine these windows are fully skinned but not on my two Vista machines.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Is this a known bug or is there any way to fix this via settings? Ive tried to add IDM to the custom programs options to try and override settings but still does not work.
