Having problems with The Corporate Machine

I can get the title screen to load up. If go to any other menus I get a blank screen. So I broke out windows compatibility mode to windows 98. Then I get to the next screen. I I can choose my specialty, my name and company name, but not company color. I hit start game and the game freezes. I check Tack Manager and it is drawing 50% processing power(1 full processor).
I ran out of ideas.

windows xp pro
3.0 ghz dual core 2
8800 gt SLI
4gig ram , shows less 32 bit os

This may have been answered before, but do we have a timeframe for when the tokens will be phased out? Will the tokens expire? I don't want to see them go, but if it is holding up developers from signing up, then they need to go for the sake of Stardock.

I would like to request that a section for user reviews/ratings of games on TGN. I would like to see it in Impulse also. I go down the list of games, most I have no idea about, and it would be useful to know what other...

Hey guys,

I still have 6 tokens left (bought a 10 pack for Sins a while back). I was looking to buy Kudos for the wife and the Sins expansion for myself but it appears that they are on Impulse only, which is fine except it looks like I can't use my tokens there and neither is listed here on tg.net. What can I do with the tokens I have left? I wasn't expecting that I couldn't use them for the now Impulse only games or I wouldn't have gotten a 10 pack.

Unable to locate product information

I'm interested in picking up the expansion for Space Rangers 2, but when I try to put this item in the cart it gets an error stating:

"Unable to locate product information"

I also tried the original Space Rangers and Political Machine which gave the same error. Is the service down or something ?

Many times, it's immediately on entering the game (after the universe was created) that the display just stops updating.

I see a lot of this spew in the debug.err file:

Debug Message: Tried to create a sub-canvas out of bounds.
ASSERT ERROR in file C:\Projects\pear\SOURCE\Canvas.cpp at line 1998.

I'm running an Nvidia 7600GT (nearly latest drivers.. 177.81ish) using XP 64 (all up to date), and a dual-core AMD 2 ghz chip.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Missing item from TG.net and Stardock Store's game list

I apologize if I should have contacted the sales department instead of posting this issue here.

On Galactic Civilizations II's purchase page and Impulse, the GCII: Expansion Bundle is available for purchase. But on TG.net and the Stardock Store's games list, it is not. I was able to purchase the item through GCII's purchase page which connected me directly to the Stardock Store. Is the Expansion Bundle not listed because of your transition to Impulse?

I have 5 tokens. And now since everything is moving to Impulse i would like just use my last tokens. Wanted to pre order Demigod, but its 6 tokens :/

If we can't buy tokens, then may I ask, are their gonna be actual sales for games and stuff we do buy?

When you subtract the tokens, the coupons, you end up with games full price always.

Gday I created an account for sins forums and then purchased a copy of the game...

I cant use impulse to get updates at present because my game isnt linked to my impulse account and I cant get it to do so..

can somebody please link up my accounts so I can download the patch (im in Europe on a different comp) and play with my mates back home, and download the beta of 1.1 when it is realeased\

When I try to enter cheats for Supreme Ruler 2010, nothing happens. I enter them exactly as they appear, i.e. case-sensitive and spelled correctly. Is there some sort of trick?

I'm having an issue installing games from Impulse on WindowsXP64. Namely, I can't. When I hit the install button, I get a pop-up error stating: "This program is not compatible with your current operating system". But I'm able to download an run everything just fine via the classic StarDock Central. But I assume that workaround won't be available forever. Is there any hope of getting XP64 support? I'm hoping it's just a matter of adding a check for...

Hi! I just bought TA with tokens. I got the email with the serial number, which I registered through Stardock Central. However, I can't find the link in SDC, and it doesn't appear under "Purchased Software" in My Games. Is it actually available yet through SDC?

The main menu music works fine, but there is dead silence during the into and during gameplay, etc.

Grrr. I just DL'd the demo from Moonpod (the dev) and it worked fine. (I didn't DL the demo from Stardock because I didn't see the demo button in SDC until later). So, I deleted the demo, bought the game from SD and it doesn't work.

I just noticed that Moonpod's website talks about a v2.3, while the version I got from Stardock is v2.2SD. Perhaps that's the diffe...

I think I have missed something: on the page listing all TGN games http://totalgaming.stardock.com/store/ , the price for Sins is 45$ or 6 tokens. The strange thing is that the only thing that costs 6 token is the PowerGamer 2006 with an equivalent price of 60$ and GC2:Gold costs 5 tokens or 45$. And Genesis Rising costs 40$ or 4 tokens.
