Game disappeared

Alright while I re-downloading my Heart of Iron 3 collection my heart of iron just up and disappeared [e digicons]8(|[/e] . Simper fi installed but wont let me play it be because the first one is no longer in my game tab, I log in and out Restarted the impulse and even did the reset data and still nothing. IF any one know how to get it back and can explain to me why it happen i would be grateful plz and thank y'all .

Down for Maintenance?

I went to purchase the buy 1, get one free for Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2. Yet when I went to final purchase it took me to a page claiming that the store is down for maintenance. Is there any news as to the duration of this downtime and whether or not my order went through or not?

ok, i keep registering my sims game then when i go to install it some window pops up telling me to register it. done this five times. restarted impulse, and computer. nothing i've done has worked.

i have impulse and want to buy the dragons age special. i click add to cart and impulse hangs. my firewall has impulse exceptions. i like impulse but every time i want to use it there's always an issue - then it takes forever to find help these forums are nice but a simple contact or submit ticket would be appreciated. the deals are good but the system offsets the savings

Deus Ex Sale

So I thought I would buy Deus Ex on here since it was going for half price. Little did I know that after I purchased this I would A) Not get an email confirming the purchase. Not get the game. It makes no sense. This is my absolute worst purchasing experience online ever. I will never purchase anything from Impulse again.

Just so you know I'm not biased against online purchases I have bought 51 games on steam. 4 on Origin. Countless items from Newegg and Tigerdirect.

Impulse showing wrong region, and therefore wrong prices

Impulse website (and client) are consistently showing the wrong region for me, both at home and at work. I'm in the US, but prices are in GBP, and when switched to US dollars the prices are higher than they should be. $59.99 games are showing as $63.56, etc. due to exchange rate nonsense.. except that I'm not in the UK, I live in Iowa of all places. What's the deal?

Downloading games

Just ordered a game off Impulse and wanted to download through my work computer as the internet connection is much faster. The game is 2.5G, so I was just hoping to transfer it to my laptop, install, and play from there. Is this possible?
