Not a Chance!

I just got an email that my Object Desktop subscription had expired. When I check my Stardock Store Account it shows my renewal for another year, expiring 12/27/2012. What's going on? Is this just transitional stuff to the new Stardock Central or a REAL error! There's not a chance that I would let my OD subscription OR my WinCustomize subscription expire! I'd pay to have BOTH of those before I'd pay my taxes!! LMAO Anyone got any clues?

Have been using SS for some time now and ran into this problem. Just prchased a new computer and loaded everything fine. I sometimes need two WB skins open at the same time in SS. I use to click on my shortcut link and open SS. Fine all works well but when I wanted another one opened with the first one I clicked on the shortcut link and it opened another SS window so I could open the second WB in SS. Now if I click on the shortcut again all it does is min or max the already open window. What am ...

I bought this game about 4-5 years ago and have moved the files to the new machine. Well, I can't launch the game because it isn't licensed to this computer so I am attempting to install it. When I click install from the game launcher I get an error telling me to insert the CD or install using stardock central. I don't seem to be able to acquire the stardock central software.

Any ideas on how I can get this game re-installed?

Elemental FE Log In Issue

Hi, I've been really enjoying the FE beta but when I tried to start it up today I got a message stating that I have missing or stale registry data and it suggested I run it with a modified command line which included my username and password. Then when I try to log in manually it says connection to the server failed.

Is this just the servers being down or do I have a bigger problem? I haven't seen anyone else post on this?

Batman: Arkham City and ObjectDock 2

I have a weird problem with Batman: Arkham City and my ObjectDock 2.

When I start the game, this error message comes.

I press retry to debug, but without a result, the game don´t start.

If i close OD 2, the game runs perfectly.

This is the only game with the problem.

What can i do?

Sins of a Solar Empire Won't register behind a proxy

When I launch SINS, I get the "Stardock Account Registration" window, and filling it out returns with the response:

NET001 - … cannot connect to the server … (something like that)

Probably because I'm behind a proxy server. I tried the SDDLCProxy file listed on this forum for "Tiles", but it didn't seem to work with SINS. Not too surprising since there wasn't an SDDLC.DLL file in my Sins folder.

Anyway, is there a way to set the ...

Google Chrome and Windows Blinds

This started happening as soon as i installed windows blinds, which i paid a bit of money for, so a solution would be nice.

It might also be windows fx, i'm not sure.

When i leave the chrome window to go to another window, and then go back, the chrome window disappears for 1-10 seconds every time. this is a major inconvience to me as i am a web developer and constantly change code, refresh a page, change code, refresh a page.

Has anyone found a fix for this problem? ...

Tiles cannot register behind Proxy

I've purchased Tiles to go on a Windows 7 64bit machine, download and install fine.

But I want to activate all the features I've paid for - so use the Configure Tiles > Add features > Activate existing purchases which pops up the login screen - enter login details correctly (Same as what I'm logged in with to write this post) and get message 'Incorrect email or password'. I initially tried the Forgot password button which just replied with 'Unable to find y...

ObjectDock docks won't stay in the background!

I'm pretty sure I've toyed around with most if not all of the settings.

All three of my docks are "pinned to the desktop".

However, AFTER I CLICK SOMETHING on those docks, they become "always on top" and they won't go away.

The only way they go back to "pinned to the desktop" is if I press windows+D a few times.

And yes, I tried turning the "don't hide docks when pressing windows+D" on and off a few times.

Still won't work.

So do i still use impulse or what cause my renewal code doesnt work

my Object Desktop subscription expired earlier this month, so i renewed it today, and i goto impulse, click on update product code, and it tells me "Your account is expired. (ref: 3)"

how do i fix this?

Deskcapes Won't let me move my icons on desktop

Hello!

When I come to the forums, there is no secure log in. How about providing a HTTPS secure log in page for those of us that aren't comfortable with clear text authetication? Whenever I tried the HTTPS address, I got told you had a bad certificate AND got sent over to wincustomize--- no access to anything else.

I recently downloaded and installed the logon studio and wanted to change my log on screen. But When i "apply" the changes, it still looks the same as before, it's not changing to what I want it to...am i doing something wrong?

Stardock Store reporting that IE9 not supported?

Thought I'd pop into the Stardock store today and download the new version of WindowBlinds and was surprised that I recieved an out of date browser warning.

While I was able to proceed without an issue, I thought you guys in support might want to be aware of it. As you can see by the image below, I'm running an up to date 32bit version of IE9.

Is there any way to lock pages on Tiles to prevent loosing them. I configured a page and then dragged it off and had to start over.

Tiles - Installer appears to run forever, does not complete!

Windows 7 64bit / Tiles (latest Version) / Dual Monitors

I just purchased and downloaded Tiles. The installer runs, but does not complete though I see Tiles 32 & 64 in task manager. Runs my dual processor up to 100% and never stops. Have to reset to get my PC back, NOT GOOD. Any ideas on whats going on here - Help Appreciated, Bob

Sins of a Solar Empire: Trinity, given a faulty product code

I purchased Sins of a Solar Empire: Trinity, and installed it via impulse. When I went to play the game, I registered for a stardock account, and entered my product code shown through impulse. However it says that it is already registered to another account. Why would I be given a product key already being used? This is frustrating to pay good money and receive a product that does not work. I'm not sure whom I should be getting a hold of so I've also posted on Impulse's forum.

Latest official WB (non beta) does not enable Aero upon boot.
