Subscribed, but still can't download

Hi, I tried emailing support, but got an email error. I recently resubscribed, but when browsing the site, it still tells me I'm a past subscriber, and I'm not allowed to download anything. Can any of the staff help me with this? Thank you.

I was told to Login; Then, had to change Password; Now, Wincustomize says I am NOT a subscriber I have been Subscriber since 2003 & my current subscription ends August 16, 2025 Please advise Wincustomize !

Scripting Problem

I have Desktop X 3 Pro and have an issue with the scripting window. The header is there with the drop downs, so is the footer; however, the actual scripting window is completely grayed out and I can't do anything with it. if anyone can assist with a solution or reason why this is happening I would greatly appreciate it.

Hello PPL. Please help an old blokey who has been trying for many hours to download, install, and run a windows blind so that it works.. Hi, Although I have purchased a WinCustomize subscription for a year last week, I still get a message saying that in order for me to continue downloading themes, etc, I need to buy a subscription. I have received a mail confirming my subscription, with a serial number. How do I activate this subscription, so that I can continue to download cursors etc etc? Regards, Brian.
