They are generally stored in the -photographic film or on an electronic device like the computer.</p>

<p>Foot powders are natural minerals. They have a good ability to exchange ions. Medicated Foot powders contain Menthol as the active constituent. Foot powder should not be confused with Hot Foot powder, which is a mixture of spicy herbs and allegedly used to drive away people you want to get rid of.</p>
<p>Application of Foot powder</p>
<p>Perspiration on feet is common, but it is not unhealthy. However, when the sweat is excessive it causes a foul smell of the feet. The moist state proves to be a reproducing area for yeast and bacteria. Also, the perspiration gives rise to a foot fungus, called Athlete&#8217;s foot. It can result in scaly, itchy and red feet. When the weather is warm and particularly, when sports shoes enclose the feet, they can be kept dry and fresh with a homemade preparation. This comprises of a mixture of 3 tablespoons of baking soda and 1 tablespoon borax. To this mixture, 10 drops of essential oil, like clove or rosemary can be added. Do not add any synthetic or fragrance oil. These 3 substances are combined thoroughly. The blend has to be stored in a glass container. A little amount of this blend is applied to the feet, as and when required. It acts in 3 ways. Baking soda absorbs foul smell. Borax works against fungus. It has alkaline properties and is also a deodorant. The essential oils provide an attractive scent and prevent microbes. Foot powder is also available in closed containers. The top cap has to be pressed to shower the contents directly on the feet or inside of a shoe. Alternatively, 3 to 5 tablespoons of foot powder is added to a tub containing warm water. The feet are soaked in this water for 5 to 15 minutes.</p>
<p>Use of Foot Powder</p>
<p>A Foot powder acts in many ways. It absorbs the wetness on the feet. It provides a cool and soothing sensation. It helps to neutralize foot smell. It can trap bacteria, which are breeding on the feet. The foot powder can restrict growth of Athlete&#8217;s foot. Tolnaflate changes the permeability of cell walls of the fungus. The chemicals necessary for cell life seep out of the cell and the fungal cells die.</p>

<p>Many a times we have heard that herbs tone the uterus or are a hormone regulator. Research on actual constituents that are found in herbs is still very scarce but the mystery components of some are slowly being revealed for example, as seen in Saw Palmetto the active ingredient beta-sitosterol, inhibits the alpha-reductase enzyme action that keeps testosterone from breaking down into dihydrotestoserone. <p>When a family member or close friend dies, a person may lose sleep for the first couple of weeks until the mind decides its time to continue life and there is nothing more it can do to bring the person back. Sometimes when a person moves to a new area there may be sleepless nights for the first couple of weeks until the person adapts to the new environment. Changes in lighting and noise can also cause a person to suffer temporary insomnia.</p>
<p>This is merely a list of common reasons why a person may endure sleeplessness temporary, but there are chronic and acute cases of insomnia that last for years, thus controlling a persons mind.</p>
<p>When a person is enduring ongoing insomnia medical or mental help is required to help the person find a source of relief. Few insomnia problems are linked to chemical imbalances, interruptions of the central nervous system, or other types of medical problems. Chronic pain may also enforce insomnia, since the body rarely finds a source of relief. Of course there are the list of cases above that may cause temporary insomnia, but for the most part fear, <strong><em><u>stress</u></em></strong>, mental and medical conditions is the leading causes of any case of insomnia.</p>
<p>To reduce <strong>stress</strong> a person must learn to accept. We have no control over few things in life, thus trying to gain control of the uncontrollable is only setting your self up for failure and insomnia. When a loved one dies, it often makes it difficult for a person to cope with stress, since financial problems occur and other problems follow, still there is a way out. If you cannot do anything about it, do not worry about, rather do something about the things you have control over.</p>
<p>It is important to take action when stress is overwhelming and to do this you must learn breathing tactics, stretching habits and exercise. It is important to feed the body and mind with healthy foods and activities during the stressful event in order to cope with stress and minimize sleepless nights. Taking action now can help you avoid further complications later in your lifetime. Taking action now will also give you control over your life.</p>
<p>Those suffering insomnia linked to mental illnesses or disorders should not cease counseling or taking prescribed medications. It is important to seek out help throughout your lifetime for few mental ailments or disorders, since stopping may lead you back into a pattern of sleeplessness. If you are suffering Schizophrenia, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder-PTSD, MPD, Schizoids, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder-OCD, or other major ailments and disorders of the mind you will need ongoing therapy and/or medications to cope with the problem that is linked to insomnia.</p>
<p>Medical conditions that cause insomnia may also need ongoing treatment. Conditions such as nervous disorders, chronic pain, diabetes, high-blood, heart problems and so forth will need monitor throughout the life span of the person to help fight off insomnia and existing medical conditions. Finally, regardless of what is causing the insomnia, exercise and proper nutrition is necessary to help the body, mind grow healthier, and fight off insomnia. Remember insomnia does not have a face; rather it has the ability to take control of anyone&#8217;s life.</p>

<p>1. Mono-polar depression (also known as dysthymic disorder)<br />
This type of depression consists only of depressive symptoms. <p>2. Bipolar disorder (also known as manic-depressive disease or cyclothymic disorder)<br />
A person with bipolar disorder has periods of depression that alternate with periods of elevated mood level. The periods of depression are known as the depressive phase while the periods of elevated mood level are known as the manic phase. While a person is in the manic phase they show symptoms of increased mental and physical activity. They also tend to sleep poorly and have problems concentrating whenever they are in the manic phase. Sometimes a person may only have a mild form of bipolar disorder. In such cases, this mild form of bipolar disorder is known as &#8220;cyclthymic disorder.&#8221;</p>
<p>3. Manic disorder<br />
This disorder is actually believed to be the same as bipolar disorder, but the depressive state simply has not occurred yet. Manic depression is characterized by an abnormally elevated mood. This mood is accompanied by unrealistic optimism, lack of sleep, and hyperactive behavior.</p>
<p>4. Depression caused by physical disease<br />
Sometimes a physical disease such as <strong><em><u>hypertension</u></em></strong>, Parkinson&#8217;s disease, <strong><em><u>heart disease</u></em></strong>, stroke, and Cushing&#8217;s syndrome can cause the symptoms of depression. Diseases such as these are actually the most common cause of depression. However, this type of depression can also be triggered by a lengthy illness such as the flu. Another disease that often contributes to depression is hypothyroidism, wherein a person lacks thyroid hormones and thus has a slowed metabolism.</p>
<p>5. Postnatal Depression<br />
Oftentimes, women go through a period of depression after giving birth to a baby. This is due to the fact that the birthing process is both physically and mentally exhausting. Therefore, this process can actually drain the body of important nutrients. This lack of nutrients can in turn lead to depressive symptoms.</p>
<p>6. Seasonal Affective Disorder<br />
During cold, dark times of the year a person may become depressed. Then when it becomes warm and light outside again, this depression may then go away. This is because light stimulates brain activity while a lack of light may lead to depression.</p>

<p>Causes and symptoms</p>
<p>CFS was erratically assigned to one of the following groups:<br />
a) Least intervention,<br />
b) Intermediate intervention<br />
c) Maximum intervention<br />
d) The control group.</p>
<p>The interventions built-in physiological explanations for the symptoms of CFS anticipated promoting physical exercise. Some of the basic symptoms:<br />
a) Sleeping problems, such as <strong><em><u>insomnia</u></em></strong>, feeling sleepy all the time or having a desynchronized body clock.<br />

<p>Treatment</p>

A very important thing to remember is that, never leave any wound open. Always apply a band aid on it. And after doing so remember to change the band aid regularly. Trim your toenails carefully and regularly. See to it that you do not cause any injury while doing so. Protecting your toe skin by wearing footwear is advisable. Promptly treating your skin when you notice an unusual swelling could curtail the bacteria at its initial stage.</p>

<p>Internal health and external beauty are two sides of the same coin. We get oxygen naturally through our breathing but smoking results in inhaling of harmful carbon monoxide. Cigarettes not only contain carbon monoxide but also contain poisonous gases like ammonia, butane, nicotine, carbolic acid, formic aldehyde, prussic acid, pyridine, parvoline, arsenic and cadmium. Carbon monoxide, the most intoxicated gas mixes with the hemoglobin present in the blood. Our blood cells absorb carbon monoxide gas much faster than oxygen. In this way carbon monoxide displaces oxygen in large quantity depriving our skin cells of their healthy life. Skin and smoking are inversely related with each other.</p>
<p>Skin has its own repairing system. Smoking destroys its natural system and results in premature aging. At this stage skin loses its natural glow and charm and develops a pale look.</p>

It&#8217;s a technique that uses monitoring equipment in order to help control <strong><em><u>stress</u></em></strong>.</p>
<p>Biofeedback is rooted in the idea that the autonomic nervous system can be trained. For instance, equipment can determine heart rates, muscle tension, and blood pressure while individuals try to change their breathing, thinking, or posture. By working with the machines, individuals can conceivably learn the best methods for relaxation. However, the equipment can only be monitored by someone with specific training in biofeedback.</p>
<p>According to Dr. Leonard Holmes, feedback can come in a variety of forms:  a line on a computer screen, a tone of a certain pitch, or a blinking light. <p>Treatment for a bruise</p>
<p>The major symptoms are pain, swelling, and skin discolouration. The bruise begins as a pinkish, red color that can be very gentle to touch. It is often difficult to use the muscle that has been bruised. For example, a deep thigh bruise is hurting when you walk or run. In due course, the bruise changes to a bluish colour, then greenish-yellow, and lastly returns to the normal skin color as it heals. The <strong><em><u>first aid</u></em></strong> for bruise includes the following. Put ice on the bruise to help it heal faster and to reduce swelling. Place the ice in a cloth and not place ice directly on the skin. Keep the ice on the damage for about 15 minutes per hour for the first two to three days. Keep the bruised area raised above the heart, if useful. This helps to keep the blood from pooling in the bruised tissue. Attempt to rest the bruised body part by not overworking your muscles in that area. If required, you can use acetaminophen a medicine to help reduce the pain from the bruise. In the rare instance of compartment syndrome, surgery normally needs to be performed to relieve the extreme buildup of strain.</p>

<p>Call your doctor at once if you feel extreme pressure in a bruised part or your body, especially if the area is large or very painful. This may be due to a situation known as compartment syndrome. Increased pressure on the soft tissues and structures beneath the skin can reduce the supply of essential blood and oxygen to the tissues. This is potentially life-threatening and you should receive emergency care quickly. One should not attempt to drain the bruise with a needle. Do not carry on running, playing, or otherwise using the painful, bruised element of your body. Do pay attention to the pain or swelling.</p>
