A 5% crypto discount applies to both buying and renting. The discounted purchase price, if using crypto to pay, is , and the discounted rent is every twelve weeks or per year.
No other discounts are possible unless you are buying or renting multiple domains from either The WorldStay Collection or The EffectiveNames Collection. For individual domains, the price is the same for everyone.

Once purchased, you can transfer your domain to any registrar or hosting company.
If you are unfamiliar with transfering domains, we are happy to guide you through it. The process is straightforward and usually takes just a few hours.
Rented domains are not transferred. Instead, we point the domain to your hosting, email, and other services.
We accept payment via bank transfer (wire or ACH), Wise.com, Revolut.com, and crypto. Wise is particularly handy if you need to exchange currency.
EU customers can send SEPA transfers in Euros to our EU bank account. We also have local bank account details for the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Turkey, Romania, and Hungary.
US bank transfers can take a day or two. International transfers take 2-3 working days. EU bank transfers usually take a few minutes. Wise, Revolut, and crypto are instant.

We offer the option to pay by crypto not only because it is cheaper and faster but, also, we are aware that in some countries international bank transfers are restricted.
The 5% discount for crypto payment reduces the purchase price of to but we only recommend this option if you are already familiar with crypto. Do not waste your time on crypto if you are not already comfortable with it.

We accept any cryptocurrency listed by the Kraken exchange but recommend using a stable coin such as Tether (USDT), which is pegged to the US dollar. This avoids fluctuations in value before you complete your purchase. The Euro version of Tether (EURT) or the Chinese Yuan version of Tether (CNHT) offer the same stability if buying in those currencies.
Paying by crypto is already cheaper and faster than any bank transfer but you also get that 5% discount.

Due to the nature of domains, we cannot offer refunds. All sales are final.
If you are not certain about your project, we urge you to consider renting the domain first. For just a fraction of the full price, you get to launch your idea with a high-quality .com domain. Battle-test your assumptions before making the full investment.

The rental option provides a low-cost, zero-commitment way to try out your idea with an impressive .com domain while retaining the option to buy, at the same price, at any time.
Renting is also a way to LOCK this domain and prevent anyone else from grabbing it while you take time to decide whether you want to go ahead with a full purchase. No one else can jump in and buy while you are renting it.
Renting will FREEZE the current price, avoiding any future increases. You can inexpensively test your idea without worrying that, if your project is successful, the purchase price will suddenly increase.

You can quit at any time, without notice and with no further obligation, by simply not making the next payment. At the end of your paid rental period you have no further obligations or rights regarding the domain.

During the rental, we retain ownership of the domain and control the DNS settings, following your instructions. This allows you to start using the domain immediately upon our receipt of your payment.
As renter, you are not permitted to engage in activities that could damage the reputation and value of the domain, such as spamming or any illegal acts.
We value long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with renters but retain the absolute right to cancel the arrangement if we detect shenanigans. So far, we have never had to do this.
To ensure fairness, in the event of canceling the rental agreement, you can still excercise your right, up until the last day of the period that has already been paid for, to buy the domain at the original price of (or if paying with crypto). This means that we cannot simply cancel the rental agreement because we want the domain back.
