Good afternoon. Life is better when I'm drawing. Unfortunately, I don't have time to film a new Daily Monster every day these days, or to animate them. Somehow this has led me back to drawing in fits and spurts, and that's no good. So for entirely selfish reasons of maintaining some drawing discipline, I'm going to just post a new Daily Monster drawing every day from now on.

This doesn't mean I'll stop filming or doing more ambitious stuff. I will. This is just something I'm going to do for fun. I hope you'll enjoy it, too, when you have time to check it out.

Since the filmed creation is such an integral part of the Daily Monsters, I'm calling this series The Daily Monster Papers, and giving them their own numbers.

Good morning again. Here's something else I'd like to show you. You may remember that I kept mentioning a big presentation in Memphis a few months ago. Well, that was the biennial AIGA National Conference, and this time around the good people at AIGA invited me to speak. I gave the final main stage presentation on Friday, October 9th. It was an honor and a pleasure, and I'm still glowing from the friendly reception.
