Jeg har erhvervet mig en Italiensk internetkey - så jeg heldigvis ikke skal være afhængig af hotellernes dårlige/manglende forbindelse, der for får i en masse dejlige updates fra min tur rundt i Italien.

Jeg føler mig fed og proppet - whadr!

I går gik med lidt sightseeing i Modena, som jo er Balsamicoens 
hjemstavn seks timers vandren frem og tilbage ... men ingen træning ud

Lørdag morgen skulle jeg en hurtig tur på arbejde så frokosten blev derefter:


Kylling, æble og svampe i hjemmeblandet karry

4 kyllingelår udbenet
500 g brune mark svampe
4 æbler (pink lady)
1 tsk gurkemeje
0,5 tsk koriander
1 tsk tørret skovmærke ( hvis man kan få fat på det )
1 dl kokosmælk
æble eddike
salt efter smag
en knivspids spidskommen
olie til stegning

Fredag aften i kirken - Jeg var bare klar på at give den gas!

opvarmning: Led opvarmning af skuldre og brystkasse

6 runder af :
2 goblet squats
2 KB swings
2 KB snatch kombineret med en wind mill 
2 KB push ups

Før var jeg tit træt og deprimeret... Men så prøv'd jeg Crossfit - OG så fik jeg det Meg't meg't bæ'jer!

I dag vågnede jeg op og var bare sådan helt BLAHHHhhh... En af de dage hvor man bare har lyst til at blive liggende under dynen og ha' the blues.
Heldigvis havde jeg meldt mig til Kettlebellhold kl 19.15, som skulle vise sig at være kuren mod the blues - Tak Sif!

Onsdag... træning på min 3 års bryllupsdag! 
Et glædeligt gensyn da jeg trådte ind i salen... Eva var på som træner - FEDT, det er lang tid siden jeg har været til time hos hende. Så jeg forventede en syg omgang  roning og noget løb og burpees og Double unders og alt muligt andet, da jeg tidligere har omtalt Eva som Cardio-mania-lady... I dag havde jeg meldt mig til kettlebell hold - og ærligt talt havde jeg overhovedet ikke lyst til at deltage... Men Igen, nu havde jeg jo meldt mig til - så skulle jeg dælme også deltage og alternativet var 150 wallballs og en omgang thrusters på det almindelige hold!

Træneren Sif er jo bare mega sej og sød og jeg var bare i dårligt humør - mærkelig kombination.

Men hvordan er det jeg plejer at sige : "fight fire with fire" - så op til træning kl 20.00 i kirken.

Her i morges tog jeg fat i vores pull up bar og tænkte - nu er den der... og det var den så! Den første Pull- up siden 2009 - YEAH!!!! Jeg har tabt mig ca 2 kilo de sidste 14 dage og det var tydeligvis det der manglede før end at jeg kunne mestre den æld-gamle overlevelses teknik. Bedst af alt - der var et øjenvidne, min mand - FEDT!!!

Det var en mørk og iskold mandag aften på Nørrebro - gaderne lå øde hen og kun et lille lys kunne skimtes i det fjerne... Det var tilfældigvis lyset fra stueetagen hvor aftenens træning skulle tage plads.
Af en eller anden syg årsag var jeg lidt stresset og nervøs på vej til træning - det lå ligesom i luften at der skulle være en form for stafet eller konkurrence - OG JEG HADER STAFET!!!!
