It was a dark moment in my life…

On this journey in our life we are sometimes called into these moments where we ‘forget’ why we choose to show up in the first place.

One day that was very evident in my journey where I questioned the ‘depths of my soul’ for why I was here, what life was all about and how this is important to my purpose continues to ring with such Divine Truth.

It was about 4 months after my father had crossed over and left this earthly plane many would say way too early {57}. As you might imagine, it was still a bit of a shock to my system and I was determined to not take this ‘grieving’ process with me.. so I stepped right into the experience.. I looked at what this meant to me. All the things that I would have said and didn’t even know that I wanted to, etc.

Well.. one day it was very clear that I was at a low point.. so I ended up writing this long letter completely in FLOW to my father as if he was there.

As I was having this energetic conversation, I hit this moment of ‘Why Am I still here?’ and in that moment realized that this was the point where people go when they are about to take their own life.

It was such a feeling of ‘separateness’ of complete disconnect from life, others, purpose. It was a very lonely place and in that moment I asked …

“WHY??…Show me…”

And all of a sudden.. I saw this image of millions of people standing in water.. and they were holding their right hand up with a flame evident in it. The flame was clear of the ‘Life Force’ that we all carry to LIGHT our way. There was a clear message of this is what would happen if I took my own flame out.. and many of the lights went out.

The impact was visually evident and I remember being surprised.. and yet curious, to learn more of the purpose for it all. Have YOU ever asked these questions to know? To feel the impact of each breath?

From that moment, I realized that we all matter.. that we are all interconnected and that we have the choice to connect and expand with the bigger vision of why we are here. In that very moment, I made a commitment to continue the ‘Journey of Awakening’ of complete knowing and alignment with the true ‘whisper of my soul’.

Since that declaration, more has been revealed, including the interconnectedness that is also between all animals, people, plants, and the world as a whole. It is in this knowing of ‘ONENESS’ where we are able to have great impact in our daily choices. Knowing that everything (and I mean everything) vibrates out to either light the forces around us to or to dim.

May YOU choose today to know that YOU are a precious ANGEL here with a powerful purpose, clear message and the first step in *embracing* this love is to open to the deep connection and presence in your HEART.

Yes, there would actually be three more occasions we were blessed to be with these amazing creatures in their natural habitat, though as always we remember the first.

It was an incredible experience that bonded us, the ‘Our Wish is Our Command‘ team for life. For those of you who are not familiar with my Hawaiian adventure, I was actually part of a real-life documentary on the Big Island with 4 other entrepreneurs.

To say the least, the experience was a beautiful way to connect to our Higher Guidance and ‘ground’ the purpose for making a positive impact on the world.

We were escorted onto the water by the fabulous company called ‘Dolphin Journeys‘ on the Big Island of Hawaii, who alone has an amazing story in how even this company was founded by Capt. Nancy, herself. She actually *healed* herself after two consecutive car accidents about 15 years ago by swimming with dolphins. Her testimonial and experience on the water opens your HEART and MIND to the experience of being in the water with these fascinating creatures.

One of the most empowering moments is when it was confirmed that ‘dolphins speak energy,’ which means they are telepathic with each other as well as with us. This creates the opportunity for people who swim with them to gain clarity on an area of their life, a focus or anything else you feel called to ask.

For me, I asked ‘what am I meant to focus on.’ The answer become quite clear:

Unity, Collaboration and Following YOUR Bliss!!

This amazing message fuels my passion today even as I write this. For one of the greatest moments of my life is being able to express to each and every person I meet that they too are *Uniquely Special* to the creation of life. As we start to open up to our own greatness, we are then encouraged to step out even further and assist others to do the same!! Well, that my dear readers is the whole purpose in why I write this now.

What does it take for YOU to ask for what YOU are worth?

Throughout these last few years working with clients and even in my own friend circle, I have noticed a connection between Self-Love and our ability to ask for what we are worth.

Identifying our own value is sometimes an opportunity we don’t give ourselves and that is why I am inspired to write this piece. I am also going to invite YOU to be an active participant in your life and go ahead and grab a piece of paper and a pen. There is no better time then the present to take inspired action.

Once YOU have the paper in hand.. go ahead and write down 10 things YOU LOVE About Yourself. If you have trouble getting started, think about the things others often ‘recognize’ you for or things you often get complimented for. Think about all the things that come easy to you. Even mentally note the ‘challenges’ that YOU are experiencing in this very moment as YOU take the precious moments to honor yourself. Does it feel foreign to YOU to stop and appreciate yourself? If so, have YOU ever wondered why?

Well, in our society there are often norms or beliefs that reinforce our mindset that says it is not okay to boast, or that it is better to be humble. The thing is that if YOU don’t know what YOU love about yourself, how will YOU ever be able to explore the possiblity of doing and living what YOU love?

My intent with this exercise is to create a ‘norm’ in your life where YOU truly honor and love yourself because there are many precious gifts YOU give to the world everyday. Believe YOU me.. I know that those who are attracted to reading this are truly special and that each of YOU are waking up to your Divine Gifts and that there is no accident that YOU are inviting yourself to be a part of this dialogue of Self-Love!!

Okay.. so back to the exercise. Once you are complete with the first 10 attributes, look at this list and put a (*) next to the ones that classify as ‘innate talents’ of yours. Now, take the ones you have (*) next to and put them in a separate column.  As YOU review the list, what themes are there? What do YOU notice? How does it feel?

Part of my purpose and natural talent is my ability to ‘SEE the BEST’ in others. Many who have worked with me either as my clients, my business partners or my team members will tell YOU that I have this innate knowing who YOU really are and create that space for YOU to step into it. Seeing people have those aha-moments and finally realize how incredibly they gifted they really are and LOVE their life more is what inspires me.

This is exactly what I am feeling in this moment of reflecting back on this story I am inspired to share today. YOU see this is a TRUE story and it happened to me just a short 8-months ago.

We had just left to Hawaii for a 6-week client engagement with Pauline Victoria and to assist her in manifesting the business she was called to create. About 3-weeks into the trip, my ATM literally STOPPED working.. when I figured it out it seems all of the old WAMU cards were being transferred to Chase and they were certain they had sent the replacement one out to ensure no distributions. Though, no one could seem to track it down. It wasn’t at my home in California nor with me in Hawaii.

For those of YOU who know me by now, YOU know I am a big believer that EVERYTHING  happens for a reason. Immediately, I went into meditation and asked what the purpose of all of this was in order to assist me in gaining clarity about the situation. The message was extremely CLEAR: “It is now YOUR time to learn that Money is ONLY one form of manifestation.” And with that.. I was at a crossroads I wasn’t sure I was quite ready for.

What does this mean to YOU when YOU hear it..? Have YOU ever thought of money in this form or fashion? How does this message SHIFT YOUR relationship with money?

If YOU are like me, YOU hadn’t given it much thought. Money and the transfer of it for goods and services is just something that was ingrained in our daily way of living, right?

Well, that is was the paradigm I too was living under, until this situation occurred. And now I was faced with this unusual opportunity that created the freedom and space for me to step out of my comfort zone. I had a feeling that this circumstance was going to SHIFT my relationship with money as an energy form for manifestation.  I do have to say, in the case of experiential learning, it was a powerful way to see beyond money for manifestation.

I believe the most interesting part was doing all of this away from home and long term relationships with those that already knew and TRUSTED me.  What I can say.. is not having this ‘go-to’ source of payment, definitely created the space for me to think outside the box and I instantly started to build relationships with people and I mean ‘everyone.’

I would simply just be in conversation with a stranger when all of a sudden I felt this urge to ask about ‘borrowing their car’ or asking if they knew of anyone with a home that was available, completely for free. It was funny to ask at first.. though something happened as I started to go beyond money as a form of manifestation.

Things and I mean many things.. simply started to be GIVEN to us. Free things, free food, free connections, free cars.

It was a very powerful process of letting go and learning that money is a useful tool, though there are many more forms to work with. Such as the power of giving of your knowledge and talents in exchange for payment of ‘things.’ We learned barter in a whole new way as well as being able to ASK for ANYTHING with no attachment. It was like taking resourcefulness to a whole new level than before.

What I can say honestly allowed me to ‘master the ability to consciously manifest’ is these following tips:

1. Be Clear About What You Want
2. Be Open to Any form of it showing up (or something better)
3. Be Willing to Follow Your Inspired Ping!
4. TRUST the process and Release ALL Attachment
5. Be AS GIVING to others
6. Be GRATEFUL for it all.

The intent in sharing this is to allow YOU to start a New Year with a *fresh* perspective on what IS possible and to be able to learn a bit from my experience.

Do note that about 2-months without an ATM, I became quite comfortable TRUSTING the process and following my intuition no matter where I was. So much happened that I would never have believed was possible without the actual access to physical cash. I know now, that ANYTHING is possible and when the DESIRE is there, mountains do move and people do come into your life as if they are Angels assisting YOU on the path.

It seems I must have mastered the lesson because suddenly my ATM was found and when it arrived it felt lovely to have back, though I felt different. The situation had shifted the way I viewed it and it allowed me to EXPAND my view of what is possible.

I am incredibly grateful for this situation as well as having my ATM card back. Though, the last lessons will continue to be enhanced and my appreciation for being able to see the possibility beyond money has benefited me greatly. I no longer look at the money factor as a means for not doing something, it just means there is another ‘creative solution’ that I have yet to uncover!!

Before: A tangled, gnarly mess

They say that a journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. Sometimes, that one step is actually a phone call that can heal the hurts of the first five hundred miles in less than two hours. For me, this was the amazing, unbelievable call I was gifted with the opportunity to share with Stephanie Beeby this past week. What a wonderful way to transition into the week of Thanksgiving! I will forever be indebted to Stephanie for her generosity; I will remember her not only at my future Thanksgiving holiday feasts but every day as I look into myself and know that, undeniably, I AM ENOUGH. I am beautiful, amazing, and worthy of the love and compassion I so readily share with others – in fact more so than anyone else in the universe. For it is when I can truly love myself wholeheartedly, unconditionally simply for being the authentic me that I know I can be, that I am most capable of loving others freely and fiercely and wholly. These are not small discoveries; these are major milestones on this journey of my life. They have indubitably changed my destiny.

I had struggled throughout my whole life with feelings of inadequacy and hurt and even guilt over certain relationships but now I have the keys to unlock all of those little boxes of suffering. Stephanie gifted me with the reminder that I already owned the ring of power keys during this phone call and I doubt she even realizes this. She is truly amazing, inspiring, and attuned to the soul; she really can and does whisper to mine, even now. I have to admit to being somewhat skeptical and uncertain when the process began; I had even questioned myself for wanting to engage her in a personal discourse. However, I have been on a divergent segment of my path and trying to create a new destiny for myself; one that I feel is more in line with where I am supposed to be heading. Or maybe it would be better stated to say that I felt as though I had drifted from the intended course somewhere along the way. I have been heeding the wrong inner voice for too long {my head rather than my heart} but needed a bit of guidance to resume that trek. Stephanie did this for me. She righted my ship, so to speak, and this passage from darkness to light is now alight with beauty, love and heartlight and seeded with remarkable possibilities and infinite abundance, I am certain!

There are not words to express the emotional release I experienced during the call and even now, days later. I have to say the closest description that I can devise is akin to the experience of birthing my daughter. There was an intensity of pain, soul-crushing, gut-wrenching pain that you feel is almost too much to bear, but then there is this moment when this amazing thing is brought into the light and given new life and you instantly forget that pain because in comparison to this wondrous gift of new life it is inconsequential and miniscule. It is forever outside of you from this moment on. Your life is now enriched beyond measure. You are free to love your new life and your new self and emerge, not scarred, but rather marked by the experience; forever changed and immensely and immeasurably greater than you thought possible or even knew you could be. Stephanie, you are an astonishing, incomparable blessing in my life, and undoubtedly every life you touch. Thank you for being you, willing to share yourself so generously and changing me forever. It is my sincerest wish to be a flattering mirror; reflecting the very best qualities within you to you, myself and everyone around me.

It is a vibrational pattern that is closely connected to the vibration of pain and pleasure, and it is when there is discomfort that we start to pay more attention than when things feel really, really good!! So imagine, that our physical manifestations of pain are simply a method of communication for us to start noticing what is working for us and what it is that we are needing to adjust and transform to live a more healthy and fuller life.

Well, I was inspired to demonstrate a brief video that outlines a process that will allow you to transform the pain into the wisdom! It is what we call the ‘Inquiry Process’ that can be used anytime you are experiencing physical discomfort and how to access the information within the pain area??

As You might know, everything is a sign, an opportunity to learn from. So I hope you enjoy the video and please share with me any thoughts, impressions and insights you have throughout the process below.

So how does this ‘Inquiry Process’ resonate with YOU?

To briefly recap:

1. Take 3 Deep Breaths (In through the nose, Out  through the mouth)
2. With Eyes Close, Scan Physical Body for any areas of discomfort
3. Select the area with the most pain
4. Focus Your Attention there with Your Mind’s Eye
5. Send waves of Love and Light to the area and then even more Love and Light
6. Then ask within, ‘What is Your Message of Love for me now?‘  Then Listen, note Everything.
7. Then say Thank You, Thank You, Thank You
8. And Send even more Love and Light.
9. Ask, ‘Is there anything else you feel called to share?‘ Then Listen, note Everything.
10. Send even more Love and Light.
11. Ask, ‘Anything Else?‘ Then Listen, note Everything.

Remember, this is a process about You connecting within and to the pain to explore the true cause of the pain. Once You have received the message then You can ask, ‘Are you ready to leave my body now?‘
If Yes, then Imagine it Leaving Your Body through the Crown Chakra and make sure to implement the ‘wisdom shared’ through this process into your daily life.
If No, then this is an opportunity for You to ‘Reframe’ the pain signal to something that is much more manageable (i.e. ringing in ear, tingle in hand, etc.) instead of the physical pain that was there previously.

There is always an opportunity for You to explore the possibilities of transforming the pain into wisdom utilizing this process. Please feel free to share with others and I look forward to hearing more from you in regards to how this process resonates with YOU!!

A great example of this was when we were working with one of our clients, Pauline Victoria, in Hawaii this past summer. We were headed for the day across the island to have a fun day in the sun with her family, when we made a surprise stop at a local place she felt called to show us.

What YOU must know about Pauline is that she is unique in the sense that she is a powerful, inspirational thought leader who was actually born with no arms and legs. She is mobile with her wheelchair and does most things by herself, believe YOU me, we got to spend about 3-months with her documenting her amazing natural ability to touch people’s lives, she truly is an Angel!

Well.. with that being said, we stopped at this local place only to find out when we were loading back up that a screw had come lose on her chair! At this point, we instantly went into creative solution mode and found out there was a Napa store right down the street that might be able to assist us. Well, when we got there we ended up sharing with them the situation and our focus as her ‘consulting team’ was to ensure Pauline kept her vibration high and that she trusted in the process of allowing these amazing people to assist her.

The wonderful news is that there was a gentlemen named Ben who over heard us and who happen to ‘just stop by’ during this moment of us explaining the situation and he volunteered to help!! He was known as the ‘Macgyver’ and so we were feeling good that we had the right man for the job.

As were were waiting, laughing and just sitting there in the middle of the Napa store, and I do mean sitting. I was literally in my sundress and bathing suit sitting in the middle of the store with Pauline and just kept looking around knowing that there must be another reason for why we were there. For what I knew of following Guidance my whole life and what I am called to share with YOU in this post is that where ever ‘I AM’ there is a reason for me being there. As soon as I said this aloud to Pauline, a lady walked in.

Now, her aura glowed to me, so I instantly was aware to pay attention to her and stood up, waiting for Source to continue to show me why this lady was the reason why we were here. Just as Source does, the lady made a comment about being a reporter.. well that is it. That is why were were meant to stop at the Napa store that day, see what YOU don’t know is that Pauline had just gotten clear that she wanted to host her own show and we had submitted her video online for Oprah’s new network.

We had literally just set the intention a couple days before to make contact with all the ‘press’ people there on the island and there right in front of us, on a random trip to the beach with a slight detour to the Napa store was a woman who would be exactly who we were looking to connect with.

Right away. I said something to her, which I couldn’t tell YOU exactly because it was completely guided by Source, and then introduced Pauline to her and announced to the whole store about her campaign. All of a sudden, everyone came around and we were passing out cards and sharing with them the website to visit to VOTE! What was even more amazing was that this reporter woman ended up giving us 3 of the direct lines and emails to the editors of the top newspapers on the island. Talk about turning a moment that could have been tragic into a miracle, well this was certainly a GIFT!!

This is what I mean by look around and find the ‘magic in the moment’ there is always and I mean always more going on then meets the eye. As YOU start to become aware of this process even more will be attracted to YOU guaranteed!! As a highlight, Pauline did end up being front page news in ‘The Big Island Weekly’ of Hawaii, which is one of the largest newspapers on the island simply by leveraging the ‘magic in the moment.’ Meeting that Angel, reporter lady, that day provided a HUGE confirmation and Pauline ended up receiving over 7,500 votes, which was much more then most in her category!!

Well.. that just happen to me the other day. I was working with a client on this new contract when I realized I absolutely love these types of conversations! I have known my whole life that I have an innate drive to assist very powerful leaders to step up into their greatness. What I also love doing is negotiating win-win-win deals on their behalf, ensuring that all is cared for at the level that is meant to be. It truly is something I do with ease and joy.

So how could I have overlooked such a talent of mine? It is quite simple really, when things come easy to us we are often patterned to not pay attention. It is when things get difficult that we then start to pay attention, though as we rewire and reprogram this way of behaving and reacting then it becomes quite simple to see that what we are really good at is easy and innate.

In order for each of YOU to find your gifts I felt compelled to share this ‘Genius Discovery Process‘ with YOU, so grab that piece of paper and pen:

1.  Before YOU begin, set your Intent and breathe 3x (in through the nose and out through the mouth) – This resets your nervous system and allows your brain waves to calm down.

2.  Then freely and easily, List all the things YOU could do everyday, all day and love doing them.

3. Looking at the list put a * next to the ones YOU currently get compensated for financially (and know that YOU are worth this and so much more!)

4. Now, look at the list and see if there is anything YOU could include in your current offering to clients.

5. Implement and integrate these ideas into your everyday living!

By engaging in this activity YOU are now ready to leverage your genius and FEEL good about receiving for your innate gifts! One easy way is to simply start paying attention to the activities YOU truly love and notice those are signs from your Higher Guidance to do more of ‘that’. As we engage and leverage our innate talents we start to come alive and live from a vibration that is truly unprecedented!

Where YOU took a moment out of your life to just imagine.. to play with ideas of wonder that just might spark that eternal knowingness that we all have when we can stop and draw outside the lines?!

A great example of this is when we were invited to a gathering for one of our clients who was going to be speaking at her child’s school. When we arrived we were invited to take a seat at one of those ‘children’ tables with little chairs. It was definitely fun!

It sparked so many ideas of having children tables in a boardroom with CEO’s and how we could have a whole workshop that was about creativity. YOU see what we realized being there with about thirty 4-year olds is that they were so in touch with ‘playing’ and actively using their imagination in everyday life.

Even the little chairs and tables assisted the four of us to get creative and one of my business partners started to ‘pretend’ to take pictures of one of the kids, even showing them the imaginary pictures. And before we knew it, we had the whole team plus students gathering around ‘taking imaginary photos’.

From the outside, YOU truly couldn’t tell the difference, so much so that even one of the teachers came over and announced that we were not allowed to take photos of the kids. This simply made us all laugh.. we realized then and there the true POWER of imagination.. of simply pretending. The teachers actually saw us taking pictures, when in fact it was simply all pretend!

It confirmed for us that what we ‘see’ is often filtered with what meaning we have put on things. The teachers saw the kids posing for pictures so automatically assumed we must have cameras where in fact we did not. Though, from the kids perspective we did. It was just as real as ‘playing’ for them and what could be more powerful?!?

For there was no actual camera though because we were all ‘acting’ as if there was, it seemed to some that we were actually taking pictures. This is the power of truly BEING what YOU are called to create. When YOU can actively BE what it is that YOU are called to BE, then the world around YOU will start to see it as well.

What a concept right?

The purpose in sharing this story is that we all must stay in tuned with our power to create, to imagine, to pretend. It is in this space where we can start to truly re-write the story of our lives into what it is that we are truly called to live. It is from this place where miracles happen.
