Now this stunning wedding I had the absoloute privilage of photographing was my gorgeous Maid of Honors wedding
Christie & Justin were married at the Christian College Chapel in Geelong then held their reception at Dromoland House.

I had the best day with these two and had so much fun at each photo location around Geelong.

Some of my closest friends Patrick and Amelia recently welcomed to the world the very precious little  Alliyah, I tell you what this is one very loved little girl! I couldn’t wait to spend some time with these guys and photograph Alliyah’s gorgeous little face.

Here is a sneak peek of their newborn session that I photographed today, as soon as I got home I just had to get straight into editing, she is just way too cute to leave till monday

I think 2011 was one of the fastest years ive ever experienced! So many wonderful things came out of 2011.

In 2011 I was very blessed to be able to take a huge step in my business and open a studio, I always new it was something I wanted to do but thought it would be a few years away, so when I came across a gorgeous studio office up for rent in the heart of Geelong I couldnt beleive everything just fell into place and I am now sitting here in the most gorgeous room with high ceilings, amazing windows with gorgeous natural light streaming in and enough room for me to  spin around with my arms outstretched!

2011 was another amazing year of meeting gorgeous couples, families business and making lasting friendships.

I want  to say a massive thank you to all my amazing clients, friends and family for the overwhelming support throughout 2011

With already 2 weddings down and many many more to go 2012 has started off with a bang! I really look forward to meeting loads more amazing people and being able to capture some of the most precious memories in people’s lives.

I had actually forgotten about it until the Lovely Sara from Sara Taylor photography sent me a message a couple of weeks ago saying congratulations on my award, I had no idea what she was talking about lol! I clicked on the link she had sent me and there in the list of winners was my name

The gorgeous little Tahlia who just turned the big 1! Its been lovely photographing this beautiful little girl through different stages in her first year of life She came in this day for some photos with both sets of Grand Parents.

It was lovely to meet the very gorgeous little Indi, I have known her parents for years now but still hadnt had the privilage of meeting her.

I have two little old fireplaces in the studio that are no longer used, all the kids had a blast sitting in there

You may recognise this gorgeous couple from a previous wedding blog post, they popped by my studio on the mini session day to pick up their wedding album and gets some fun relaxed portraits

When you walk out the back door of the building where my studio is located there is some of the coolest old alley ways and old brick walls, I was just itching to photograph a fun young couple back here so I jumped at the chance when these guys came to visit

I photographed beautiful Claire when she turned 1 and was just learning to walk, she is now a very active fun 2 year old who is always on the go

Lets just say I had a load of fun with these two and their Mum!

So to have two weddings with truffleduck in two weeks was a blast! it is such a beautiful venue and I was lucky enough to experience a wedding in their outdoor garden setting and their indoor room which has amazing floor to ceiling glass doors that open up to give the feel that you are outside for the ceremony.

Meet Christian & Sarah, they met overseas while they were both traveling. Christian and his family are from Germany, it was Christian’s family’s first time in Australia for the wedding.

They each had their siblings for their bridal party and what a fun bunch they were!

You may notice in this post and the last that there is a familiar location that is one of my favourite places to photograph so to have two willing couples in two weeks to be photographed there, lets just say I was very excited… wait make that 3 weddings lol! the next wedding to be posted may have been photographed there aswell lol

I always love seeing which photo couples pick for their enlarged print as part of their package, I was so excited when Sarah & Christian chose this awesomely fun photo for their print
