Need some tips to prevent sweating? I’ve compiled a long list of things for you to go through and try. Some of these solutions may seem simple, some might seem strange, but they are all techniques which have worked to some degree for someone so they are all worth a shot! For best results, try several techniques at once.

1. Drink More Water

If you want to prevent sweating, drinking more cold water will help your body to regulate it’s own temperature better, which means you’re going to sweat less.

2. Lose Weight

Even if you’re relatively healthy, the less fat on your body the better. Fat acts as a barrier that hinders your body from maintaining it’s temperature with the outside environment. This results in more sweating as sweating is our body’s way of managing our temperature.

3. Drink Wheatgrass

Wheatgrass is high in many forms of vitamin B which have helped some to ease their nervous sweating. You can find this drink online.

4. Stop Drinking Coffee!

Yup, all together! Coffee is loaded with caffeine and sugar, both of which increase anxiety and cause sweating. This is a BIG one. Try cutting this out for a week and replace it with cold water, see how that helps.

5. Stop Drinking

Now it might be fun to get out for a night on the town, but alcohol consumption raises your body temperature which causes you to sweat more.

6. Stop Smoking

Like coffee, smoking also increases anxiety. It constricts your blood vessels causing excess sweating.

7. Driclor

Use a prescription antiperspirant like Driclor. This contains aluminum chloride in a concentration twice that found in regular antiperspirants which makes it all the more effective. Use this if regular antiperspirants don’t do it for you.

If none of these methods appeal to you, most people looking to prevent sweating have ended up going with this solution: Click Here to see it for yourself.

Got an excessive sweating problem? Well, on this site, we all do, welcome aboard! But hey, don’t worry, we’re all in this together and we’re here to help each other by sharing what we’ve tried and what works. In my time I’ve tried countless crazy tips and techniques all of which claimed to help eliminate sweating completely. Some worked, some didn’t, that’s just the nature of things. That’s not to say the ones that didn’t work were no good, different things work for different people. With that said, here are a couple of things you can try to see if they will help get rid of your excessive sweating problem:

1. Sage

Now Sage is a very powerful herb which can be used in many different ways. One thing you can try is just eating it. It is actually pretty tasty and you can use it as a garnish for various dishes like in soups or pastas.

One of the most potent ways to take this though is by drinking this as a tea. Just boil a cup of water then steep a teaspoon of dried sage in it for a couple of minutes. Strain out the sage and drink the tea with a slice of lemon and some honey to sweeten the deal. One important note is not to over-steep this as somehow this causes some toxins to be released that otherwise would not be if you took it in any other way.

Keep in mind that if you want to see results from this you’re going to have to keep doing this consistently, you won’t see the instant results you would with say a pill or drug, these are herbal remedies, so be patient and you will start to see the benefits.

2. St. John’s Wort

Much like Sage, St. John’s Wort is a a great way to deal with your excessive sweating problem. It’s an herb that works great when taken in as a tea. just repeat the same process with sage.

So what you’ll do is bring a cup of water to a boil again then steep a tablespoon of the St. John’s Wort for a couple of minutes, then strain, then finally drink it. Again, if you want to you can add a lemon or some honey.

Try drinking this a couple of times a day and keep it up for a good while to see some results.

If this is just not getting to the root of your excessive sweating problem, there are always other options. Another powerful solution which is all natural can be found by clicking this link.

OK, so you’re here for a reason, to stop under arm sweat… not just any sweat, but excessive sweating that is a little out of control. It’s called Hyperhidrosis and it affects upwards of 8 million people these days. But not to worry, you’re going to get 3 tips right here that will help you out on your path to a more sweat free life!

#1…

This first one may be tough for some of you, but it is a natural past time which may be a contributing factor to your sweating. Everyone does it, when they wake up, while they’re at work, maybe in the evenings after work too, it is rampant!

What am I talking about?

Drinking COFFEE!

Yes, coffee drinking can cause excessive sweating because it contains 2 stimulants, caffeine and sugar. Both will cause anxiety and hyperactivity which is not good for those of us who are prone to sweating. If you want to stop under arm sweat, cut this habit out.

#2…

The second thing you’re going to want to do is try drinking Sage. You may never have heard of this plant, but it has been known to help some people stop their sweating by as much as 50%! All you have to do is get some sage leaves and steep them in some boiled water for 10 minutes. Once done, down the concoction. This will stop under arm sweat in a big way, but you got to be careful not to overdo it, it can be toxic! If you steep it longer than 10 minutes or drink too much of this it can be dangerous so be careful.

#3…

This is your ace in the hole….But if push comes to shove, move to Atlantis! Everyone there is just chillin’ underwater and no one will have a clue you’re sweating…plus, there are hot mermaids down there and merMEN! (if you’re into that).

Ok, if that doesn’t work try…

STACKING..

To stop under arm sweat you’re going to want to STACK multiple methods of reducing sweat all at once. This greatly increases your chances of seeing some noticeable effects. If you need more methods to stack with check out this article: Stop Underarm Sweating, or this: Stop Sweating So Much.

And if you still haven’t heard by now of the most popular natural method that has worked for thousands so far, click here to see it.

Want to stop underarm sweat dead in it’s tracks? If you’re sick and tired of sweating all the time and want a way out I’ve got just the thing for you:

1. Alcohol And A Cotton Ball?

Yup, just get yourself a cotton ball and some rubbing alcohol and you’ve got a home made way to stop underarm sweat. Just apply the alcohol to the cotton ball and rub it on wherever it is needed. Keep this up every day consistently if you want to see some results.

2. Cold Showers

This is a neat little trick. If you take cold showers regularly, you will find that after you get out you won’t be as prone to sweat. The reason this is is because the cold water closes up your pores essentially shutting off the taps. With those valves closed, you don’t sweat as much. Granted this is only a temporary solution, it’s still something to try out.

3. Tomato Juice

Tomato juice is another home remedy that will reduce your sweating. Drink a glass or two of this a day to see some results. You could try V8, although pure tomato juice is the best solution.

Now if you really want to stop underarm sweat for good instead of just managing it, you will need to try something which packs more of a punch. If you want an industrial strength solution this one comes highly recommended: click this link to check it out

Do you have a problem with excessive foot sweating? Underarm sweating is what is usually talked about on most other sites, but what can be done if you’ve got some sweaty feet to take care of? Well, I’ve compiled a list of solutions if you find yourself dealing with this which should help you out in your day to day life, check these tips out:

1. Use Witch Hazel & Talcum Powder

Using witch hazel to treat excessive foot sweating is good because it’s going to constrict your pores and make it harder for sweat to drip out. Not only that but the sweat that does drip out will just be absorbed by the talcum powder if you use this in conjunction with the witch hazel. It’s a powerful two part solution.

2. Wear The Right Socks

One key reason for sweaty feet is due to improper ventilation. A lot of dress socks do not allow the feet to breath and thus leave them all sweaty at the end of the day. The way around this is to only use 100% cotton or wool socks. Pay attention the next time you pick up your socks to what the fabrics are, stay away from synthetic fibers. This tip alone can significantly decrease sweating.

3. Antiperspirant Gel

This is great because it’s not made just for the underarms, it can be used all over. Just squeeze some gel out and apply a thin layer to your feet before you head out for the day. You should be able to find it at a local drugstore, but if not, they can be found on either Ebay or Amazon.

Excessive foot sweating can be a pain, but these solutions should make things more bearable for you. If you are looking for a more permanent solution though, there are many more potent solutions you can put to work for yourself from this book: click here for more info.

Not much is worse than excessive head sweating. It’s one thing to have sweaty underarms, but to have a sweaty forehead all the time really draws attention to you, quick! I’ve spent so much time and effort trying out different things to fix the problem, nothing worked as well as I wanted it to, it was frustrating. I did manage to find a few tips that helped during my struggles. If you implement all of these at once you will see some decent benefits, try these out for yourself:

1. Incorporate A Headband Into Your Wardrobe

Now it helps if you’re a guy who’s into sports, but take a shot at making this look work for you. Just start wearing sportier clothes and make a stylish headband a part of your getup. Another thing you could do which will help somewhat is wear a do-rag underneath a baseball cap.

2. Get An Antiperspirant Gel

In dealing with excessive head sweating, a good antiperspirant gel sure beats rubbing a dry antiperspirant stick over your head. You can sometimes find these gel based antiperspirants in a store, but if not, you’ll definitely find them online. just use a thin coating on your face before you head out the door.

3. Hit The Gym

Yes, start exercising more! A lot of excessive head sweating is due to carrying around too much excess weight. Make it a habit of heading out to the gym at least 3 times a week and do some cardio and weight training. start off small and work your way up. Do 20 minutes of cardio to begin, then slowly raise that up to 45 minutes. Also, bring weights into the picture. Weights in addition to cardio really makes a difference and you will really start seeing the fat melt off. Not only will you look better, but you’ll notice you end up sweating less too.

Finally one final thing you should try which will essentially guarantee success is a good stop sweating program. There is one really popular one out there which has helped cure thousands so far. Check it out for yourself here.

If you’re thinking about how to stop underarm sweating, you should first realize that sweating is our body’s way of regulating our temperature and maintaining the standard 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit. If we did not do this, we would not be able to survive in the elements and suffer from conditions such as heatstroke. Given this, we must learn instead how to manage our sweating to levels which are easier to live with. Sweating excessively can be emotionally difficult, worrying if people are noticing the sweat under your arms or worse, noticing them noticing your sweat on you, that is never a good feeling! Then there’s the possibility of being reminded of it on a daily basis by comments like “Are you OK??”. Given all this, lets look at ways how to stop underarm sweating.

There are 3 basic ways to stop underarm sweating, the first method is via antiperspirants. When you’re looking foryour antiperspirant, you’re going to want one that dries quickly, and does not leave any residue. It does not necessarily have to be a dry deoderant stick, you can get gel based ones as well, however for over the counter, have a look at Certain Dri and Driclor.

Other than antiperspirants, there are also oral medications you can try. What you need to do is find some beta-blockers and anticholinergics, these products will work to block your nervous system from sending signals to yor sweat glands to sweat excessively. In this sense it really gets to the root of the issue. The only problem is there are many side effects such as shaking, drymouth, blurred vision and increased heart-rate to name a few.

Lastly, if you’re looking how to stop underarm sweating for good, there is the option of surgery. This is the most invasive choice and basically involves you getting a sympathectomy. What happens here is a small camera will be slid in between your ribs through your back to find the nerves which are sending your sweat glands signals to sweat. Once they are found, they will essentially be destroyed! This is extremely effective at eliminating most of the sweating, but the surgery is irreversable and can cause you to sweat more in other areas to make up for it.

Most people have at the least tried the antiperspirants but not the other two methods. I would reccommend if you are not seeing the results you want to try out a more natural solution. To discover how to eliminate your sweating within 2 weeks naturally, click this link.

Wow, excessive facial sweating is just the worst! Not only do you have to deal with the irritance but it’s written all over your face! There’s no doubt it’s one of the worst sweating issues to deal with as it is hard to conceal, so given this, what are your best options? IS there any good way of eliminating the sweat so that it doesn’t look like you just emerged from a sauna all the time?

Well, Here are some tactics you can try to help your situation, see what works best for you:

1. Antiperspirant Gel

This excessive facial sweating treatment sure beats rubbing an antiperspirant stick all over your face. You can buy it online or even in some stores out there. It’s specifically made for your face although you can use it on your hands or feet if you need to. Simply use a thin layer of it and rub it on your face, let it dry and presto, your face now has an invisible barrier to fight sweat!

2. The Good Ol’ Washcloth

It had to be said. I mean, it’s simple, it’s handy and it works. Just carry around a cloth with you and you can wipe your forehead clean at any time, preferably in a discrete fashion. You can also try wetting this with some vinegar as vinegar as a side effect tends to close up the pores.

3. Fans, fans Everywhere

Buy lots of fans and make sure you’re in a stream of air as much as possible. It sounds silly but it does work. Get a fan for your work and always have it on, right on your desk. Get a fan for your car if your air conditioning sucks. Hell, carry around one of those small $1 portable fans if you have to!

Hopefully that will get you going in the battle against excessive facial sweating. If you need more ammo, there is one other natural remedy which has helped out thousands so far. You can check that out by clicking this link.

Interested in figuring out how to stop armpit sweating? Nothing is worse than being all sweaty in public and not being able to do anything about it. It’s socially crippling! It’s no wonder so many people go the route of surgery to solve the problem. But what we’re going to go over is not only surgical solutions but all natural solutions as well. Here are some options to consider:

1. Botox Injections

This is one way how to stop armpit sweating but it is a bit intrusive. What happens is you have botox, otherwise known as “botulinum toxin” injected into your underarms 20-30 times per armpit. The botox works by interrupting your sympathetic nerves ability to tell your sweat glands to sweat. When this happens, you stop sweating, simple! The only thing is it is expensive and the treatment only lasts 6 months on average.

2. Rubbing Alcohol

Another way to manage sweating is with some standard rubbing alcohol and some cotton balls. Just wet the cotton balls with the rubbing alcohol and rub that onto the armpits. This will work by constricting the size of your pores and preventing sweat from escaping so readily. This will last you a couple of hours.

3. Take More Cold Showers

Now this is more for temporary relief but if you get in the habit of taking cold showers, you will be able to shrink your pores much like with the rubbing alcohol and prevent yourself from sweating too much for up to half an hour later. If you don’t want to take your whole shower cold, just turn the water cold near the end of the shower for a couple of minutes.

So if you want to learn how to stop armpit sweating, these tips should help you out and get you moving in the right direction. If however you were looking for a more powerful and permanent solution, you’re not out of luck. One of the most potent solutions is all natural and works within 2 weeks. To check it out, click on this link.
