When you’re talking with people, the first thing they notice is your face. It is for this reason that excessive facial sweating can be a really big embarrassment. The last thing you want is for others to be asking “Are you O.K.?” in response to your sweating. It is for this reason that facial sweating may be one of the most difficult sweating condition to deal with and it’s because of this that I’ve come up with some ways to stop excessive facial sweating.

1. Washcloth and Vinegar

You heard right. To stop excessive facial sweating, wet a washcloth with vinegar and wipe that along your forehead, behind your ears and at the base of your neck to provide ample protection from excessive sweating. Not sure how it works, but if it works why question it? Try it out.

2. Use a Hanky

This is pretty obvious, but it really helps to have a handkerchief available at all times so that you can dry off your forehead whenever you need to. Carry it around in your pocket or purse and make use of it discretely to stop excessive facial sweating from getting out of control.

3. Cut Back on Coffee and Cigarettes

Believe it or not coffee and cigarettes both cause sweating, big time. They both cause anxiety by elevating your heart rate and as such promote sweating. In today’s society, drinking coffee is pretty much a staple, but try not drinking any for a week and see if there is any change. Likewise, cut back on your cigarette smoking. Each cigarette you smoke not only takes away 12-14 minutes of your life, but it causes an instant increase in your anxiety levels.

Thats all the tips I have for you today. The best thing would be for you to stack these various tips and do several at a time.

If you’re thinking about how to stop underarm sweating, you should first realize that sweating is our body’s way of regulating our temperature and maintaining the standard 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit. If we did not do this, we would not be able to survive in the elements and suffer from conditions such as heatstroke. Given this, we must learn instead how to manage our sweating to levels which are easier to live with. Sweating excessively can be emotionally difficult, worrying if people are noticing the sweat under your arms or worse, noticing them noticing your sweat on you, that is never a good feeling! Then there’s the possibility of being reminded of it on a daily basis by comments like “Are you OK??”. Given all this, lets look at ways how to stop underarm sweating.

There are 3 basic ways to stop underarm sweating, the first method is via antiperspirants. When you’re looking foryour antiperspirant, you’re going to want one that dries quickly, and does not leave any residue. It does not necessarily have to be a dry deoderant stick, you can get gel based ones as well, however for over the counter, have a look at Certain Dri and Driclor.

Other than antiperspirants, there are also oral medications you can try. What you need to do is find some beta-blockers and anticholinergics, these products will work to block your nervous system from sending signals to yor sweat glands to sweat excessively. In this sense it really gets to the root of the issue. The only problem is there are many side effects such as shaking, drymouth, blurred vision and increased heart-rate to name a few.

Lastly, if you’re looking how to stop underarm sweating for good, there is the option of surgery. This is the most invasive choice and basically involves you getting a sympathectomy. What happens here is a small camera will be slid in between your ribs through your back to find the nerves which are sending your sweat glands signals to sweat. Once they are found, they will essentially be destroyed! This is extremely effective at eliminating most of the sweating, but the surgery is irreversable and can cause you to sweat more in other areas to make up for it.

Most people have at the least tried the antiperspirants but not the other two methods. I would reccommend if you are not seeing the results you want to try out a more natural solution. To discover how to eliminate your sweating within 2 weeks naturally, click this link.

Need some remedies for sweating to keep you dry? I’ve got a couple here which if you implement should do you some good. If you’re looking for a few extra pointers try out one of the following, better yet, try them all out at the same time, you’ll see better results that way.

1. Certain Dri

One of the remedies for sweating you’ll probably first try out are antiperspirant sticks. Some are better than others though and certain dri is definitely at the top of the list. It contains aluminum chloride in a concentration of about 20%, this is the active ingredient which prevents the sweating, and many people have had success using this.

2. Charcoal

Yup, believe it or not, eating charcoal, preferably on an empty stomach can help you to sweat less. Take it several times a day and in a matter of days you should notice your sweating is not as intense as it usually is. If this gives you any stomach upset, you can go ahead and try eating it with your meals.

3. Driclor

Ok, if the Certain Dri didn’t do it for you this will, it contains aluminum chloride in a much higher concentration, close to 40% but this will require a prescription. Ask for one from your doctor, it’s worth it.
Now if none of these remedies for sweating strike your fancy, there is a safe and even more powerful solution that works fast that you can try out. Many people have found success with it and it’s currently one of the better solutions out there: click this link to check it out

When you’ve got a bad case of excessive sweating, you’ll bend over backwards for a good hyperhydrosis treatment. The problem is most of the methods don’t do much at all to help the situation, I’ve been there! You try solution after solution, but they all seem to be made for people other than yourself, you start to wonder if maybe you’re some sort of special case, that there is nothing that will work for you. There are solutions though if you’re one of those tough cases for whom sweating just seems like a losing battle and that solution is surgery.

Now you might have cringed right there and I don’t blame you, no one wants to go under the knife, but desperate times call for desperate measures! One new surgical procedure which is actually not as invasive as most others is called Retrodermal Curettage. What is it exactly? Well, it’s not ETS, it doesn’t involve cutting out your sympathetic nerves. It is more like liposuction.

incisions are made on the sides of your chest where a scraper is inserted and moved in a criss-cross pattern on the inside of your skin. You’ll be under the influence of lidocane which will pretty much eliminate any pain as well as reduce bleeding from the area after the operation. The sweat glands/tissues responsible for your excessive sweating are sucked up and out of your body this way resulting in an over 90% success rate!

Now I wish I could say it was as simple as that, but truth be told, there are some complications. One complication with this hyperhydrosis treatment is the possibility of getting stretch marks from inadvertent damage to the underlying skin. Another is skin loss which can result in a small scar. Lastly, you may find your skin is slightly discolored on your underarms.

If this is sounding less appealing, I don’t blame you. The good news is there are other methods that work just as well as this which don’t require you to go under the knife and don’t cause any side effects. One very popular treatment that has worked for thousands is called Stop Sweating and Start Living. You can learn exactly how that works by clicking this link.

“How Can I Stop Sweating???” I’m sure you’ve asked yourself this question on many occasions in different ways…You know you’re frustrated when you’re talking to yourself

Well, if we’re going to break it down, there are essentially 2 main ways for you to stop sweating. You can either use topical treatments or systemic treatments. Pretty much every treatment falls into one of those two categories…have a look at the following:

Q: How Can I Stop Sweating? - Answer #1: Topical Treatments

Topical treatments involve all products you would apply directly to the skin to stop sweating. The main one being over the counter antiperspirants containing aluminum chloride at 15-20%. Aluminum chloride is the active ingredient which prevents the sweat from breaking through your skin.

Examples: Certain Dri, Driclor, Mitchum, Hydrosal

The next step up in topical treatments is to get a prescription antiperspirant. These contain the active ingredient aluminum chloride in concentrations between 20-40%! If you go this route, speak to your Doctor about what your options are. But one of the most popular prescription antiperspirants is Drysol. You can also get a gel based antiperspirant which can be used on the face, hands and feet which is prescription(20-40%) by speaking to your Doctor.

Q: How Can I Stop Sweating? - Answer #2: Systemic Treatments

Systemic treatments really get to the root of the problem in that they influence your systemic nervous system. You see, your systemic nerves near your armpit signal your sweat glands to excrete sweat. In those of us with Hyperhidrosis, these nerves tend to get a little trigger happy and cause us to sweat a bit too much.

One thing you can take to keep this under control are oral medications like anticholinergics, beta blockers, sedatives or tranquilizers. Tranquilizers and sedatives work mainly in cases where the sweating is stress or anxiety related. For all other cases, you’ll be looking at anticholinergics and beta blockers.

The only thing is with these treatments, there are many documented side-effects like dry-mouth, dizziness, constipation, problems sleeping and several others. It’s for this reason you want to consider pills only after trying everything else.

It’s best you try a natural method first such as Stop Sweating and Start Living, this has worked well for thousands of people with sweating problems. To check this treatment method out, click on this link.

Interested in a killer sweaty palms treatment that will work within the comfort of your own home? Well, this treatment I’m about to share with you will take some running around to find all the parts, but believe me it will be worth it. You’re basically going to setup your own home made iontophoresis device.

This sweaty palms treatment will require you pick up:

1 12 volt motorcycle or lawnmower battery

1 pair of red alligator clips

1 pair of black alligator clips

1 pitcher of warm water

What you’re going to do is clip one end of the black alligator clip to the battery, and the other to a stainless steel tray, and clip the other red alligator clip to the other end of the battery and a separate stainless steel tray.
Once you have this setup, fill both trays with the water.

Now, all you need to do is place your hands into each tray to complete the circuit and allow the electricity to flow into your hands. It will tingle a little, but what is happening is the electric current is reacting with the minerals in the water and forming somewhat of a protective barrier around your hands which prevents them from sweating.

Do this for 20 minutes and at least 4 times a week, obviously the more you do it, the better. You should start noticing progress after 2 weeks, don’t get impatient!

If you still see no results you can try a higher voltage like 18 or 24 volts. Also, a word of warning, do not let the 2 metal pans touch or sparks will fly!

Now if you’re looking for an easier sweaty palms treatment that doesn’t require quite so much time, there is another solution that works in less than two weeks and takes only 30 seconds each day. To find out more about it, click on this link.

Want an excessive sweating treatment that will put an end to those embarrassing sweat stains? Having Hyperhidrosis can be a daily irritance that prevents you from living your life to your fullest. It’s sad but true, many people are hindered in social situations because of this bodily function that has simply gone haywire! So how do we restore the natural balance? The solution is to try out as many different excessive sweating treatment methods as possible and use the ones that work best for you. Here are a few to consider:

1. Cut Out The Coffee!

Coffee is just loaded with sugar and caffeine. These are both substances which elevate your heart rate, your metabolism, and basically make you more anxious. When you’re in this state, you tend to be more prone to sweating. In today’s society where coffee is big business and the early morning drink of choice, being a sweat sufferer, you’ve got to be a bit more cautious about how much of it you put into your body. Cut out the coffee and you should notice a change.

2. Stop Smoking!

This excessive sweating treatment will only be useful to those who light up, but it powerful. Smoking stimulates your sympathetic nervous system which is responsible for signaling your body to sweat. The more you light up, the more you signal your body to get it’s sweat on. Cut out the cigarettes!

3. Don’t Overdo the Alcohol

I know what you’re thinking, first the coffee, now the alcohol??? This guys going too far. But the truth is that drinking alcohol causes you to sweat more! It dilates your blood vessels which means more blood courses through your veins, which means your body heats up, which means…you guessed it, sweat-fest. So to keep things under control, especially if you’re a bit of a drinker, cut out the alcohol!

I’m sure you can do one of those things and start seeing some immediate benefits, however if you have a more extreme case of sweating, you might want something which is a bit more potent. If you want to take it to the next level, click this link.

If you have to deal with sweaty palms and feet, you know how much of a pain it can be. Not only is it embarrassing in social situations, but having sweaty hands makes it hard to hold objects at times…sometimes at the worst of times too, like when you’re cutting up some food for dinner! And for you ladies out there, if you wear heels, sweaty feet can make walking on heels treacherous! If you have either of these problems, here are a few things you can do to minimize your discomfort:

1. Take up Yoga

Yes….Yoga. Yoga will help to relax your body and mind and by being in a more relaxed state, you will tend to sweat less. This is more of a lifestyle change though as you need to practice yoga frequently to reap these benefits. But the good news is, Yoga is fun! Take up a Yoga class and not only will you help reduce sweaty palms and feet, but you’ll meet new people and relieve a lot of stress.

2. Use Some Foot Powder

Buy some foot powder from a store it will help keep your feet drier and also eliminate any odor causing bacteria. It’s a good idea to combine this with 100% cotton socks so that your feet can breathe. Another combo you can consider is odor absorbing insoles.

3. Try Kava Kava

To eliminate sweaty palms and feet, try drinking Kava Kava. It is a natural herbal remedy for excessive sweating which works for many people with this condition. What it does is to help calm your central nervous system which if overactive, would otherwise result in anxious/nervous sweating. Try drinking this on a daily basis for the best results.

If this isn’t enough for you, there is another natural method for you to try which is extremely effective. You can have a look at it over here.

Are you looking for some excessive sweating treatments? Well, I’ve uncovered a few you likely have never heard of before, so if you’re looking for some new insight, here it comes:

1. Burdock

If you need some excessive sweating treatments, you’re going to want to try out this plant as one of them. You can actually pick this up in capsule form at a local health food store. Take about 1-3 capsules a day. If all you can find is the fluid extract, instead take about 5ml of that 3 times a day, this will work as a diuretic.

2. Astragalus

This is a solution which has been used by the Chinese for centuries. For our purposes though, we’re going to be using it again as a diuretic which basically means it’s going to dry you up. Just look for this in capsule form at your local health food store and take about 3 of them each day.

3. Witch Hazel

This herbal solution works by constricting your pores thus making it harder for the sweat to escape. What you’re going to want to do is pick up this in extract form and apply it with cotton balls to the areas you want to get under control.

Now while these excessive sweating treatments will work to reduce your sweating, if you want to completely cure yourself of this condition in short order, you’ll need to look at more powerful treatments. One such treatment which is quite popular and effective can found here: click this link to check it out

Ok, so I know that some of you have issues with excessive sweating and are always on the lookout for ways to reduce how much you sweat on a daily basis. Excessive sweating by the way is a medical condition known as Hyperhidrosis. This condition affects millions all over the world so there’s no reason to feel out of place for having it. In my search to stop unerarm sweat I’ve found some techniques I want to share with you guys, have a look and see if these are of help to you:

1. Use a prescription anti-persperant that has more than 20% aluminum chloride solution. This is the same solution which is found in regular anti-persperants to a lesser degree. You will need to get a prescription for such a treatment, but the results may be well worth the trouble. Continued use can even cause your sweat glands to shrink permanently which is why you might want to consider this to stop underarm sweat.

2. Another way to stop underarm sweat involves a cotton ball, water and baking soda. Dip the cotton ball into this and apply the solution under your arms. This treatment is most effective at managing the odor caused by excessive sweat.

3. Another good solution to stop underarm sweat involves chamomile oil. Rub this oil on all problem areas in order to reduce sweat and it’s associated odor.

4. Lastly in your quest to stop underarm sweat, try wearing loosely fitted clothes that are made of breathable fabrics like wool, cotton and silk. The looser the better. Combining this with breathable fabrics like 100% wool and 100% cotton will work well to prevent excess sweating.
