Powerful Political / Business Domain Goes Up For Sale

After many years of sitting idle the domain www.StopTheJunk.com ™ has finally come up for sale. It has been sought after by Democratic and Republican groups as well as many financial businesses as well. It’s a domain name that not only is easy to remember, but hard to forget and one that could start a movement in the country.

StopTheJunk.com ™ has been sitting idol for several years since its registration in 2005 and has been loaned out for experimental projects and software testing. Mike Primer, the marketing manager for the domain, said, “We have had multiple people inquire and make offers on the domain over the past few years. However, the owners didn’t feel the time to sell was right until now. With the crazy political and financial environment we are in the domain has a great value for the right person, group or company.”

Primer also pointed out that a book title has never used under this name (Stop The Junk) and owning the domain could be a huge marketing combination. We asked Primer what other industries or groups would be interested in the domain. He stated that inquires had come from everywhere imaginable including the dieting and stock market sectors. “We haven’t tried to ‘pitch’ the domain to anyone. Most companies and groups hear it and see how it not only sticks in your mind, but also how it could fuel an entire movement to some extent. We think it is the ‘Hope and Change’ catch phrase for the next few years if marketed correctly.”

Primer said that the owners had not set a firm price on the domain, but were willing to look at reasonable offers. Mr. Primer can be contacted at StopTheJunkSale@gmail.com

GetFugu could be a quick winner for many even though all has been quiet recently. Recently GetFugu cleared up the only legal issue it had with SpongeTech ® SPNG and now is poised for some noise.

Many owners of this stock and watchers are preparing for the Blackberry App release which should send this stock on a roller coaster for at least a week a two. (Expected in early Q1) Also, we commented earlier that they seem ‘ripe’ for a takeover or partnership with a larger “search partner”. The GetFugu App doesn’t seem like a miracle but it is one that puts companies ahead of their competitors in a “fun and new” way. If you haven’t visited their website recently, we suggest you do so to see the new look and feel. www.GetFugu.com

While the company is not “overflowing” with capital right now, we see that as a positive from an investment view. We see them actively seeking a partnership, that when revealed, could send this one out of the park.

Many people have overlooked the “gaming side” and events of recent that have been kept quite from the public. (Such as their recent partnership with Majesco Entertainment. NASDAQ:COOL) Here’s a hint, keep that on your front watch burner. We see this gaming division as one of the key factors moving forward in the news over the next several weeks, along with the release of their Blackberry App.

Keep in mind that we are not concerned at the moment about cash on hand, top or bottom line sales. Instead we are watching for the partnership soon to come that will clearly make this stock a rocket overnight.

We have added this one to our own portfolio and are hoping for a big move in early 2010.

Our Forward Looking Statement:

Never believe ANYTHING we report without verifying the information yourself. Making decisions on “news” is risky and leads to many people losing large amounts of money. Never and we repeat NEVER make investment decisions based on what we other people tell you. Do your own research and be skeptical of everyone.

Also…

GetFugu ® GFGU Could Be a Star in 2009 Q4

Recent past events dimmed this stock earlier this year. A troubled partnership with SPNG and a resulting lawsuit quickly turned this up and comer into a downer. However, it was announced recently that the suit between the two had been “amicably settled” and they were proceeding forward. One “check mark” cleared, now they get to move forward.

Two things have us putting our money where our mouth is on this stock.

1) We expect the release of the Backberry software / app any time. When this news hits we expect to see increases of 75% – 200% in the stock’s price. It will breathe a new life into it confirming that they are alive and well, and moving forward.

2) Getfugu ® seems ripe for some really big news on some kind of “partnership” in the new future. Their overall product and software fits naturally into the basket of some larger companies.

Regardless of the recent past, we think the stock could hit the mark of $1.20 – $2.00 by the end of Q1 in 2010. If all the “stars” align and right now that is looking good.

Our take on GFGU, it is a BUY and hold because we can’t find anything “bad” about it right now and good news has been silent for so long.

One of our old favorite stocks SPNG, Spongetech ® seems to have a “drama” surrounding it that never wants to end. The long awaited 10k release seems to be holding everyone on the planet in suspense.

We no longer own SPNG but we have been a HUGE fan of this company ever since we tried their products, which by the way are great. This is one of first rules of investing. “Would you buy what they are selling?”

Those that hold this stock are praying for its release, but we think it might reveal a bitter pill. We have done quite a bit of research on this company, the recent stories and yes, read all the news. While we don’t have any new “facts” to add, it is OUR opinion / best guess that the upcoming 10k will show numbers that do not reflect the previously stated sales volumes.

Now, many are saying that this is just a minor “glitch” that the company will overcome and will again be a “shining star” in the trading world. We do beg to differ.

While the release of an “off numbered” 10k will cause a short spike of the stock, we think millions and millions of shares will be dumped on the market quickly deflating the price. Also, one has to keep in mind that “off numbers” will now open the flood gates to not only share holder law suits, but also possibly regulatory action of some sort.

Our opinion on SPNG?

If the 10k comes out showing numbers that have been “fudged”, and you currently own, take REASONABLE profits early. Be prepared for an onslaught of PR and news stories hammering the stock, its execs and past actions. If you are considering buying the stock, risk only what you are TRULY willing to lose. While they “could” pull through such a problem, they do risk running into massive legal costs and judgments.

The launch of GetFugu’s Blackberry version is still expected in Q4 according to all we can tell. There have been updates to give any delays.

Also, it appears their reincorporation in the state of Delaware has been filed if not completed. We are still searching records. We expect a “bump” of up to 60% or more when the Blackberry version is released. Right now it is just a waiting game.

On September 9th they released the following info about the Android ™ launch.

GetFugu ® reported today that its initial launch will take place on the Android(tm) platform.

“The Getfugu application is designed to work on all mobile phone platforms. Over the next several days and weeks, we will launch on several of the most popular mobile platforms. Android was the perfect choice for our first launch. We see great potential in the technology,” said Bernie Stolar, GetFugu’s CEO.

AndroLib http://www.androlib.com/ reports there are currently at least 10,000 applications and games http://www.androlib.com/appstatsfreepaid.aspx available on the Android platform today.

GetFugu will soon announce several high profile advertising agreements, as the most powerful consumer brands in the world have signed on to utilize the Getfugu network.

Our Forward Looking Statement and warning:

Does GetFugu ® Have the Potential?

Some of you have heard of it, some used it, and many others are yet to play with it. Either way, we think this company / stock GFGU has the potential to gain sizably in the near future.

If you know anything about us, we look at products, companies and stocks differently than most. We use common sense and base our picks on the “does this make sense” theory. We put ourselves in the consumers’ and companies’ shoes that are prospective clients of the GetFugu ®. We also try and have a broad vision of possible partnerships and marketing avenues. This one just smells of a big partner in the near future.

First let’s understand what this product / technology is and how it uses AR and VR technology.

For the techie in you…

Augmented reality (AR) is a term for a live direct or indirect view of a physical real-world environment whose elements are merged with (or augmented by) virtual computer-generated imagery – creating a mixed reality. The augmentation is conventionally in real-time and in semantic context with environmental elements, like for example sports scores on TV during a match. With the help of advanced AR technology (e.g. adding computer vision and object recognition) the information about the surrounding real world of the user becomes interactive and digitally usable. Artificial information about the environment and the objects in it can be stored and retrieved as an information layer on top of the real world view.

For the non-techie…

It is a visual and voice recognition software that lets you take a picture of a company logo or say they name of a company. The software will then give you several options of finding local retailers or locations, offer you discounts or take you to the that company’s website.

Let’s use two practical examples.

1) You’re on a long road trip and the kids want McDonalds. Just hit the Getfugu ® app on your phone and say “McDonalds”. Using your current location it will show you where the nearest location is and even provide a map. I actually used this on a recent trip. Instead of fumbling around with my GPS unit and typing in the words and risking an accident, I simply spoke it and it came up. Pretty cool.

2) Let’s say you’re watching TV and an ad comes on. You think the product is pretty good. Simply take a picture of the logo on your TV and search it with the GetFugu app. It will give you several options including retailers, locations, company’s website and more.

So, from a consumer’s standpoint, we like it. From a “prospector” standpoint we see some possible really big news in the future.

Here are a few things to look for and research on your own.

1) They have begun the process of “re-incorporating” in Delaware. The stated reasons are a bit vague, but we smell something in the plans.

2) They recently were involved in an investment / marketing agreement with Spongetech ® that went bad. Lawsuits and legal claims started flying. It appears that SPNG may be heading for delisting from the OTC. They have failed to file their 10k by the 16th as required by the SEC and their new auditors have resigned. While bad news for SPNG, this is good news for GFGU.

3) They are about to release their software for the Blackberry. When this hits we expect a good size rally. Remember anything new usually droves a spike.

4) GetFugu ® seems just ripe for a big partnership or marketing launch; with whom we have no clue, but it just seems ready.

Do your own research and play with the app. Try it on some of your favorite companies and think of the possibilities. We think you’ll agree that sometime in the near future someone, somewhere will see this as a great partnership.

Our Forward Looking Statement and warning:

Never believe ANYTHING we report without verifying the information yourself. Making decisions on “news” is risky and leads to many people losing large amounts of money. Never and we repeat NEVER make investment decisions based on what we other people tell you. Do your own research and be skeptical of everyone. No author that publishes on this website is allowed to participate in short selling of any kind.

The Clock is Ticking for Spongetech ®

One of our old favorites Spongetech® has had a rough few weeks. They have gone from a shining star to an ever dimming light in the OTC market. Everyone that has followed this little jewel is sitting on pins and needles waiting for the late 10k which should answer many, if not hundreds of questions.

Keep in mind; this was one of our strong picks based on the company’s products, innovation and growth. If this thing “crashes” we will not only be sad, but shocked as well.

Spongetech® has gone from a bright new company with fantastic products, to an all out Drama Scene between the company, SEC, management, investors, class action lawsuits, trademark lawsuits, shareholders, subsidiary / “somehow connected” companies, potential investment ventures, and so on and so on.

Much of this “drama” however will end when the late 10k finally hits. We see only three outcomes in our opinion.

1) Good news. The 10k is accurate with stated figures showing roughly 50 million in revenue. If the auditors verify sales and figures, the company will have a strong victory and much of this will clear.

2) Very bad news. The auditors find that the sales numbers are false and greatly inflated. Not only will this cause the demise of the stock, but could lead to the collapse of the company, and prosecution of its executives.

3) We are not even sure if this one can exist. If the 10k shows misinformation and possible wrong doing by company execs, can the company continue with business? Keep in mind a “corporation” is treated like an individual. The officers are there simply to run it. They could be removed, and replacements appointed. The company is selling product and the products are good. Obviously this would tarnish the company and the stock for some time, but it could continue and limp along. However, there would be a swarm of legal filings and suits that could eventually drive them under.

One of the biggest red flags currently outstanding is the verification of their largest customers. Many have seen this as a “minor detail” but we think this is the biggest item that needs explaining. The NY Post was given, via Spongetech’s® outside investor relations firm, names, phone numbers, and addresses of their largest customers that in some quarters comprised over 80% of their business. When they (NY Post) tried to verify them, they led to dead ends and apparently non-existent companies.

Many have disputed this “angle” but we can’t help wondering….

If one of the fiduciary duties of the CEO is to protect the shareholders and the value of the company’s stock, why didn’t he immediately pick up the phone and offer corrected information to the Post? This would have immediately cleared the air about “hyped” sales figures and caused a ‘rebuttal article’ to be written. If nothing else, a public statement could have been released stating, “we have provided the information to the Post’s reporter and encourage them to contact our distributors to verify their existence”. (End of questions.)

For most involved this has been a great learning experience and reveals that ANYTHING is possible.

Also…

This news may contain “forward-looking statements” as that term is defined in Section 27A of the United States Securities Act of 1933 and Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

We have featured this stock before but here it comes again. SPNG – Spongetech seems to be in heavy play. Emerging from just pennies, this stock has nothing but positives in its future. The growth of the company this year is expected to blow away its last year’s sales and revenues.
The company is now becoming a mainline player with national and international ads running and this will include major golf and other sporting events.
While the company is still in its beginning years, that is a positive for us. They have yet to even launch their other divisions. The release of the “SpongBOB” children’s product line we think we will surely land them in Walmart stores at some point in the next 4 quarters.
What is the target price on this stock?
We really can’t call it on this one. It has such an upside potential it is hard to say. $2, $4, maybe more. All we know is that they have very long term growth for the long term ahead.

Spongetech Delivery Systems, Inc. designs, produces, markets and distributes cleaning products for vehicular use utilizing technology relating to sponges containing hydrophilic, or liquid absorbing, foam polyurethane matrices and other technologies. In July 2009, the Company expanded its operation into Europe, forming SpongeTech Europe. In July 2008, the Company incorporated six wholly owned subsidiaries, Spongetech Kitchen & Bath, Inc., Spongetech Health & Beauty, Inc., Spongetech Auto, Inc., Spongetech Medical, Inc., Spongetech Pets, Inc. and America’s Cleaning Company.

Unfortunately, the photo is not a real one but we thought it was pretty funny.
The patchy road of race relations has run throughout American history. Today marks a unique milepost: Beers at the White House between a president, an African-American college professor, and a white police officer who arrested the professor at his home.

President Obama, Henry Gates, and James Crowley meet at 6 p.m., at a picnic table behind the Oval Office. Obama is hoping for a “teachable moment.”

Meanwhile, reactions to the Henry Gates-James Crowley flap have landed some public employees in big trouble. And the woman who made the initial 911 phone call has spoken out.

It seems that a one person has “cracked the cookie code” and released his own version of diet cookies that can be made at home. While many retail websites sell diet cookies and the “Cookie Diet” for up to $500 a month, this site offers a recipe that can be made for about $5 – 10 a week.
After doing a little research and experimenting with recipes Mike Primer, the founder of www.FreeDietCookies.com release his own version of a cookie recipe that is getting rave reviews. Apparently his cookies are said to be the best tasting treat on the market that take a fresh and healthy approach to snacking and replacement.
One woman in North Carolina said, “They taste like a mix between oatmeal cookies, banana bread and a fruit salad. I made the recipe in 15 minutes and was AMAZED at the taste.” This reaction is just one of hundreds that have now tried them.
Mike Primer, the creator of the recipe and the website, said, “I believe they are the best tasting and healthiest cookie you’ll ever make. I decided not to sell them, but give them away free through my recipe on our website.”
Anyone can get the recipe and share the site at www.FreeDietCookies.com
