1 - CONCIERGE

RESPONSIBILITIES

To consistently provide quality and value-added services to visitors / guests of the shopping centre in a gracious, attentive, courteous and service-oriented manner which include the following:

Assist in promotional activities such as Gift Redemptions, contests and follow-through necessary actions
Administer redemptions and rewards for promotion in the shopping centre
Provide gift wrapping services to guests
Maintain daily checklist and inventory of facilities such as baby strollers, wheelchairs etc..
Handle Lost and Found cases
Assist in set-up for events / functions
Escort VIPs during functions
Conduct media tours / handle tour groups
Recommend dining venues

2 - AUXILIARY POLICE

RESPONSIBILITIES

Patrol assigned areas within the mall and its surroundings
Respond to routine and emergency calls, administering First Aid as required and assisting crime or accident victims
Assist with the containment and preservation of crime scenes as directed, and assisting with the determination of the extent of personal injuries, identifying victims, witnesses and the extent of damage, documenting evidence
Assist in the investigation of crimes and offences; assisting with the apprehension and arrest of suspects

Ensure that all leasing documentation are in good order
Liaise with Legal department on Tenancy Agreement issue if any special conditions or amendments needed
Maintain strong and good relationships with existing and new tenants

7 - EXECUTIVE, DOCK LOGISTICS

Responsibilities:

Ensure all dock facilities are in good operational condition
Ensure the cleanliness of the common and storage areas as well as the enforcement of dock procedures
Ensure suppliers, vendors and contractors adhere to established policies
Enforce penalties on non-conformance of policies
Inspect dock facilities to prevent accident or injury to personnel and patrons
Process and monitor work permits for contractors engaged by tenants and issue EHS cards
Monitor and track vehicles entering and leaving the premises
Control and monitor waste disposal contractor
Prepare and maintain various records and reports

8 - AUXILIARY POLICE (CONSTABLE)

Seseorang yang dalam keadaan demam, kandungan air dalam nafasnya akan meningkat. Sebaliknya, jumlah air yang disedut melalui nafas berkurang disebabkan oleh kelembapan rendah udara disekitarnya.

Kondisi badan akan berkurangan keadaannya apabila kandungan air berkurangan dan kita tidak pula segera memenuhi keperluan badan dengan air. Pakar Kardiologi dari Amerika Syarikat, Dr. James M. Rippe menasihatkan untuk minum air sekurang-kurangnya satu liter lebih. Sebabnya, kehilangan 4% cecair sahaja akan mengakibatkan kemusnahan prestasi badan kita sebanyak 22%! bahkan jika anda kehilangan 7%, kita akan mula berasa lemah dan lesu.

Oleh itu, semakin banyak aktiviti yang kita lakukan maka semakin banyak air dikeluarkan dari badan. Oleh sebab itu, pakar kesihatan memberi amaran untuk tidak minum hanya apabila merasa dahaga. Kebiasaan minum, sama ada dahaga atau tidak, adalah tabiat yang sihat dan baik. Sekiranya anda berada di dalam bilik berhawa dingin, anda dinasihatkan untuk minum lebih banyak kerana udara sejuk akan mempercepatkan badan menjadi kering. Banyak minum juga akan membantu kulit supaya tidak cepat kering. Skim Latihan 1Malaysia (SL1M – Maybank) is one of Maybank Group’s Corporate Responsibility programmes in support of the Government’s initiatives to enhance the employability of unemployed graduates.

Graduates selected for the SL1M – Maybank Programme will undergo an intensive two (2) month residential soft skills training at Maybank Academy and a six (6) month hands-on learning and on-the-job experience at various Maybank business units.

The learning outlines are targeted for the roles in frontline as well as customer facing.

Requirements:

Degree holder who has been unemployed for at least six (6) months since graduation or is underemployed
Obtained a minimum CGPA of 2.75 or equivalent in any discipline
Good interpersonal skills and a socialable person
Willing to be relocated throughout the country
Committed to continuous-learning and self-improvement
