I hit the roller before every training session and try to get on it at night sometimes. It usually takes about 1 - 1 1/2 hrs to finish. It is comprised of weight lifting exercises as well as body weight exercises that all vary depending on the user. If they want to make it harder, do the harder version or add more weight. It is really just a good coverage of good fundamental body building and fitness exercises. I simply forgot about them, but I think they are great for knee rehab situations.
