John, “Lucky 13” really is just a whole body circuit. It usually takes about 1 - 1 1/2 hrs to finish. It is comprised of weight lifting exercises as well as body weight exercises that all vary depending on the user. If they want to make it harder, do the harder version or add more weight. It is really just a good coverage of good fundamental body building and fitness exercises. If you would like a copy of it, I would be happy to send it to you.

As you’ve said the height adjustment can really help you strengthen your quads or hamstrings one at a time…let’s you focus on building more strength in one or the other.

Greetings all,

I saw David Horne’s Titan’s Tank on his website and I WANT one, but I can’t even begin to imagine (don’t want to) how much it would coast to ship over. I don’t believe that there is a US distributor. I realize that there are some interesting variations produced by Sorinex and Elite FTS, but I want a Titan’s Tank. Can anyone help me out, or should I contact a good welder? I would greatly appreciate an advice. Thank you!!

Train hard and best wishes!!
