  1. Physically resetting your device will depend on the product you are using.
    • Typically, there is a small reset button on the back of the device that needs to be pressed for 10 seconds.
  2. Additionally, you will need to enter the Danale+ application and delete the device from your account.
    • Click on the live video feed for the device you want to delete.
    • Click the settings button in the upper right hand corner.
    • Click the delete button in the lower portion of the screen.

  3. Click camera/record button
  4. Video will be saved to your device’s photos and you can view it through your devices photo app.

Yes and no. You will be alerted via a notification when your device detects sound or motion but if you do not have a cloud subscription, then your device will not record the associated footage. Without a cloud subscription, when you view the alert through the app, you will see a blank black screen where the video would be if you opted into the monthly cloud subscription.
