Russ's Market at 17th and Washington has generously agreed to have a change round up drive for Prescott Elementary School's Park from March 1st - March 10th. During these days, the cashiers at Russ's will ask each customer if they would like to round their purchase up to the next dollar amount. That extra change will be donated to Prescott Park. Here is another great (and free!) opportunity to improve your properties and your business operations. Safe Kids of Lincoln / Lancaster County in partnership with the City of Lincoln and Paul Davis Restoration is hosting a Fire Safe Landlord Training on Thursday October 11, 2012 from 6-8pm. See the attached flyer for more details. There will be information on low-cost and no-cost ways to reduce the risk of fire damage and injury in your properties. Learn creative ways to help educate tenants and keep smoke alarms and other safety measures well-maintained and functional. Ask questions from fire safety personnel, restoration experts, and professional Property Managers.

You will also receive materials and resources including up to ten free smoke alarms (dual detection units with 10 year batteries).

Please mark your calendars for this free event. There is no cost to you, but the training is limited to 30 attendees so please register as soon as possible.
