Analysing the "My Daddy (is the) Strongest!!!" Mindset

We often get to hear kids say things like "My Daddy (is the) Strongest!!!" and As Indians we often get to hear things like

# "Saare Jahan Se Accha"
# "India is the Best"
# "Indians are the Best"

This is similar to the format
Oh my Planet / Continent / Country / State / District / Village / Colony / Neighbourhood / Street / House / Family / I-> is/am great and the greatest!!

This is a typical case of my daddy is the strongest!!!!

No doubt my dad/mom is awesome, but i must also remember that everyone's dad/mom is equally special, awesome or good as, if not better in some way or the other...

This mindset is very prevalent in people of many countries especially Americans and Indians!!!

Almost everyday you will get to see on social media networks or hear that
# We Indians are the founders/creators of this and that (actually everything on this planet lol!!!)...
# Our xyz is the best in the world (if you have not realized everything that is Indian is the best in the world rofl!!!)
as if we are the only people in the world who have had brains... And the rest of the world is brainless... [S.M.H.]

What is outrageous is making tall claims that Indians are the creators of even entirely generic things like martial arts, music and many other things etc... Given a chance they would like to claim that they were the ones who came up with the idea of cooking food and created language!!!

The next thing that arises out of this mentality is people riding on the Laurels of others
Here too we get to hear
# "X of Indian Origin did this Great Thing"
# "The Inventor/Minister/Actor X is of Indian Origin"

In any case even if an Indian did create something great in the past or present, that in no way gives Indians today any right to ride on their fame and neither does it endorse or declare that any other Indian is equally great or capable of anything great.

There are countless cases of Indians who were of no value in their own place/village/state/country, were given no help and were totally ignored, but after they went abroad, got quality education and created/invented/discovered amazing things, the media then is filled with reports about them being Indians or being of “Indian origin”, and then you have people on s.m.n. Talking about how great Indians are (indirectly hinting that they are great too)...

Best is my own example - I have south Indian roots but have received major of my education and skills in the north east and north of India. In fact even my limited stay in one of the southern states was one of the worst experiences i have ever had... So :
# How on earth are other South Indians responsible for any or the achievements i have made in my life..
# How can they shamelessly claim credit for even the smallest achievement of mine?

Interestingly people who are wired this way don't just stop with India...
Once they are done bragging about India then will narrow into the next level - my state is this best, then when they are done with that they will continue self centering to their district, village etc etc being the best and finally come to the point my family is the best and end with i am the best in my family!!!

There is something seriously wrong with the way homo sapiens are wired... They always need to feel superior or better than others, they keep fishing for compliments at every opportunity, need reassurance about their value, how they are great and want everyone to believe that too.

This is another hurdle that is coming in the way of a Homo Sapien evolving into a human being!!!

Be Careful of Physically, Mentally and Spiritually Destructive Thoughts, Concepts, Philosophies, Propaganda etc. That Are Being Spread Online and Offline.

# Our Lack/Limited Spiritual Insight, or Our Absent/Stunted Spiritual Development
# Our Failure To Implement, Practice all that we are Spiritually aware of...
and That are Foxily, Cheekily spread [that are being Spread Online and Offline] By
# Anti Social Elements
# Anti National Elements
# Terrorists
# Fanatic - Political, Religious, XYZ Extremist Groups
# Pseudo Spiritual People
# Pseudo Feminist Groups
# Insecure LGBT Groups
# Groups Promoting Gender Neutralization or "Killing of the Sexes"
# Power & Violence loving groups
# Cowards and Insecure People
# Psychopaths and Mentally Ill People who today even work in groups
# People with a Skewed/Perverted/Destructive Perspective of Freedom, Human and Animal Rights
# Etc.
That are negatively affecting, worse destroying
# The Civilized Culture (that we are trying/struggling to Grow, Mature Spiritually, with every passing moment) which was formed after the herculean task of Civilization/Clean Up and Refinement of Primitive Homo Sapien Culture by our Spiritually Aware Ancestors over Thousands of years
# The Ethics, Morals that our Spiritually Aware Ancestors, have gathered over Thousands of years
# Delicate, Sensitive Bonds that Create Human Relationships

Which in turn is ULTIMATELY destroying the Peace and Balance of this world...

Guess what this is not the Worst that can Happen to us or this world...

Play their respective gender roles (that are well defined and are different from species to species), very very well unless its a case of Inbetweens or Internal Gender Confusion,

For example:

The Peahen does not try to act/dance/flirt/court like or tries to be like the Peacock and vice-versa...
The Male Drone bee does its job and plays its role well and so does the Female Worker bee none try to switch their roles or assigned job...
The Male of many bird species like Bowerbird builds intricate nest structures to attract the Female, and definitely not the other way around.
Female Lions do 85 to 90 percent of the pride's hunting, while the Male Lions patrol the territory and protect the pride, for which they take the "Lion's share" of the females' prey.
Etc etc.

The reason for such kind of thinking and logic to happen only among humans, is very obvious, especially to the ones who see the world as it is and not the way the Herd would want them too...

Its so unfortunate that no one is able to imagine or understand the consequences of all this madness!!!

Don't Know the true meaning of Love or worse you have your own perverted concepts of love (Also Read Perverting the Concepts of life)
Are Confused and Cant understand your own Feelings and Emotions for another.(Cause a person in Love is NEVER CONFUSED)
Can't differentiate between Attractions, Infatuations, etc.
Don't know the Inevitable consequences of Physical, Mental & Spiritual Violations with people you are not in love with.
Know Can & Will, Lie & Hide from the person you say you Truly love.
Have not Gotten over you Ex. Boyfriend/Girlfriend/Husband/Wife completely from the core.
Feel that your Ex was better(even in the smallest way) than the New Person In your life.
Know you cannot give your 100% to a relationship.
Are Hormone High and Boy or Girl Crazy.
Don't know how to COMPLETELY BELONG to someone.
You have too much ego to submit yourself to the person you love.
You feel the need to have your own Private/Personal Life, That does not include, the person you cliam you love.
Look at the person you think, you love, as a Third party and Question or Judge that person for his/her Past(The Time When you were not there), without understanding the Situation from that Person's Point of View.
What is wrong is if that Person has ALWAYS been 100% honest with you about his/her past and you have not been, even half as honest to him/her.

In a recent incident a few employees of an organization were talking about the riches of their employers, their awesome life and lifestyle, their ever growing savings & riches and finally ended-up expecting to be equally remunerated for their services as an employee, I was not able to agree with them and justified and credited the good fortune of the employers, to their hard work, knowledge, experience and relevant abilities and skill-sets and said that they deserved it for the passion and dedication that they put in to their business for so many years.

Later Unfortunately But Interestingly, I was equally disgusted to notice and learn that the employers too were being very calculative, while deciding the salaries of their employees... Instead of considering their Productivity, Quantity and Quality of Work, their Skill-Sets, Experience, Honesty, and Loyalty, They Too were looking into the lives of the employees Not To see how they could improve it, but to calculate and limit their salaries and other due benefits based on things like:

An employee hooked from a village (thinking that they are doing him a great favour giving him an exposure and totally forgetting that it is they, who are in need of honest, hard-working and loyal people to work for them).
Need for the job (The more the needy/dependant/helpless the employee, the more lesser was the salary and leaves etc.)
If an employee had his/her own house (they decided to give him/her less, since he did not have any rental expenses).
If they gave an Out station employee food and accommodation they would reduce the salary even more in-spite of underpaying him/her and forgetting the fact that the employee has been brought out of the domain of his/her house where he/she would not otherwise have those expenses.
They prefer Unmarried employees as they think that they would have lesser expenses and so that they didn't have to pay them more. Not to forget that, they could be made to work overtime without much convincing.
The Distance of the Employee's Residence. (If he/she lived close by then they would decide that they didn't need to pay more, as he could be easily made to feel how lucky he was that the office was right next to his house as if they built the office keeping the employee in mind). Ethically TA is to be calculated solely above and after the salary of the employee is calculated based on his Skill-Sets, Experience, Productivity, Work Quality, Honesty, and Loyalty.

If Employees Are Expected to Expect Salaries Based Only On Their Contributive Skills and Qualities and NOT ON The High Fancy Lives of Their Employeers, Even Employers Should Give Salaries Based On The Contributive Skills and Qualities of their Employees and NOT ON What They Think Will Be Just Enough So That Their Employees Can Survive And Always Be Dependant and Below Them...

-> Finally they take up the Role of the "The Listening/Caring/Concerned Man" and start a routine of repeatedly and regularly using, Simple But Effective & Powerful Mental, Moral, Ethical, Mental & Spiritual Guard Breakers.
They could be as simple as the Seemingly Harmless One Liners Like.
# "What happened? Are you alright?"
# "You look Sad/Depressed... You can share your problems with me if you trust me...
# "Is everything alright. You seem to be worried. I would love to help you, You know I care about you.
# "You look Stressed Out", Would you like to Have a Coffee with me OR Like me to give you a massage.
# "You look Like you haven't slept in weeks", Would you mind telling me whats troubling you, that is if you think I am your friend.
# "You seem to be lost", anything on your mind you would like to share with me.
# "Can I Help You with anything?"

Which is generally, just enough to make them drop their protective guard. They open up and undress their mind and spirit to the player giving him full control over them. The smart player who knows to have sex with the minds and spirit (trust me not everyone has got the patience to listen and mentally stimulate a woman they do not love) reaps maximum benefit of these moments to make the woman hooked on to him like a drug addict. INTERESTINGLY It is Mainly the Women who wish to do Things That Are Not Right (Having Tobacco/Alcohol/Drugs/Sex Addictions OR Bad Habits OR Have Dangerous Life-Styles OR Have Dangerous/Bad Friends etc) AND Who Are Generally Stopped by their Lover/Husband OR Family in their Lives (who Truly Love and Care for them and cant see them Destroying Their Life, Their Health, Body Mind & Spirit) OR Who want to Live Like an animal No Morals, Ethics, Concept of Life, Love, Honestly, Loyalty OR Hygiene, General Knowledge etc, who fall for such Players.

4) Platonic Men:
Women love guys who show no interest in their bodies, no matter even if they dress up as Pamella Anderson. This makes women think that they are great men who have no sexual looseness and will not be attracted to other women (even if they are sexually attractive) and will be loyal to them forever once they are in love.

Players who know this fact deliberately ignore and show no interest in them and fake goodness and display a un-seductable manhood. They know that they do not need to struggle to get what they would otherwise get served on a plate by the very woman who was trying to protect it.

Women who love to be flattered love these kind of men.
They think that men who are so well groomed and chivalrous respect women very much and have a very good understanding to how to behave with women and so will make perfect husbands which is generally far from the truth.

Men trained in the army/forces/cops or who belong to families with one or more members from such backgrounds are generally well trained/groomed in Etiquette and Chivalry and make a quick and hard to beat impression on women who love to be pampered. These things do help to impress. woo, seduce, court and hook women during courtship, but have nothing much to do with Love more over on the long term these don't help much for the survival of a relationship.

Men who believe that Men and Women are equal may not feel the need to open the door or pull a chair for woman unless they are unwell or unable to, are generally misunderstood to be culture less, rude and un-chivalrous etc. Women need to understand and decide if they really want to be feminists or normal women. If they are feminists who think they are no less than men then there is no reason to expect such things from men (If men do it entirely out of love its different thing) and those who believe that nature has made differences between man and women for a reason and that they are delicate and fragile and need to be taken care of should be ok with wanting to be taken care off, but should not be foolish to judge a man just by these things only.

Materialistic Women (Mostly Characterless Women, mostly of lower financial standard. They are rarely from Rich Millionaire Families who already have all these) love rich men with fancy Cars/Bikes, having lot of money and who can shower truck loads of Expensive gifts on women at the drop of a hat. THESE kind of WOMEN GENERALLY HAVE AN UNBELIEVABLE KNOWLEDGE OF EXPENSIVE CARS AND BIKES AND INTERNATIONAL STORES BRANDS, INTERNATIONAL FUN DESTINATIONS AND ABOVE ALL THE KEY TO IDENTIFY VIP AND VVIP MEN FROM THEIR CAR/BIKE NUMBER PLATES AND MOBILE NUMBERS. In fact you can easily hear them go "Oh look at that Number it surely must be a CELEBRITY/VIP."

Rich Players know they hardly need to work hard to get their Victim to the Bed. As these women generally have limited or no exposure to the Richness/Luxuries/Spoils of life from their own families - Even the cheapest gift from a Millionaire Playboy would be in Hundreds of dollars,
A cruise in a luxury private jet/boat or a long drive on his 1000cc heavy duty sports bike or 1000 horse power sports car, is nothing but his regular time pass.

Dreamy Women love men who act/behave like Movie/Storybook characters heroes.
Most of the Movie/Storybook like characters seem very unreal and the women who are influenced by Media Movies and music fall very easily for men who try to mimic those characters.

I have had my life busted and my mind and spirit raped before I learnt what I have tried to summarize here... Just pray and hope none of you go through what I have, to learn what I have.

I have even made my own share of mistakes and unintentionally hurt a few souls in the process of trying to escape from the pain of everything that I found lacking in my past relationships with them (Hope the ones I have unintentionally hurt in the process, could find a way to forgive me).

I would like to thank the many kind souls who have shared the happy and painful experiences of their love life with me and from who I have learnt a lot of additional lessons.

Just because 'n' relationships (Friendship or Love) in your life failed, it does not mean the 'n'th should fail.
Never confuse attraction, infatuation, sympathy, empathy, great friendship, or a great physical relationship with love. Confusions generally occur when people commit physical, mental or spiritual violations.
Love between Soulmates is very different.
A relationship that is plagued with lies, is a lie and dies because of lies.
Never trust anyone blindly, you never know when you get "Back-Stabbed".
People who love you only because you love them, are not in love. They are just people who claim that they love you, because of what they benefit (physically, mentally or spiritually) from your love. A person who loves you irrespective of whether or not you love that person, is truly in love with you and is a person worth dying for.
Because of the way everyone has their own definitions of Friendship, Love etc. Always confirm the meaning of the expressed words - "I Like You", "I Love You", "I Think We Have A Connection", "You Are My Soulmate", etc...You will be shocked to see the way these sacred words could be made to loose their pure meanings and be perverted by the ones uttering them so as to suit their convenience and hide what they lack in their commitments and feelings towards the one they claim they love and in the the relationship they claim they are involved in. Whats more depressing and shocking is that many don't even understand the seriousness, importance and the related commitments and emotions that are needed before uttering them.
If the person who says "I love you" is still able to find a thousand reasons why you both are not compatible or should not be together and is ready to break up at the drop of a hat then he/she is definitely not in love with you.
If a person who says that he/she loves you, can leave you tomorrow, its better he/she leave you today, and if that person can leave you today, its best that he/she leave you right now and save you all the pain and heart break of the future.
People in true love are never ever confused and can never change their mind about their feelings for the person they love. Never trust a person who is confused and rush into the relationship.
You can ignore each others history and past relationships Only As Long As either of your pasts does not effect or come to haunt the present or the future of your relationship, which is possible only when one is completely out of all past Physical, Mental and Spiritual connections, bonding with one's Ex s. So its best you Either know each others history 100% with no lies and no faking (cause the day the truth comes out your relationship will most probably die) Or Ensure that your Past will never creep in to your Present or Future life, Physically, Mentally and Spiritually and also ensure that you Will Never Talk About Nor Be questioned about It, before you start to take the relationship more seriously. Having said that Lets Never forget that You must Never Share Your Past with a person You are not sure about..
Read between the lines, statements like "I Need You", "I Cant Live Without You" can turn out to mean things totally different from what you might imagine.
Unfortunately it is not always true that one can judge a person by the blog he/she writes, books he/she reads, the songs they love and deeply understand, movies they watch and claim are close to their heart. Cause in real life they may never understand the true meanings, concepts, principles, philosophies in them, forget being able to implement them in their own life. Many use these mediums to impress the other, they hint of the depth of love, seriousness of commitment and the quality of the relationship they believe in and directly or indirectly hint (intentionally or unintentionally) of giving or sometimes even promise giving the same to the one being impressed. They thus unfortunately create a pseudo image of themselves and end up getting inescapably trapped in it. They are unable to match up to that image and end up looking like frauds and liars.
You can love/marry a good person who does not love you and still be happy but you can never be even at peace, forget being even little happy, if you ended up loving/marrying a bad person especially if that person doesn't love you.
To minimize communication gaps, misunderstandings and accidental triggering of violent reactions - Always communicate (especially sensitive information and emotions) with your loved one in person Face to Face. If the topic is sensitive, make sure you both are alone and undisturbed in a secluded place (make sure it is comfortable for the both of you) which is silent (prefer a sound proof room, if you cant meet in an open crowd free place) and a non stressful place, AVOID USING Phones, Mobiles, SMSs, Email, Postal Mail etc.
Never involve a "Third Party" no matter how trustworthy or close they might be as a mediator or middleman for communication between you both.

Nightmares of working in a Private Organization...

I am so glad I am no longer working in a Typical "Lala" run Private Organization...

My collective previous experiences are more a nightmare that include:

Not Given Salary committed on joining. Worse made to work n times more than I was paid.
Dummy position : Was Given position verbally so as to hide all proof of the work given to me, so that they didnt need to pay me the salary of Team Leader/Project Manager/Software Architect/Analyst. No Visiting Cards made for me. No powers to exercise or make crucial decisions, ONLY TIME WHEN I WAS REMINDED OF MY POST WAS WHEN ADDITIONAL WORK WAS TO BE DONE...
Forced to work over time... Even on Second Saturdays & some Sundays with the reason that the project was an Important and Urgent One (Interestingly all the projects I ever did were important and urgent).
I was Expected to have no social or family life even if the Bosses could not stay a day without being without their family and friends.
No concept and respect for Central Gov Holidays, CANNOT GET A Holiday on Important Central Hindu & Muslim Religious Festivals like Eid saying that I was a Christian and Muslims & Hindus were not given holiday on Good Friday or even Christmas.
Impossible to Get leaves even for genuine reasons.
Salary was decided not on my skill sets and the amount of work I did it was decided based on a loose estimation of my monthly expenses, financial background, whether I was single or married and BASED ON HOW MUCH THEY THOUGHT WAS ENOUGH FOR ME TO SURVIVE. When I started Earning a lot of Incentives because of working very hard, My salary would not be raised when supposed to, and they finally even reduced the amount of my Incentives in comparison to others because they thought I was earning too much... CAN YOU BEAT THAT?
Salary paid only after the 7th of the month. forcing me to have to borrow money from others every month to clear all bills that needed to be paid before the 7th.
My expenses involved in having to travel to office and Client Site were always a night mare to settle, with thousands of questions asked and bills and tickets to be handed over like I was at a Police Station,

I was expected to travel in the cheapest of transportation stay in the cheapest of accommodations even though i as so called "Project Manager/Team Leader".
The expensive OUTSIDE food consumed during these Journeys were expected to be paid out of my own pocket AS THEY SAID THAT WOULD YOU NOT EAT IF YOU WERE AT HOME???
The fact that I was at the Client Site in some god forsaken location away from my family and friends and the comfort of my house was never considered SAYING THAT I WAS WORKING ONLY THE SAME AMOUNT OF HOURS AS THE OFFICE HOURS...

One of the Companies, Abruptly shutdown leaving me jobless and running from pillar to post for another one.
Was under the constant threat of being replaced by a cheaper alternative (A Fresher).
I was a One Man Army and Made to do work that I was not employed for Though I was employed as a Software Project Manager, I was expected to do Programing, Maintain the SOHO Network, do Hardware assembly and repair, Software installation, Virus Removal, Graphics designing, Marketing, Tech Support and everything that they came to know that I knew, without paying a single penny for my work...

ANYWAY WHEN I COULDN'T TAKE THEIR EXPLOITATION ANY MORE I QUIT... AND NEVER WENT BACK NO MATTER HOW MUCH THEY BEGGED OF ME TO JOIN BACK...

I promised my self never to let anyone working for me to ever undergo the same... That is why today even if it a servant, carpenter or a painter I always made full payments (they were fully satisfied with) on time and sometimes even before time....
