This statement was concluded from a poll that was recently conducted by Badoo, a London-based, multi-lingual, social networking site.

According to the report, one-third of the samples maintained that brunettes are the most attractive. Women with black hair are the second most attractive. Overall, women with dark locks (brunettes and black-haired) make up for 59.7 percent of the sample. Redheads, according to the results of the poll, are the least attractive, accounting for 88 percent while the blondes account for 29.8 percent of the results.

More or less, the results of similar studies conducted in the United States, Brazil, Spain, and Italy are the consistent. Generally speaking, women with black hair are mostly preferred by men.

Despite these results, we know that there are ladies who are frequently jealous of blondes. Well, who wouldn’t be, with their lovely golden locks? Yet, there are women who learn to love and appreciate the hair that they have.

Aside from hair color, the respondents were also asked about their preferences on women in terms of eye color. The results show that the most attractive are the women with blue eyes, accounting for 40 percent of the survey results. Women with brown eyes account for 29.2 of the votes, women with green eyes 17.5 percent, while women with hazel eyes are the least preferred, which accounts for 13.1 percent of the votes.

Among all those countries mentioned, the results are quite unanimous, except in France. At least 60 percent of the surveyed gentlemen claimed that the curvy and average women are the most attractive. In France, skinny women are preferred – those who are somewhere between size 6 to 8.
