I am quite happy that I learned mixes for it, for I was too hesitant to try out mixes that I have in mind. Pag hindi kasi masarap, nasasayangan ako sa Hennessy.

In 2004, he ran and was elected at governor of Pampanga. Then, President Aquino appointed Mark as the chief operating officer of the Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority. This 2016 national election, Mark is running as a senator under team "Daang Matuwid" Liberal party's Mar Roxas. Part of his platform is focused on improving and promoting tourism in the Philippines.

I had the privilege to interview Atty. Francis Tolentino, who is running for senator in the 2016 Philippine Election. Mr. Tolentino was the Mayor of Tagaytay City from 1995 to 2004 and was the President of League of Cities of the Philippines from 2001 to 2004 and EVP of the Union of Local Authorites of the Philippines. Mr. Tolentino was the Chairman of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).

It was a panel interview with different sets of bloggers from Metro Manila. Expected that someone would throw a question about traffic in Metro Manila but we would also like to know his thought on other national issues aside from the traffic. I would just mention Atty Tolentino's proposals and platform as a senatorial candidate. His platform is also focused on helping improve the quality of lives of Filipino families in rural areas.

Propose that children in school automatically become direct beneficiaries of PhilHealth and educational health insurance as an effective way of investing in their future.
He stand for the greater participation and empowerment of women in the labor force to unleash their full potential for economic development.
Provide jobs in rural areas so that people would not flock in Manila.
Have a working rural hospitals with facilities for emergency and major medical cases.
Provide proper compensation and benefits to health care workers in the rural areas.
Provide health insurance.

Increase the allocation of Internal Revenue allotment based on performance and its automatic release to local government units.
Create a Police Youth Reserve Corps to help in peace and order and disaster response
Establish community airports in support of tourism
Create a Philippine Urban Development Commission that will work closely with LGUs to promote the concept of planned cities that will prevent the problems experience in Metropolitan Manila from happening elsewhere.
Propose that the National Government allocate funds to a Community Rehabilitation/Recovery Trust Funds for LGUs.
Propose the practice of responsible mining coupled with assured revenues for host communities to be used for community development projects.
