Lauren Conrad and Khloe Kardashain both wore the same D&G dress last week (Lauren to the NYC premiere of the Dark Knight and Khloe to her 24th birthday party in Las Vegas).

Who looked better? It's kind of a toss up, we think. Both girls actually accessorized the dress pretty well, keeping it simple with black heels and minimal jewelry. If we had to break the tie, we'd go with Lauren...we prefer her loose ponytail to Khloe's hairstyle (which looks a little un-done).

Bailey Hanks will play Elle Woods on Broadway for six months. But the other contestants got parts too - Autumn has joined the Broadway cast (ensemble) and will understudy Elle, Rhiannon has been offered the part of Margot on the U.S. tour and Lauren will understudy Elle for the U.S. tour (and be part of the ensemble).

Gossip Watch: Khloe Kardashian Goes To Jail....Kind of

Khloe Kardashian was supposed to spend 30 days in jail for failing to do roadside clean up duty as part of her punishment for a DUI in 2007. But she was released after just 173 minutes because she says the jail was receiving bomb threats due to her being there. Seems like they could at least sentence her to house arrest instead of just letting her go...she is one of many stars to spend only a few hours in jail for their DUI arrests. Here's what Khloe told Us Magazine about the bomb threat situation:

"The whole prison was on lockdown. It was actually really scary."

Um, Khloe...when is a prison NOT on lockdown??
