We recently caught up with Candice Wiggins, the 2009 WNBA 6th Woman of the Year and player for the Minnesota Lynx, to talk about training, shopping and what inspires her most.

Featured in Nike's new Delicious Training campaign designed to inspire teen girls, Candice had a great time showing us her favorite pieces to wear while training or just hanging out.

I especially like the T-Shirts from Nike. Even though they are very simple, it's amazing how well they fit and flatter any body type. Women want to look good and also be extremely comfortable, and Nike does a great job at that.

Two styles I absolutely adore are the Nike Bright Just Do It. Women's T-Shirt and Nike Core NSW Women's T-Shirt. You can wear them pretty much anywhere and be happy with how you look. I wore the "Nike Sportswear" shirt in gold and red to the CSI New York set and got so many compliments because the fit is great.

This "Reverse It" Women's Yoga Cover-Up is like a long sleeved shirt - not a sweater, but not a T-shirt. It has a hood and pocket like a sweatshirt, but isn't. The "in between-ness" of the shirt is good for layering, and it's not that heavy. Also, it's reversible which makes people feel as though they're getting 2 products in 1! The way it fits is also key for those of us that might be insecure about our body types, it's really loose so it offers comfort while also being a fashionable at the same time.

This is a classic short, and Nike just completely nailed this one! I can't even tell you how many people I've told about these shorts. The color selection is amazing, I literally have like 10! Also, they're not just for the super skinny girl. I have sizes ranging from S-L and they all are comfortable in their own way. And you can definitely work out in them too, that's the key element. Most women that train aren't pro athletes, and they want to feel feminine and simultaneously strong when they train, so these really work for that. They make you feel proud of your body.

I have a HUGE fascination with Nike jackets, especially the Windrunner series. They are fashionable, but more important, they are so comfortable. They're light and airy and are perfect for going to the gym, or just going out. I was recently in Greece and had to go to practice and then go straight to a big dinner with the mayor and president of the club, and this jacket transitioned from the gym to the restaurant perfectly. So that's a great thing.

I recently bought this shoe and had to add it to my top 5 picks. It's the Snow Waffle Women's Shoe, and it's so innovative and fun! We're seeing this "neo-vintage" revolution in the fashion world, and these have the old school bottom, which I think is a hit. Other Nike shoes I love are the high top Dunks, Blazers, and Vandals, and of course Air Force 1s. Nike shoes are like Christian Louboutins, they are "artwork for the feet". Athletes love these shoes, but people who don't play sports also love them, and it's that ability to transcend from the sports world to the "real" world that makes Nike so special.

Fashion: Bandits: The Smartest Accessory Ever Invented

I am a serial shopper. It's a problem. I've accepted it. (That's the first step to recovery right?)

That being said, I see so many articles of clothing, pieces of jewelry and cool accessories in my daily internet perusals that I am rarely rendered speechless by something in particular. But girls, it has happened. I actually came across something that has stopped me dead in my Internet browsing tracks, screaming inside "OMFG! This is genius!"

Are you dying to know?

They are called Bandits, fabric boot embellishments that slip over the top of your adorable yet simple fall boots to make them fresh, new and totally awesome.

This is genius in so many ways. Allow me to count them out:

1. You can have 8 boots in 1 by simply buying different Bandits to slip around the top. Finally, making your pieces last for more than one season is super easy (and fun!).

2. There are so many boot trends right now that it is hard to keep up, especially on a college student's budget. But with the quick slip of a Bandit you can take your basic boot from girly, to rocker chic, to Native American inspired, to grunge. And all without having to shell out another $100-$200 per pair to fit your many style moods. All you really need is a basic pair of black and brown (which are easy to find and often at a good price) and you're good to go for years.

3. Your boots are now ultra versatile. I would also never purchase boots with these elaborate details because it would restrict them to fitting one category of outfit, whether it be by color scheme, style or feel. If I feel like going rocker chick on day with a leather jacket and chunky metallic jewelry, my leather boots will look totally out of the loop if they have a girly, Victorian inspired appliqué. But if I can change out the embellishment for a leather strap and a double gold chain, I've got the complete package.

4. Um, they're cute?! These boot bracelets are super adorable and totally unique. You won't find boots with this sort of detailing in stores unless you've got some serious cash to burn.

For someone who gets bored with my closet way too quickly (especially when that closet is made up of staples that I justified purchasing by my favorite mantra: "this will last me for years"), this accessory is a lifesaver. I'm starting my Christmas list now, and this is number one. And maybe number two.

Star Style: Get Jessica Lucas' Melrose Place 'good girl' beauty look

The building "good girl" on the new Melrose Place, Jessica Lucas boasted a "nice but naughty" beauty look at the CW Melrose Place launch party, according to makeup artist Brett Freedman.

Freedman mixed a lot of high and low, like Lorac Natural Performance foundation with Cover Girl TruBlend loose powder. ""I love the finish this finely milled powder leaves," he said. (I love Cover Girl powder too!)

"I wanted to give Jessica a smoky eye with a outward, structured sweep," Freedman said. "I opted on plums for the eyes mainly because I really wanted to do a berry/violet lip."

Jemma Kidd eye shadow quad in plum and Wet 'n Wild Megaliner in black were used on eyes. And MAC Up the Amp lavender lipstick and Benefit Clear Fuschia gloss were used on lips.

Wifey, Halle, confirmed the news and let media know that he just finished shooting the campaign in Ibiza, Spain.

Sounds sexy! I spotted the pair, along with baby Nahla, shopping in the trendy Yaletown area of Vancouver almost one year ago when Halle Berry was in town for work. Rest assured, this family needs no airbrushing. The hotness factor is all natural.

We talked to celebrity stylist Julie Weiss about her job, fashion, and the new MTV show she's starring in, Styl'd.

Q: How did you get into fashion styling?

A: I did an internship in Paris at the Christian Lacroix couture house in college, and from there I left school; I had done four years and I was done. I started working for fashion shows at department stores like Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's. Then I wondered what celebrity styling was like, so from there I started sending my resume to agencies. An agency called me and said one of their stylists needed an assistant. At first they barely paid me any money, but I just continued working day after day and got more jobs.

Q: Can you describe what a day at your job is like?

A: Every day is really different because I do so many different kinds of jobs. I do red carpet, music videos, commercials, even the Grammies or Oscars which are like the big red carpet events. It just depends - your focus is running around getting different kinds of clothes, doing fittings, and making sure you have enough options so when you get to the fitting the client will be happy.

Q: What is the most challenging aspect of your job?

A: Probably to make sure you have enough options to make sure everyone is happy. You have a million people in the camp of the celebrity as well as the celebrity that has to like it.

Q: Who are some of the celebrities you have styled?

A: I've worked all over the place, from Harrison Ford to Hilary Duff, Mandy Moore, and Terrence Howard.

Q: What can we expect to see from you on Styl'd this season?

A: I'm a senior stylist, so basically we're mentoring these junior assistants and one of them gets a contract. So we guide them and make sure they improve on these jobs. I try to teach them the best I can but some of them are not getting it, or they're really slow, or they make the same mistakes. It's stressful because we're on real jobs and they're just learning.

Q: What tips do you have for teens and college students interested in fashion styling as a career?

A: The way I started was I worked for fashion shows. Now everyone knows about celebrity styling even more than they did. I feel like people should just figure out what they want to do, go to school for it, and you should have a certain personality to hustle and assist somebody. There are so many people that want to get into the industry that you have to shine above everybody else. To show their creative style, they [people interested in styling] should get together with a team of other people and create a book. Then they should look into sending resumes to stylists and inquiring about what's out there.
